Good restaurants, quite rooms, good ambience.

The bar has a good ambience. Service was pleasant. Enjoyed a lot. My suggestion would be to provide more side dish. So that we can have few extra rounds.

Stayed here for 2 days. Courteous staff. Food was above average with huge amounts of ghee in few of their dishes sometimes. Rooms were tidy and decent. Visited their Pub and starters served in their Pub are not so fresh. We had to change the dishes twice as the chicken items were not at all fresh. Overall good stay and value for money too. 4 star coz of the food served which was not fresh.

Superb hotel! The rooms are designed very well and are very comfy. The bathroom was clean. Overall, it will match your expectations. Breakfast is quite bland and could be improved.

One star misses because of lady receptionist, her attitude towards customer is very bad. Mean while I came to a doubt that I paid for the hotel or she paid, maybe she require some training. After that senior male receptionist explained all very well. Good location. Nice and clean accommodation. Restaurant well maintained. Breakfast also awesome.

Apparently a compact place for a simple engagement, family get together and official meetings. Extremely spacious, very courteous service, they do have drinking area and bar zones. Food quality is very good, customer service is at its best. Reception area staffs, attenders, security guards, officials are all extremely friendly.

I always stay here when I visit Coimbatore. The staff are always smiling and friendly. Good room and great courtesy extended during the visit. Good food and great ambience. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Lovely place and food is excellent. The admin people are very nice in serving the customers. Well neatly maintained and hygienic. It's in the heart of the city. I liked the place a lot. Will surely share it to my friends and relatives.

This is a great hotel in Coimbatore. Pros:- 1) Rooms are very spacious and super comfortable. 2) Staffs are amazing from the receptionist to the welcoming girl… really great people. 3) Kitchen and free breakfast is great and kitchen staffs are great too. 4) Wifi connection is amazing 5) There is a good place to relax in front of the reception which is good if you are bored in your room. 6) Bar is decent, nothing to complain. Cons:- 1) You can hear train horn noise at times in the night. Things which can be improved are:- 1) Keeping clean towels in the bathroom (current one in the rooms look old and not so clean) 2) House keeping should start after 9 am and not at 7 am which is frustrating if you want to sleep in and relax. Overall amazing hotel in Coimbatore and I will definitely come here every time I visit India.

Wonderful business hotel with great amenities. Rooms are quite spacious and the hotel is very quiet. All rooms are well isolated from external noises ensuring privacy for couples and families with kids. Also, they serve delicious buffet breakfast with a decent spread of all cuisines. Overall it is worth the premium charged as the service and ambience are top notch.

This hotel has the best tasting food I have had recently in coimbatore. It has a nice ambience to it. The only problem or say negative aspect is the location. If your here for a nice meal I say go for it. Its a good stay if you have come on a business trip as its commercially located. But I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

I booked rooms for two days for guests and friends attending my sister's marriage near by the Hotel. The location is good. Rooms were clean and nice. The rooms in the first floor are spacious and my friends were so happy in their stay.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Hospitality was noteworthy, and the staff, particularly the Kitchen staff, was very attentive to our needs and food specifications. Their taxi rental packages were reasonable and fair enough. Lovely staff, exquisite food, great stay!

This is a upscale place. Checked out their sunday afternoon buffet. Starters are kinda average except the seafood which was fine. A little bit of tweaking there can get the buffet to next level. Desserts we're great. Main course was good too. Here, they deserve nothing less then five star. Value for money food. If you wanna get a filling buffet lunch on Sunday and on a average budget, think no further!

Hotel Kiscol Grand is quite excellent on it's own. However it is situated in a not so good neighborhoods. I would have rated it as 5 star if location was also high end.

Kiskol one of the best hotel we went so far nice service in reception and every were no age limit for their service. Awesome experience in the hotel.

New bar in town, difficult to access and locate but gives you the cosy corner feel.

Have been here for an awareness program, the reception and the ambiance of the place was good but the gathering room did not maintain PA system in proper condition. Post program dinner was good and would award excellence if house keeping would have been more alert and active. Food & menu served was decent.
