Rooms was good… But floor was not at all cleaned… I could see the mud on my toes when walked barefooted inside the room.

Absolute waste of Money. I dont understand how the government agencies give permit tp such underconstruction hotels. Access road is bad. Room service people are good but not a worth place to stay with family. Everytime you enter the room you have ask people to turn on the AC and Geyser because they turn off the MCB. They say buffet breakfast but you need to go by 8AM. If you are late then you may have a puri with sambar. Not worth.

A nice and cozy accommodation. The quality and food room was average and satisfactory. They also have television, air conditioner, elevator and all the basics amenities. A good place to stay a week or weekend.

Pathetic hotel. I could see a kid working there and moving around with bare feet not able to communicate. That's the only working staff I saw there. Their standard double rooms are extremely small. No sense of customer care. Done be a fool and book this place. We escaped within 3 hours max.

The rooms are decent. But service is poor. They don't keep any toiletries in room. For towel, soap, everything you have to call reception to get it. They take more than an hour to get water bottles if you ask for. Reception staff is very unfriendly. I'll not recommend this hotel unless the service doesn't matter to you.

Good Lodging hotel is you want to be in a happening residential areas od Chennai. Just next to TNagar/Mambalam railway stztion. Well connectedby road to all parts of Chennai city. One of very few decemt lodging options in Mambalam which is a traditional tamil brahmins residential area.

Worst room service, complaint s not rectifying, food plates are not clean, cockroaches in the room, not cleaning properly, food is not at all good.

Good place nearest shopping malls Railway Station temple all good and placent.

It is the most authentic hotel in Chennai! It serves you with free and fresh breakfast and staffs are very cooperative.

The rooms and swrvi6are good… but the hotel has bar near to the rooms so that the smell is very disturbed.

Rooms were small, Bathroom water was nt coming properly, AC was not working properly, They wont give a single glass of water in free, Room Service not there, even they dont have computer generated bills. soo cheap. If you can compromise then only choose this hotel, bcz rooms are also small. I am still confused for what I have paid 2200/-

Worst hotel ever I've stayed. A/C not working. It was continuously kept on for 7hrs and we've not got any chilling. We've changed 3 rooms and we've not satisfied in any of the rooms (talking about a/c chilling). They have only arranged 5 things in the dinner buffet. Out of the 5things there were 3 types of rice. In the restaurant there were no tables to have dinner. No spoons to eat, no napkins to wipe hands. Complimentary water, tea bags, milk powder, sugar, nothing was given. Support staff was not at all supportive. Basic amenities and facilities were not available. These hotel people are cunning, cheater, fraud and etc. List of things not provided in room:- Sugar Tea bags Milk powder Water Soap Towels Conditioner Moisturising lotion Napkins and many more. After paying a huge amount of money we were not at all satisfied in our stay. i request u not to stay in this hotel and any of its branches. Its a humble request.

Booked rooms via makemytrip, they gave rooms in Ground floor and it had awful cigarette smell. A/C didn't work well, constant noise from nearby railway station. Breakfast was moderate. Book only if you are staying for a day or two.

Hello friends, I stayed in this property for two days, room were excellent and staff were friendly. Manager Mr. Jeyakumar guided me with travel assistance. Over all room service and House keeping were good. Wash room were Hygienic. It is located at centre of chennai from here you can travel any places in chennai at short time. My stay were safe, memorable and Value for Money.

Pathetic rooms. WORSE service. Dey don't even provide wd tissue papers or mineral water bottle which is d basic requirement. Nothing like is shown in pics.! Resturant does not even have tables. Chennai was d culminating point of our south India trip, d stay in dis hotel ruined my trip experience badly.! A big No No to ppl considering dis hotel for stay.!

I had lodged few of my guests here who were satisfied with the hotel. It's a budget hotel and very close to main shopping area in T Nagar in chennai.

Not clean as expected. Check whether the bedsheets are fresh and clean when you always check in to this hotel.

Stayed in one of the suits. It was an average experience. Cleanliness is a major concern, all the corners accumulated lots of dusts/dirt and the toilet is not clean. Hot water would be switched-on only on request basis. Wi-Fi usage would be chargeable, please check before usage. No instruction note is kept inside the room. For any details we have to call the reception to get clarification and customer service is very average.
