We had a wonderful three nights at this service apartment. We stayed there as a big group for a marriage in April 2018. The area is a quiet neighborhood of Abhiramapuram within the Mylapore suburb. It's quite close to all the major attractions like Marina beach, Santhome cathedral, and Kapaleeswar temple. However there are absolutely no restaurants or even corner shops nearby, so buy everything you have to before coming here from the city. Food can be ordered by Zomato or Swiggy. There is a mini fridge. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Linen is clean. AC was a problem though with leaking water. But cooling was perfect in the summer weather. There were three bedrooms, two with attached baths, and a common dining and sitting area. Balcony and kitchen were also there. Kitchen only had a microwave and very few spoons, glasses, and plates compared to the number of guests, which need to be looked into. There is a dog named Pakhru which the staff has adopted and it's the most friendly dog you will ever see in your life! Best welcome and goodbye by her. Definitely recommend to stay at this place rather than a hotel for a local feel rather than tourist.

This is a nice place for overnight stay. It's close to mylapore tank. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning, kitchen facility available, they even deliver foods for you. I would definitely recommend this place. The priceis reasonable.

Good quality rooms with all facilities. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good for the price. A notch above service for the cost.

Set in a residential area and a couple of minutes walk away from Mylapore Tank, the hotel was easily accessible. The reception room is located at the ground floor and did not smell very fresh. However our room was neat and they even provided a bottle of drinking water.

Good place to stay. Smells really weird. When they built it, I think very good materials were used. But now due to lack of adequate maintenance it's declining. The towels were shredded from lots of washing. What bothered me most was the smell. Rooms were small but clean. Location is great.

Staff is professional and polite, rooms are cool, in 1500 it is a good room, peaceful location, market nearby, park nearby. Hotel doesn't have in house restaurant so you have to order food or snacks either through food ordering app or if you can walk for 500m you can go to the market and eat something. Overall okay place for 1-2 days.

Its a cool place I never heard about service apartment but its very help to me. Looks like my flat like.

It was an awesome experience living here. The Wi-Fi service is atleast 1 Mbps and everything is accessible here.

No service. Doesn't clean the Room regularly. Guest preference of stay not enquired. Cannot extend if required. Basic ameneties not provided.

This hotel is best for a couple of days stay at Chennai. But they don't have in-house caters who can atleast make a coffee/tea to the staying guests. Rooms are good.

Best place to stay with family in mylapore. It's a service apartment where they provide gas stove, induction cooker, microwave oven, vessels and a fridge. Food for my kid was not an issue at all. Neat and tidy rooms. Obedient staff though bit careless. Early check in and late check out was allowed. Common central hall and balcony to walk around. Calm area with lots of trees around. Free breakfast was not upto the mark and there is no choice on food. Some bathrooms are slippery due to the smooth tiles. Overall it's great place to stay for families.
