Excellent staff and hospitality — felt like at home … food at the restaurant was too good.

Yesterday I went Aloft. Staff all doing friendly service. Nice buffet.

Nice business hotel not far from the airport. The hotel is professionally managed with courteous and well trained staff. They look after you well. Quick response for any requests. Single are decent with almost all the necessities taken care. The restaurant is on the ground floor. Food was okay not that great to write about. They can certainly improve on it.

Location not far from airport. Rooms are decent and has everything. Breakfast is complementary and the spread good enough for a hard days work. Staff and their service are great. Stayed couple of times till now no issues though some minor improvements may be recommended.

A surprisingly nice hotel and restaurant for one in the vicinity of singanallur. Had a buffet dinner — taste was good however the menu could have been more exciting. Don't know about the prices as I was invited to dinner. Liquor is also served. Side snacks are good.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. A superb spacious room accompanied with superb food and kind staff made a great stay for us. The staff are all very thoughtful and always interact in a very kind manner in order to improve your stay. This is a brilliant hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

Loved the place. Value for money. The staff is very courteous and professional. Rooms are adequate size and nicely done. The food is also really nice especially the breakfast was amazing. The Jr chef (S Kaviyarasu) was out there making sure everybody was served to there liking. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would recommend to friends and definitely come back again.

We gone for a company meeting for days program. Good ambiance. Good location. Good banqueting area. Nice place to stay for business and FAMILY and coupls. For good stay. Good variety of break fast. Awsom menu for lunch and dinner. Over good and fantastic. Amazing staying.

Quite, Calm and Clean place. Courteous staff and delicious food. This is what we all look for in a hotel to stay. This is my second visit to this hotel and reason I came back is bcoz everything was good in my stay. Just one advice keep maintaining the things. Keep up the good work.

Quite with spacious rooms. Well mannered staff excellent house keeping. Senior citizens with knee pain have to be careful. No railings. No facility of wheel chair Food mostly North Indian. South Indian not good coffee is poor.

Quite a big four-star hotel with all aminities inside. Located in a very congested area and parking space is a bit limited. Service is good with very good ambience. Buffet is good. The attached bar is a very good place to spend and have a great time.

A very good 4 star hotel it is. Located in a good place. Has very good cuisine as well. The room service offered here is superb! It has a nice swimming pool as well. Overall a very good place to stay if u want to enjoy the luxury at Coimbatore!

Friendly front desk and fast check in process. Rooms are very spacious but my room had very poor aircon and the flush needed attention. The floors could do with proper signage directing you to the elevator. Well maintained pool. Breakfast was ok. Hotel location very convenient and close to the airport.

Swimming pool is attraction in 3rdfloor.
For a time pass pool table is available in lobby is great.
We can recharge our energy in the gym by 24/7 availability.
Having a nice spa centre for relax yourself.
Food taste and items are excellent.
Staffs are soo friendly.
they have 2small and 1big banquet halls.
For a party zafron hall is pretty hall.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, I can say that my stay was very satisfying as compared to others. A decently sized room with interesting and lively interiors make it an even better stay. Food is good, won't say great as I've had better. A bit too oily as well. One thing that disappointed me.

Absolutely horrible service. Can't believe it has a three star rating. There was total chaos in the two restaurants serving breakfast, tables were left unclean, food was in short supply. ACs were not working, coffee machines were being repaired in guest rooms after they had checked in. It was a crazy place. But the hotel actually has so much potential with nice rooms. Wonder if the owners are planning to sell it.

Very modern, well furnished. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Pool is very clean. Einfaufsmall nearby (5 minutes by "TUC-TUC").

I've been to Aloft for my business trip. The stay is very comfortable. The rooms are truly business class with all the facilities from 42" LED TV to Iron board. The hospitality staff is very friendly and proactive in attending to the guests. The reception desk welcomes you with a good smile making your day start with a positive vibes and comfortable ones. The restaurant has wide range of cuisines from all over the world like Italian, Arabic, Indian, Chinese etc. For breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. The various varieties of desserts and milkshakes will end your fast with tummy full meal. For leisure activity you have spend good time at swimming pool, game room for board games, pool and other games. To free up all the stresses one can opt for spa available in the hotel to refresh and rejuvenate. Over the stay is pleasant and amazing. Hope to come around when I am visiting Coimbatore next time.

