Good rooms to stay. Air conditioning, TV, Fridge, Gas Stove facilities. Homeley environment and good services.

I will not give even one star… because I traveled from Bangalore to Chennai and made reservation over the call a day prior and received msg saying your room is reserved but after reaching hotel next day at 5:30 AM the hotel people say rooms are not available. They are irresponsible and not even cared to give an apology. Please don’t recommend this kind of hotels. I know this might not happen to every one but some day it might. Worst ever experience.

Though it’s located near to us embassy but the locality is really pathetic. There is lot of garbage outside the hotel gate which makes even breathing difficult. The service is also poor. They don’t bother when u r hungry they will just give u breakfast as per their convenience and if u say I want to have after sometime they say it will be cold so u can keep it and have later. Huh as if it will not get cold inside my room. They just serve either idly or wada that too tasteless for bfst. Not recommended to stay.

Pros: 1. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the US embassy since booking cabs wouldn't be possible since you are not supposed to take mobile phones for the interview. 2. The hotel has good looking rooms with decent interior works. 3. Well mannered staff. Cons 1. The BIGGEST drawback of Zaith Residency is the presence of BED BUGS. The rooms looked clean and well maintained at the first glance. But some time later, bed bugs started bothering us and on the first day itself, we shifted to 3 rooms. Fortunately, the staff was prompt in getting us shifted from one room to another on every request. Though the third room was better, we had spotted a few bed bugs and tiny cockroaches there as well. The management must do something about getting rid of those bed bugs. But if bed bugs won't bother you at all, this place is pretty good if you have to attend US visa interview. But you will have to take a cab to the biometrics place (thankfully, phones are allowed inside). 2. Although the hotel is okay, the neighbourhood isn't that great. It's a noisy area with a garbage pickup point right outside hotel. Beyond the 200m radius around the hotel, the area is pretty decent. 3. TVs in the rooms are just for namesake. They haven't subscribed to most of the channels. A few English news channels and Tamil channels are only available. 4. They do not have a restaurant of their own. But on request, they'll provide food from the nearby Seashell restaurant. Not a big deal anyway.

Awesome hotel with a great kind of room service. I must must recommend this residency to stay in chennai. That will be pocket friendly too.

Rooms arevAC, reasonable, not spacious. The food supply comes from a non-veg restaurant. Surrounding is unclean and stings.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is loud and filthy. My only complaint is that I had to request a 2nd towel and toilet paper. Good value for the money.

The worst hotel I have ever gone to in my life. Cockroaches everywhere, no cleaning of room on time, precisely room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and the manager refused to do that. Manager behaviour was unacceptable.

Bugs everywhere, manager was shouting like illiterate when we complained about room cleaning, wastage of money, please dont come here.

Worst hovel ever. I checked 7 different rooms. All of them having buggs and some of them mold aswell. When you don't want the get sick… You better avoid this hovel.

Pros : Neat room, comfy bed. All amenities were present — AC, TV, cupboard and toiletries. A lot of eateries and shops in walkable distance. Good service. Appolo Hospital and US embassy is nearby. Cons : Hotel is in a loud neighborhood.

Neat & pleasant rooms to stay. All the staffs are great specially the room service. But beware of the only shylock there, the manager Aslam. He knows only one thing on earth — MONEY. He knows how to make money from the hotel guests by any means — legal, illegal, ethical or unethical. Shame to such a greedy muslim.

It is a good place to stay at Greams Road in Chennai… Apollo Mains is close by… Auto fare from Zaith to Apollo Mains is RS. 40 flat… U can also walk and go to Apollo… Convenient address for any cab service provider to come and pick u up…

Very unprofessional and lousy service. They could not provide me the origionally booked room till7 PM though I checkedin at 5PM. My booking was from 19th to 20th. Got so much frusted and disgusting that I left the hotel around 7.30 PM by paying Rs 1000 for the room which was provided me for taking rest till my original room is ready. Not going to recommed to anyone any more as I felt cheated.

Lovely rooms, mind blowing service, extremely efficient the only downside is the location. Everything else is more than satisfactory.

The best one with an amazing team. The boys are well mannered and trained. The manager is a very generous and gentle, and the food tastes delicious I'm very very satisfied… Keep it up Boys.

This hotel is good for people who are going to stay for a day or two Very good for people who are there for USA visa This is walkable distance from USA visa consulate interview Biometric location for USA visa is little for you have to take auto right outside of this hotel. Hotel itself don't have any kitchen so they get food from restaurant based on your requirement. Getting food take little longer time due to dependency on restaurant and it's not usually very hot. They will give you free breakfast but you have to inform a day before that what you like to have in breakfast as a prefix menu. Hotel staff is good friendly supportive, Hotel inside is neat and clean.

This is a Budget Hotel in Chennai. One can't expect much from this place, apart from a decent room for budget tourists and medical patients. They have the Indian Government Form for allowing to keep foreigners as Hotel Guests, which is very important and foreigners staying in Indian Hotels must confirm this fact before booking a room. Now saying of their drawbacks — Their Breakfast, basic South Indian fixed items plate with no options for others taste bud — I'll suggest to take room without breakfast option.

One of the worst place I ever stayed… It located in a slum. Places r not clean n small road is always conjusted with vehicle. People at the residency are so rude and unprofessional. Service is too bad. Finally they will change their words and cheat us. Please don't go there. Especially with your family.

The location around the hotel does not look appealing. The rooms are very small but are nice. The water from the taps was brown in color. Ideal place for a short stay. Make sure of the check in and check out timings if you are booking from travel websites.

Place is good, waiters etc are good except counter manager. Not a good experience. Unprofessional behaviour and will be trying to fetch more money from you unethically. Hotel owner should take note of this. Otherwise place is good.
