No parking Reception manager is very rude I was provided room by oyo group. The reception manger no confirmation from oyo group, but I can see confirmation in his system just time waste and inconvenience to guest. Rooms are very conjusted. Guest plz Dnt take this hotel.

It's just nice, All the accommodation are simply nice, Its a nice hotel around Greams Road Chennai. Beds are little bit small but it's okay.

Room's are good in hotel but rent is very high. We were for two days and three nights, suddenly at midnight bed bugs disturbed us.

Nice place, clean rooms. Budget. Friendly staff. No restaurant.

Reception staf is very rod bef I m saty 2 night 2nd I told reception clean my room I m cm evning time bt room is bt clern over all it's poor service.

It is good for patients who come in Chennai for treatment coz it is near about Apollo Hospital & Shankar Nettralay. But the rent is very high.

Good accommodation with moderate price. But the behaviour of the staffs were not good. Internet facility was awfully bad. They dont provide much of toiletries. But they try to bring variety in breakfast (South Indian obviously)

Close to US Embassy. Decent rooms and service. No food other than complimentary breakfast. Reception service very good. Decent night rates. Not very jazzy or high class.

Booked through OYO. One of the worst experience through OYO. 3 stars because of OYO. This hotel is near to US embassy, hardly within 1km. Breakfast was good.

Overall okay stay excepts few things such as lack of toilet tissue, washroom sandal, pricey rooms.

Staff excellent and helpful. Every thing fetched from outside but not beer.

Booked through OYO. Hotel is nice. There was no board of oyo when I visited, so had a bit difficulty locating it. Rooms are small but clean. Good for business stays / for 2 people. Room small for families even with 1 child.

Never ever stay in this so called hotel which is actually a place where you can get thrashed by the person at the reception (named ashok) for asking them to accept payment by a valid card. When I requested them to pay my dues via card since I didnt have cash Mr ashok the person at the reception stood up and hurrled a paper at me and shouting unnecessarily, even the manager at that time was present and didn't even control him and added to the business of harrasing customers. Seriously the consumer court must probe into this and such illegal places (not deserving to be called a hotel for this act) must be shut. Apart from the behavior from the staff, the hospitality is not worth the charge they take and located in a narrow street​ which is not even by the road. Seriously, if you want to come here and be a part of Modi's digital India the sorry, you are going to be thrashed by them.

Rooms are small but very Clean and well maintained… No in-house restaurant in the hotel but good eating out options available 200mtrs on greames road… south Indian… Arabian. Chinese. Etc available… Instead of room service … step out of the hotel to nearby restaurants… overall good stay.

The hotel rooms were small, small parking, no restaurant inside. Overall the hotel was maintained good, rooms and toilets are well maintained. There are lot of food options nearby. This place is 10 minutes walkable to US Visa office.

Affordable and good stay. Atleast u wont regret ur stay and the expense.

Looking good, mainly language prblm, bcz of internet booked the hotel but no proper internet, complimentary breakfast cant imagine with single poori.

Not as it shown in go ibibo or any other web pages. No restaurant, food delivers to your room. I hope I'll never visit this place.

I stayed in Pine Tree a couple of times last year. The service was less than average when comparing the room rents they charge. Some hotels nearby provide more better service than them. Recently I went to Pine Tree to stay for a week, I could see better changes in their service. I liked their hospitality and supoort. I would like to suggest to the management to have a small pantry arrangement (if time, space and cost permits). Like a small kitchen with fridge, induction cooker, toaster, pan etc. Coz some customers like me may expect such things. (its only my opinion, so please excuse). Otherwise Pine tree is doing good, they have neat rooms, safe place to stay in chennai, no much noise, calm and quite. (narrow corridors is a minus though) I wish them good business and a sustainable growth. See you soon guys. Thanks Prem.

A good place to stay, albeit a little hard to find without the help of a map but it's still good for what the provide.

I stayed there for 5 days and was very satisfied. Nice and clean and the staff was top notch. Is back in Chennai in about 3 weeks and going to return if there is a room available.

Neat and hygienic rooms. Close to US embassy. Value for money. Only 2 parking slots available if taking car. If full you may need to park elsewhere on road. Complimentary breakfast and Internet is good.
