In a good, quiet location with decently comfortable rooms. However, the bathroom had an awful smell when the water was first turned on, the building was overall a bit old, and while the staff was friendly, they reneged on their offer of late check-out after promising it via email. No shampoo or body wash provided.

Clean place, friendly staff, but nothing special. Located in a calm street. Maybe a little expensive for what it offers.

Nice room with a beautiful bathroom (even if we smell a bit of moisture). Clean bed sheet and towel. Every 3 days you have new sheet and towels. I've appreciate natural soaps in the bathroom! Wi-Fi connection wad great. The breakfast very tasty. Two options, continental or indian breakfast. Indian breakfast is more diversify than continental. The appartement has a great living room with comfy sofas and beautiful flowers Negative points: In the client's kitchen we don't have enough knives/forks/spoon, pans, and more important: sponge. My friends have had some problem with the shower, when they used it they was electrical shouted! Veryvery dangerous. 3/4rooms like that. But not in my room, hopefully.

Well situated on a quiet road and helpful staff, with well appointed rooms and attractive communal spaces to relax that are so often missing from accommodation. Xpat.

Best bed and breakfast in Chennai. I stayed with Rucha for about 4 months and I am really happy with the service — clan, comfortable in a rather quite road, but with all the local shops and restaurants within walkable distance!

Footprints is a lovely B&B run in 3, and soon 4 residential apartments. The location is excellent, close to the most happening part of Central Chennai. The rooms are spacious with pleasing decor. Suitable for short or long starts when you come to Chennai on work or pleasure. Breakfast and service is always excellent.

Excellent home stay in a lovely locality in Chennai. The rooms were warm and comfortable and the caretaker went out of the way to make sure we did not have any problem. I would love to stay there again.
