We missed a Camera lens that costs about 1.25 lakhs. They checked with their Security team and daid nothing was found. Later we ourselves found out that an electrician (a vendor) had handed over the lens to security. Once we said that, they immediately brought the lens and gave it to us. Earlier, I even told them it is a pretty costly lens, they si. Ply said nothing was found. Take care of your belongings.

The quality that was once a benchmark has now vanished in thin air. The food was salty. Short of personnels… ordered food didn't turn till we finished the main course. Expensive and least value for money.

Green Park is a well located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Well kept hotel, brilliant staff, wonderful restaurants. Overall one of the best properties I have stayed.

The service at Green park is the worst that one can experience for the amount of money charged. The air conditioning is only in the rooms you step out if the room it is like a furnace. We ordered for madras filter coffee and we got instant mix coffee that too cold. There is absolutely no hospitality and it takes forever to even get checked. Very very unhappy with the service. The food is also mediocre. Nothing 5 star as claimed. Very very unsatisfied. Would not recommend any one to stay here, total waste of money.

It was Awesome! Great food and the pricing was neat and affordable. Went on the Independence day. They served one of the best buffet I ever had in Chennai. Kudos to the management.

I attended a friend's wedding. The hotel's ambience and the infrastructure impressed me. I didn't think that the mandap inside would look so nice. I was blown away. It would have been helpful if the staff could place boards telling where and what is happening in the lobby itself. I had difficulty navigating and the staff had even more difficulty answering my question. That is something that needs work.

Top class hotel with a delicious food service. Ample and spacious party hall which can accommodate 60-75 people. Buffet area was a bit small compared to the hall. Reception area was attractive. Easily commutable from anywhere within the city. Pros are that it is right behind the Forum mall. Perfect choice to host a lavish party!

I really enjoyed the assistance they provided me to check out already carried out (my driver delayed two hours due to an accident). The rooms are nice, clean and large. Breakfast super (but lacks espresso). It is in front of the Forum that I think is the best shopping mall in Chennai. You can reach the property by metro from the airport. Recommended.

The hotel is centrally located with spacious conference halls, excellent food and the rooms are well furnished. Above all the staff are very polite and courteous especially the Manager (Sales) Ms R. Deepa who takes pain not only to see that she receives the orders for the events by being flexible and also suggests the best menu. We had conducted 3 events based on their excellent services. I strongly recommend this hotel for economic stay and for organizing conferences etc.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Ambience is really nice, food taste and quality is good. Hotel staff, even the darban at the entrance were so courteous. Daily room cleaning service is something which can be improved. Would love to stay here again.

The Spa would ensure that you have a wonderful weekend getaway. Th buffet spread would keep you salivating and has a nice tastes to offer. If you are lucky you could also spot a live band and Small entertaining acts for the kids.

It's a awesome experience with Hotel Green Park. Main attraction is Vijaya Mall is in same compound nearby 10 Sreen available in this mall. Hotel rooms are spacious and filled with all amenities. Swimming pool timing I am not happy about it. Restaurant had a good spread. From railway station it will take 45min to one hour if it's is heavy traffic. Service and ambience is good.

This is an excellent value for the money. L accidentally left my phone charger discovered my error, contacted by email and it was waiting for me on my way back thru Chennai 2 wees later! Great service!

Its was an amazing stay here. We stayed here for 20 days and each day was amazing. Rama mam who did our bookings was very polite and friendly. Tulip restaurant was the best all the staff including chefs there were very helpful. Had a great time here. Will visit again. Thank You.

Good food always. However had a bad experience when we went for my sons birthday celebration. Food at pool side restaurant was not so great. Biriyani was salty. This was also informed to the chef but no action was taken immediately. We did get good options on Veg and NV grill starters though.

Good hotel which is very near to the forum Vijay mall. Green Park has variety of restaurants inside, one has dedicated to continental food, other ones are divided based on the cooking methods example tandoori. There is one restaurant which is at roof top of second floor which offers around sufficient amount of starters, good for non veg foodies. Also they offer wide range of desserts.

