Rooms are good, budget friendly, flexible checkin timings. Room service is good.

Value for money, maintenance is a concern. Need some small sanitary work to be done… Else good service from the team.

We are a group of 4 people and we booked the family room 2 days ago. But, to our shock, when we reached the hotel, the room wasn't ready. It was 5am and the sleeping room boys, slowly got up to clean and put new sheets in the room, which took almost 30 minutes. And the room, was definitely not upto the expectation. There was no dustbin. Fan was operating slowly. No hot water. Overall, we are not happy.

Its a decent hotel. The quality of the rooms not up to the mark. But accessable to most part of the city.

Rooms not as good as shown in pictures. A bit smelly washroom. The receptionist was trying to jack up prices than agreed upon rent during online booking and subsequent confirmation over phone. But later agreed after discussion.

Good place, but could be more better. All staffs except the reception was friendly. The receptionist charged me few hundreds additionaly on the base room price and said that they would always give a cheaper price online to get the booking and when customer is here they have the other (higher) price only. I was supposed to argue for more than 10 minutes and he then finally accepted the booking at the same online price. It was quite stupid argument he made on the name of his management.

Checked in on 21 Feb 2018. I felt cheated. The hotel is under renovation and unfit for occupation. The room with 4 beds had no window shutters at all. The fans have no control knob. Run down bath room. I vacated in one hour. They failed to regret and refund Rs 2000/ collected in cash. Should be black listed.

Nice staff with low price rooms I like the hotel.

Good and clean hotel. Value for money. Staff are courteous. You get breakfast free and room rates are from under 1000 rs. Good for a family stay and has proximity to major shopping area and residences.

Not yhe old Sugam of Coimbatore, place is very old, absolutely no service, staff cant generate a bill, room service, cleaniness miles away, very poor.

Good place to stay with reasonable cost n good vegetarian food variety.

It's ok… staff friendly but no KANNADA channels into the TV, when asked about it the receptionist mentioned that it was a government cable and they don't have Kannada channels? I wonder they want business revenue from kannadigas but can't make us happy?

Nice and spacious conference hall. Delicious food. Parking is limited.

If you are planning to use the hotel Wi-Fi Please reconsider your plan before you booking. Apart from that it is okay.

Horrible hotel. Complimentary breakfast is between 8 to 10 and complimentary coffee is from 9 to 10… Never heard anything like this. If you need anything just inform 2 hours before to get it in time. Staff behaviour worst. I asked them to clean the room by evening but when I returned at night it was not cleaned. No car parking available. Rooms are not properly made ready. Room towels, soap and everything need to be asked from reception which will arrive after 3-4 phone calls. Business travelers must avoid. Family travelers don't ever think about booking here.

Bed and bathroom were good. TV AC etc were old. TV was unusable.
