Pleasant stay I had and staff behaviour is commendable. Breakfast is good and idly could’ve been better. Nice place to stay with family and to visit temple nearby. Room service and amenities are good. Compared to other hotels its value for money and best in quality. Keep it up GRT.

I dined here during Kanchipuram visit. Regency has a nice restaurant. Very good good and service. You may not get a parking here if visit only restaurant, however security will help in getting a slot on the main road.

It is value for money. Good service and food quality. It has bar. Location is at heart of city and adjacent to saree market and several temples. Staff are very humble and supportive. It is the only best in class hotel in Kanchipuram.

Food was delicious, the buffet had more varieties in veg ambiance was good. The waiters we're friendly and we were attended well. Definitely Worth visit.

The food is of moderate quality. But the hall as such is quite good. Planning for any get together is good in this area. Classy place for official meets.

Nice and clean hotel. Courteous staff. Good food. Close to main temples. Not walkable though. Entry and parking (car) is bit difficult as it is very narrow. But they have experienced drivers for wallet parking. Overall one of the best hotel in Kanchipuram.

This is one among the best hotels to stay in kanchipuram. The rooms are not so big but this is one of the best hotels in the town. The restaurant is available inside the hotel and the taste is as usual south Indian… The waiting time for food is too long which test your patience levels. But it depends on what food you order… The staff are so friendly and accessible at any moment. The entry to the hotel is very small but you'll get a continental feeling once you step in.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and guidance during our stay in Kanchipuram. It's a temple city and also silk city. We enjoyed the stay. One day is not enough to visit all the temples. It's a memorable.

Conveniently located in the town, the restaurant serves good food. Staff is not properly trained and service oriented. The rooms are neat but water from bath area spills into the rest of bathroom creating a huge watery mess. The unwary could slip and fall. I ordered an iron from room service and was delivered a worn out iron and a broken iorning table. Replacement took another 20 minutes. Overall a slow and sloppy service setup. Unlike a GRT experience.

Absolutely amazing. The hotel has very courteous and well trained staff. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable. This hotel by far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet will treat you to some of the tastiest food in the South. It is worth the every penny. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean, staff are polite and there is a good restaurant on premises. The hotel is a little hard to locate on the main road, and the space for car parking is very tight.

Expect less loyalty, hospitality and service, everything is available only on request. Rooms are not spacious. Prices are high compared to other three star hotels. Prefer only on the basis of hotel's location as it is closer to temple, shopping area etc.

Good and fast check in, Room good and clean, Value for money. Breakfast tomorrow would be too fine for sure as welcome drink and restaurant food is quite good. Value for money hotel.

A must visit with your family after the overhauling you experience shopping in Kanchi. Peaceful place to have a break from the rush of shopping sarees. Situated right opposite to Prakash, this place is a fantastic opportunity for you to enjoy some good food with your entire family. Price for the buffet seemed expensive comparatively. Could add up more options for vegetarians.

An oasis in Kancheepuram. Well appointed rooms and bathrooms. All amenities you would expect in a 3* hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet supported by gentle staff who will fetch you piping hot dosas, vadas and coffee as you sit and enjoy the delectable spread of food. Requested and received a 1-hour extension on check-out time. It is a white-linen hotel (term coined by me).

Dakshin provides you a feast of varieties in a small pack. Nice place to spend time on a lunch. Parking is difficult and needs improvement.

Good hotel. Bit cramped pathway to 4 wheeler parking. 5th floor doesn't have lift accessibility. Staffs are good.

Mini hall for small gathering. Buffet arranged in the terrace was very cramped, very difficult to move arounf. Food was good.

Place is one f the best option in Kanchipuram. But lacks sport service, swimming, complimentary services.

The worst hotel I have seen. Dhakshin restaurant I should be giving negative points … salty food improper cooking too much pricy. Time consuming was the first.

Cool place. Went after 15 years and they still maintain their class. Must stay when someone visit kancheepuram.

Stayed in the GRT hotels, for our temple visits. Wont say it is a budget hotel, I feel it is slightly expensive for the service they are giving. The plus points are it is a very clean neat hotel. Clean toilets. It is situated in the heart of kanchipuram and makes it easy either to visit the temples or to do your shopping. The negative points are, very small car parking facility, not that friendly staff, who live in their in own fantasy world. Restaurant is present, but we were not happy about it, so we made it a point to have our food outside. Close by we have saravana bhavan and other hotels. So food wise not a big deal. Worth a stay.

Service is Good. But, not their breakfast. After my stay at Estancia (pre-owned by GRT hotels) in Salem, I had expected a lavish breakfast like I had in Estancia. I was disappointed to see their breakfast menu. Improvise on this, please.

Good place to stay at Kanchipuram but little expensive compare to facilities provided.

Basic clean room and toilet. But only an average buffet breakfast and hardly any parking facility for the room rate. Although staff were friendly.

It's annoying experience when we checked in to have lunch, the security said there is no parking make your own arrangements and he also says if you want to go you can carry on or go and complaint. Not even worth to give one star.