Our annual office event named Radiance is being held here since last two years. We loved the place as it is at Vadapalani and is amidst the city crowd with all convenience to access all locations of the city. The hotel could provide food for 1500 employees with ease and no compromise on the taste. The quality of the food, the stage, the sound and light effects for the award ceremony and the host were all at par adds to the excellence of the hotel. Our Radiance 2017 and 2018 were a grand success and we plan to come back again to The Green Park back again next year.

Feels just like home only much better. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit to India. The mall opposite is a time saver, almost everything is there. Plus a pocket saver also as we dont have to spend a lot on transportation. Highly recommended!

It's quite a good hotel… Foods good… Have all facilities… Ample parking space… Right next to a shopping mall.

Was in Chennai to attend a conference and stayed here overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and facilities, given that it was affordably priced. What was even more surprising was that the limited minibar on the room was complimentary! This includes a couple of aerated drinks, a bag of chip and some biscuits. Also, the included breakfast featured some of the tastiest local food. All in all, a great place to stay in Chennai and I will surely return.

I am here 2010, 2011 and 2012 often descended from service. Was always min. 2 weeks and can only say that even longer stays were always very pleasant. Food in the 3 different restaurants very good and varied. Swimming pool in the outdoor area always maintained and for short splashing absolutely sufficient. Rooms were well maintained in every price range and also equipped for work. I really can only recommend it to anyone.

Yeah it was very super located in middle of Chennai, good maintened and exlent hospitality, food was delicious experience and swimming pool enjoyed, and simply loveable music in the hotel I love it.

Had buffet at the rooftop and ground floor restaurants. Food was decent, but limited in the variety of spread, especially in the mains. Service made up for it though. Might not be a good choice for drinks, since the drink options seemed pretty limited.

FIVE STARS! Very attentive staff! Hospitality at its finest. Very comfortable suite with awesome water pressure in the shower! Employees spoke to us by name and asked about their service every day. They couldn't do enough to serve us. Restaurant hostess, servers and chefs were wonderful. This was my second time visiting in 7 years and this experience was even better than the first.

The hotel is situated in Vadapalani area of Chennai is located aptly to a nearby useful places. The front of the property has excellent view with a beautiful wide open park in the centre. There are 3-4 in-house restaurants and the food is really good for most part except for the food in restaurant 'Once upon a time' which is really pathetic for some reason. The room service is fine and hospitality is fine too. The security seems minimal but adequate. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The washrooms are clean and well maintained. The toiletries provided are nice but not branded. The hotel claims to be 5 star but I will rate it as an excellent 4-star or an average 5-star hotel.

Such a huge area in the middle of the city. The property is unbelievably big, they have a lawn for outdoor parties, the restaurants one for buffet and regular are very good. The mustang bar is my favorite. Decent crowd and good place to watch a game. Drinks are decent and as usual very limited beer selections. Lot of parking available and right next to the mall. Beware ; drunk and driving get you into trouble. Police right outside the hotel with breathalyzer. So better to avoid driving.

The outdoor poolside dining was marvelous! Wonderful ambiance, mild music, lovely food, great service! Overall we had a great evening together! As we celebrated our anniversary! Hats off to the chefs there! The grilled fish was so fine! And the desserts they served were great! Especially the coconut payasam! Enjoyed every single minute of our time there!

Decent place. Used to be great. But now just lacking hospitality. Newly opened piccante restaurant has amazing pizza to go with the beer. Watch out for Wednesday offer with 1 +1 beer offer. Best deal.

Excellent Ambience. My preferred destination for drinks. Rates are nominal for such ambience and they have a very spacious and quiet bar place. Complimentary snacks are excellent with good Service Team. A must visit.

I have visited the Once upon a time restaurant, despite of booking they provided separate tables for group of 8 but the staff were courteous enough to club two table upon our request. The place is quite and very classy. Food was decent though the serving time could be improved. Over all a recommended place if you want a peaceful environment and got time to kill.

