Location is ok but the facility provided is not good. Needs alot of improvement in service like towels or soaps or bedsheets, providing basic necessities.

Fantastic view of the beach but can't say it's luxurious… Quite great for a day's stay.

I have been visiting this property for past 7 years to get away from all the city's bustle. As this place is very much inside the city also (in between adyar & thiruvanmiyur beach) it is the best option in terms of location. We generally choose the sea facing room with a private huge balcony which has the clear view of Sunrise in the morning. The owner & care taker makes sure that the property is very safe & neat. Weekends this place gets fully crowded by family get together, corporate parties or friends outings. There are even many food joints nearby and almost all the restaurants are familiar with the place for on call Food delivery.

Have seen better places. Might get lonely sometimes.

The surrounding area is filled with local fishermen. Nights feel unsafe.

Must visit place for a beach view hotel. Best for relaxation and weekend getaway! Thumbs up for the ambience, room and hospitality. A definite come back.

A very good place to spend time with family. Its more like a home. Ample parking space, awesome view from the balcony and the place was neat and clean. Staff were very friendly, taking care and attending to everything immaterial of the time. We rented the whole place for a day and had an awesome time barbecuing our favourite dishes in the cool sea breeze in the evening. Will definitely visit again.

Nice location. You can jump into the sea from the balcony. Rooms aren't much cool looking though.

It's amazing for a weekend getaway :-) The staff if I may call them that are very hospitable and service is excellent, pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and it is good value for money. You can also cook there if you wish to and can also hire a barbecue.

Horrible place and extremely bad service. The place is situated amidst slum area and not safe to access the beach. The sea view room they have has no curtains and the entire room is clearly seen from the road and has absolutely no privacy. Please don't ever make the mistake of booking this place! We had to go and return back as we could just not stay there. The caretaker was not even courteous and just said can't do anything, this is all that's there and walked out when we raised concern!

I stayed for a night in Mar 2016 with my wife and kids and faced multiple issues from the start: 1) Firstly the room was not ready and some time was taken to get this readied (But, good thing is that on realizing this the Owner made sure to visit the Hotel in person and is a very courteous person) 2) The king size bed that I had asked was not provided. The bathroom window had a mosquito net and a towel hung, but there was no glass window which was little uncomfortable for all of us. TV started working only the next day 3) Quality of bed, bed sheet and towels are less than average 4) Even though they have kitchen, food is purchased from some hotel outside. 5) Covered parking is provided. The staff is good and courteous 6) The beach facing room in 1st floor might be good. May be a good place for a bunch of guys to spend a night chatting and having fun 7) I had inquired if the Hotel had easy access to the beach before booking. Access was good, but unfortunately this part of the beach is used as loo by the fishermen staying there. We had a very horrible and pathetic time venturing through the beach and stroll towards the Thiruvanmiyur beach side to have some fun 8) Finally, owner understood the problem and reduced the amount a bit. But it is never worth for Rs. 2500 or not even for something more than Rs. 1000. There would be better rooms from OYO or look for beach hotels even if priced more.

Excellent hospitality! Excellent property! What else u expect from a beach house, so go on! Enjoy the shore :)

It was a weekend, We arrived at Beach Elegance where we had already booked a couple of rooms for 5 of us for a get together. Cool sea breeze and sun rising at around 6.30 am. A warm welcome from the staff who helped us in checking in. The rooms were air conditioned. The staffs had already turned on the AC and by the time we checked in the rooms were cold and comfortable. We stayed here for two days and I would say this is a place I would come back to again. Just on the beach, calm and quiet. A place to relax with your friends and family. Last but not the least the staff were amazing. I would definitely visit again.