REVIEW OF WXYZ BAR: Dark with low lighting but this provides good privacy. Ground floor near lobby. Sports TV screens in the front for those who want to watch, tables at the back are quite cut off and offer privacy. Low seating, comfortable enough. Good free snacks, fish tikka at 300 rs is a steal. Decent beer selection, with Corona and Heineken along with the Kingfisher family (lager, strong, blue). Music not loud. I would go again. Lady friendly: Could be in a big group, however I'm not sure 100%.

The ambience was nice in the hotel and the staffs were really kind. The dinner was great and had a lot of variety. I had a pleasant visit and would suggest for anyone traveling for business or with friends and family.

Rooms are good with all necessary facilities but food quality and service was not good. Serving cold food in buffet. Which is not expected from such hotel. Overpriced food. Not worth at all. Top of that they completely ruined our 31st night. Booked for 27k for 3 couples with stay and ends up with sitting in room after eating cold food. Cheap liquor was served for such a price. Overall pathetic experience.

Really enjoyed the food and found it much better than their other branches. However, the place was too small, making it too crowded and packed. Also the menu was accommodated in places where available which was terribly confusing. We had to wait for the food and even plates for a very long time which was frustrating… The front desk staff was really rude and unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to customers. Other staff were really courteous though. May be due to packing so many folks in a small space, the decibel levels were also so high making it an unpleasant experience. Neat and clean place for a stay of day or two. The cafeteria food options can be improved. While rooms are neat and spacious the amenities in the room needs a thorough check at times the central aircon does not work or the telephone is out of order or the shower panels are on the verge of giving up. Even the breakfast served does not seem fresh especially the breads and pastries.

Hotel with great cost benefit ratio and the committed employees to meet you well and make you feel at home … I recommend, were 10 days of impeccable service…

Wonderful hotel in the city. Service is good. Receptionists are very helpful. Rooms n bathroom are clean n spacious. TV, Wi-Fi services are available. Overall, good for staying with family as well as individually during business trips.

Buffet Dinner have all the ingredient with sufficient spread, also serve Alcohol after the recent court order. Service is good. They do serve the freah Indian breads items on order on Buffet. The desert counter is more than enough to please your kids with variety of sweets and cakes. Give a try.

We went I'm early for lunch. The lunch was good and so was the service but was not really into the ambiance. Surrounding could have been better.

Quickly reachable hotel from airport and major highway in Coimbatore. Provides a diverse range of food options and sure does make you want to visit again. Though I didn't stay overnight, the lobby is tidy and smells fresh. It does increase your expectations when you plan to check-in. Their vintage automobiles displayed on the lobby enhances the elegance of the hotel. The food is awesome and I'm looking forward to staying with them when I get an opportunity.

Well known Hotel chain across the world. Its a 4-Star facility and the rooms are posh to the liking of the customers. Courteous staffs and you would get Humpty number of options in the complimentary breakfast.

Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Room: 3/5 Swimming pool: 2/5 The best part about the hotel was it's food. Amazing food. Brilliant buffet! We ordered a la carte at night and again it was amazing. The stay was okay. Rooms are nice and clean, but we did not have hot water in the washroom, and the shower had literally no water flow. We had to call reception to handover a bucket. Apart from it, had to ask for dustbins as well. Swimming pool failed to impress any of us. It gave us rashes and we smelled of chlorine until next day!

I am on Buisness trip for a week and wherever I go prefers to stay in aloft only. Due to it's nice hospitality treats gives you home stay feeling everything is so professionally managed that you if you find any complaints then you can't find any complaints. A good chain of hotel which gives you facilities like Wi-Fi, Swimming, Gym, Spa, Pool, Airport Transfer etc free. I highly recommend to people who are frequent to Coimbatore.

Worst hotel ever visited… Airconditioner doesn't work … Worst hotel for bulk booking… No proper response from the managers … They had told they will give 25% off on room service but while billing the guests they didn't give the same only when the guest noticed they had offered the discount… Corporate theives Aloft Hotels Aloft Coimbatore Aloft Abu Dhabi Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park.

This property is Good but nothing great, the lobby looks so dull and old age, the tiles in the bathroom needs a chemical wash and carpets needs a proper shampoo wash. The rooms looks good but no wow factors, I got an inside facing rooms where the view was horrible. Food was hopeless we ordered for a simple club Sandwiches where the bread was toasted so badly it was a like a rubber but the burgers was just ok, breakfast buffet was fair for what we pay, I would recommend folks to stay and enjoy Aloft comforts.