I like this hotel much as I stayed many times. Room quality is very good, well maintained. They have renovated almost all the rooms recently. Good food, good attitude. Careful, if you leave anything in the room and check out, later hotel will take no responsibility to find that out. Else, this is really really good hotel for every traveller, including the foreigners.

Outdoor buffet was awsme with moon ☽ light fish prawn n grilled chicken so tasty :) but service is worst comparing to abs dishes are very less drinking water worster than worst and you people charged 250 for that and stating that it's mineral water ridiculous n it's like sea water so salty and please stop charging for water n if you people can't give us water for free let us know during booking better we'll bring water from out :P overall it's okay n am damn sure next tym il never book Der for dinner.

We went for a family buffet lunch. Food was good. We were four of us. We consumed 1 bottle of mineral water. Finally the bill was for 4 buffet and 2 bottles. When I asked for clarification for the staff, he kept arguing that it was in fact 2 bottles. We went there for an occasion and I didn't want to end up spoiling that, so I just settled the bill. Total bill was around Rs. 4000 and bottle of water was just Rs. 130. While we were happy with the food, the 130 water left us with bad taste. A customer who dines in a hotel like this won't cheat on a water bottle! I'm not sure if the staff and their leadership understand this. May be its an issue of staff empowerment or even the company culture. To put in simple words, the hotel doesn't understand the science of customer experience! We visit this hotel with family often but I guess we won't any more!

This is our second visit in six months. At the front door, Sivakumar welcomes us with a smile, & customer-service oriented manager, Hari Prasad, goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Granite counter tops, marble floors spell luxury. Wood floors in the guest rooms prevent the often musty smell that often accompany carpets. LOCATION: Directly next door, the Vijaya Shopping Mall hosts an inexpensive food court with Indian Food choices and a KFC, Burger King, & McDonald's. We found high end shopping & in the basement, an Indian version of a Super Wal Mart. The SIMS world class hospital is a five minute walk away. Offering red carpet treatment, check out their packages for full physicals at a fraction of the U. S. A. Cost. Local money changers with fair rates of exchange are within walking distance. ACCOMMODATIONS: Beautiful marble floors and granite countertops spell luxury. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. On Expedia, the bed is called a "double", however, in USA terms it might be a queen or maybe even a king. The bed is on the firm side; but even though I prefer a softer bed, I slept extremely well. There is a tiny bit of street noise, but it is not annoying. Bed sheets, comforter, and towels are clean and of good quality. The complimentary Wi-Fi, during high use, can be a bit sluggish; but rather than pay for higher speed, it is good enough. CNN connected us to news from the U. S. & around the world.

Very good hotel to host events like conferences, meetings. I have successfully hosted a conference in this hotel for 2 days + 1 evening reception. The hotel staffs were supportive in handling many tasks and the rates were also negotiable. The rooms and the halls are perfect for a conference to be hosted. However, the only drawback I saw was, they did not let us use our banners and standees in the lobby for guiding our delegates.

Roasts and Grills: Veg starters are very bad. In the main course, the Fried rice and Hyderabadi Veg Biriyani are kind of okay. Deserts are not good. Rs 150 per glass of Pinapple Juice is additional to the Buffet cost. Overall not worth for what we have paid. Kids are charged Rs 533/ — but nothing good for the kids to eat. Will not recommend to Vegetarian friends.

The restaurant is superb with an excellent buffet for lunch. But the service is uncourteous.

I'd dined here both in Once Upon a Time and Tulips restaurant. Great Food and ambience with good spread especially, starters and desserts ; Excellent service, the boys there were really obliging and great with kids and its certainly rightly priced, it was lovely to be there with my friends and family:) Planning to be there again this weekend.

Stayed here 5 days. Amazing place. Awesome ambience. Service is class. Food taste lives up to its name. Live music would be ever better. Reminds me of titanic. A communication center with free internet would be useful. Breakfast alacarte is so good to look forward to. Pamper yourself a bit when you stay here. Expensive as hell. :-) Im not sure of the brand name known internationally but it was quite brilliant and needs to go worldscale while keeping high standard.
