Extremely polite reception staff. 4 counters at the reception for quick check in and check out. Even at 11 in the night all the 4 counters were staffed. Bellhops are quick, polite. Food is amazing at the restaurant, rooms are clean and well equipped. Perfect stay for business travel as well as leisure.

We came here for team buffet. It was awesome experience here. As a foodie I can give 3.9 out of five considering the taste quality, pricing. Helpful and kind staffs. Interior and the flooring is quite gentle. Best for business people. Best in OMR in all concerns. Thanks team.

It is nice hotel. Located at main road. Hotel staff was very good and professional. There are lots of good food outlets near this hotel.

Good premium hotel in Chennai, you could call its almost as good as 5 star hotels, I'm not sure what the official status is. Overall good service, great ambience and friendly staff. I'm sure it is always going to be a worthy visit!

Giving it a three star only because of the fact that they do not offer a 24-hour check-out, which is very important for a business traveller. Otherwise, the rooms, the location, the food, are all good. Looks like they just want to use every opportunity to make more money. I ended up paying 50% more, for an extension of just 5 hours.

It's a perfect place to stay in Chennai. Nice rooms, good room service and the rooftop is perfect. But I would say that with regard to food, Turyaa is not upto the mark. The only food I liked there is may be the French fries. They need to wrk on the food taste.

We used the restaurant only. Good food. Price is also very competitive to the similarly rated hotels. Overall experience is good. We have taken buffet, which was pretty nice. Can not comment on a-la-carte menu.

They have best rooms and room service is also good. They will give you good option for the breakfast. The problem is only the pickup service driver don't know any other language other than local language.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because of the attitude of the staff there. The banquet manager thinks his customers are important but no one else is. For his information we as event managers outside your hotel are also your clients. Because tomorrow we have to recommend your hotel to our clients. I have seen so many banquet manager but this is one of a kind with the worst attitude ever. This gives a bad reputation to Turyaa.

5 star business hotel located at OMR. The banquet halls are adequate to accommodate 250 to 300 people. The food was good while warm. The staff were polite and helpful.

Fantastic infinity pool with nice bar. Can bring the kids for weekend fun. Spl package available. Have visited two time excellent experience and hospitality provided by hotel staff. Good place for dinner too.

Lobby is really impressive. Rooms are also good. Breakfast had nice spread and taste. So pleasant visit. Nice work Turyaa.

While the service was good, it still could be better. The rooms are okay, with a great view though. The toilet has a sliding door and is not sound proof, and infact can lead to very embarrassing situations. The fart of my business partner inside the loo, echoed through the whole room even with the TV On. Face palm!

Although this hotel gives an impressive first impression, I felt that it was a little lacking in both finesse and style. In my opinion, this hotel is good, but definitely not great. To get there, it will need more experienced and better trained staff.

Easy to spot and the place is incredibly good. Food wasn't so bad either. Had a lot of vegetarian options.

I was there for Friday lunch and all the menu was amazing. Less starters especially for vegetarians but nice menu options in the main course. The restaurant was small but it is not so crowded. The ambience is good and is located on OMR.

This place is cool. I stayed here for 9 days and I loved it. Mutton gravy is the must try here. Extremely satisfied.

Nice ambience and staff. Very well maintained rooms, cab service etc. Loved the roof top restaurant Food served with varieties of dishes which includes South Indian, North Indian cuisine etc. Well equipped fitness centre and a good trainer.

Very grand and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast spread is good too. The in-room dining, food quality as well as service needs to improve and be more consistent but this hotel is definitely the best in the area.

Good business hotel and courteous staff who is very welcoming. Delicious food and good conference facilities. Rooms are too nice. Conducted few corporate events and it was wonderful.

Reception lobby area is dimly lit. Good place for having business meetings and short stays. Convenient for visiting IT companies in Chennai. Buffet food spread is decent without being too little or extravagant.

The ambience definitely has to be the best part. The central atrium and the infinity roof top pool are the two most awesome places here. Staff are courteous but the hotel seems to be understaffed. The food tasts average and all in all the hotel is one where you'd go if you had a budget in mind and needed to go. Also, probably one of the few hotels that are not filled with crowds of people and so creares a soothing and calm atmosphere.

Good decent rooms and great service. They have a rooftop infinity pool besides a nice restaurant. The food is great with many dining options. A drawback for me was the low lighting in the rooms!

Overall nice business star hotel. Great service, morning breakfast spread is very good. Hotel interior is very good with nice lighting. View from lift while climbing up or down is great. Rooms are sofisticated, elegant and are very well maintained. They have non smoking rooms available.

Food is not at all good. No bar. No proper response. Room is small and bit congested. My bad experience is to get bill after doing pending payment from last days. Excuses are like accountant not available, concern person is went for lunch, get u after sometime… etc reason to provide the bill. If this is a big hotel proper staff & alternate to resolve such issues. One more thing is when ask for Manager contact they are denied to provide and not connecting to him to take up the issue. Every time I am stuck with receptionist folk who don't have information.
