For the location, it's costly. Great infrastructure. Lack of knowledge for the staff. Strongly recommended.

A lovely hotel with an excellent ambience, friendly staff, courteous service, very clean, exquisite rooms and a superb buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this place whether you are on official or private visit. Stayed overnight on 2nd May 2018.

Very nice property in this location. Very close to Shaanishwaara temple. Good number of Rooms. Rooms are spacious. Staffs were polite and courteous. Food was served as per the request & preference. The hotel is well connected by road & little away from the main junction. Infrastructure is very impressive at such a hotel in such a location.

One of the best place to stay in Karaikal, I got good offers and I found it to be value for money. Not sure about the usual price. You have Bar, restaurant, swimming pool, snooker room (was under renovation when I visited) and conference hall. Food was great, bit expensive. Buffet was value for money. Morning breakfast was complementary. It's little away from town, you won't find much nearby. Need to travel few kms if you need to buy anything.

Pros -nice spacious rooms. -good food -very courteous staff. -very neatly kept bathrooms. -nice air conditioning. -safe included. -decent laundry. -clean pool Cons -could include more TV channels -need to complete work at changing room near the pool.

This hotel falls in the primary location of Saneeswara temple. Hence tired and exhausted traveller like us would be attracted by it's magnificent architecture. It is indeed marvellous. And a disclaimer at the very entrance of the lobby/ reception " apologizing for any disappointments in their services" as they are newly opened. We still decided to try it out to freshen up and also take a quick bite before we head out again. Well if I start with the services too slow, why the services too slow? May be lack of staff? I would give a 3 star for the sandwiches and tea we had, I believe that when one is hungry way past lunch hour and then whatever falls on your plate will taste heavenly! When the bill came I almost felt a really mild heart attack. It was exhorbhitantly high! It took me a while to come back to real world! So we started our journey again. I would suggest that if you are going to try out this hotel if you are in the vicinity of the holy temple, go with an open heart or be extra careful while ordering.

Excellent service, staff are very friendly, with great approach, lines of communication is great, they understand our needs & wants. Food is great prepared well to our requirements & satisfaction. We had to wait for more than half hr for them to find our booking. But after that initial bump the rest of our stay was peaceful. The dinner buffet (350+tax per plate) was very good. Attentive staff. Will surely try there again next time.
