Over all stay was pleasent. Management was very helpful and cooperative.

Overall good experience. However, there's scope for improvement. The way to the rooms could be more aesthetically designed. Use of room fresheners would help. Room was spacious. Staff should ensure that the room is fit for occupancy before letting it out. No refrigerator in the room. Enough towels should be placed in the wash rooms. Very reasonable and friendly staff. Could be more professionally run.

Great ambience. Good staffs. Excellent room condition and amenities. Highly affordable. Roght behind valluvar kottam. What else do is needed if you are in town for a couple of days.

Located in the one of the calm streets and posh area Nunagambakkam, this hotel is a perfect place to have a comfortable and budget friendly stay and simultaneously have access to authentic local street food and even pubs and number of restaurants within two kilometer radius.

A very neat service apartment/room, excellent staff who are very friendly and fast in service. It's located 400 metres from Chennai V A C and 1km from U S consulate. Interiors are posh and everything is kept in new condition. Breakfast is good and u can expect only Chinese or south Indian menu from the Cook. A perfect economical place for visitors who visit for visa process.

I booked this hotel for my mother in law and sister in law for their stay during US visa appointment. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience at the hotel. The hotel was very accomodative and provided early checkin and late checkout. The office staff did great service.

Not upto the mark, all facilities are present but they compromised on the quality of services. Lot of mosquitoes and cleanliness needs to be worked on.

Had been here for 2days. Everything was good, except for a few cockroaches and mosquitos. As soon as we entered the room, we were welcomed by cockroaches. If you are a clean freak or hate cockroaches, this is not a place. They had provided mosquito coil, and also due to A/C mosquitos didn't bother us much. The complementary breakfast was good, had lots of options. 1st day — idli with sambar/chutney, Pongal, fruits salad of pineapple and papaya, bread & butter, toaster was also there, tea/coffee. 2nd day — watermelon juice, bread & butter with toaster, idli, appam, sambar and chutney. They also provide 2 boiled eggs/omlet per person, which should be order beforehand. Beddings were clean and rooms were well maintained. This place is nearer to US conjugate, hence perfect for people who have come for their visit there. Parking is there, but is limited. They have 'first come first serve' policy. We had came late the 2nd day and had to park the vehicle @roadside, infront of the hotel.

Rooms are spacious and good. But Leaking washroom, food variation not available, only chow or fried rice and chilli chicken as dinner. No snacks available in evening. Reception does not understand Hindi.

Pleasant place to stay, be it business or traveling with family. Located in a quiet place, but with very easy access to the Nungambakkam business areas. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Hotel room were good enough with comfort. Breakfast was good enough and delicious. Services were well provided any requirements were fulfilled. Dinner is served till midnight.

Clean room and bathroom. But not a single window in the room. Air conditioner is the only source of fresh air. The bathroom was not so bright lit. And also there is no ventilation window in the bathroom just a exhaust fan with a duct.

Doesn’t have iron box in the room, no water bottles. No one pics up reception phone. Absolutely no details in the room of how to call the reception or kitchen as well. Positives: The room was decently spacious. AC worked well. That’s about it.

Good upscale place to stay in a reasonable price. I lije my entire stay except the disturbing construction sound during the day time as the top floor is undergoing maintenance and repair. Also as per the description in the website they have mentioned daily housekeeping and a bottle of water. They will provide these only when we call them, otherwise they dont bother to provide. But that are silly things which I consider to neglect except the drlling sound from top. Hearing trrrrrrrrrrrr sound for hours is annoying. I would have given five star if this disturbance was not there. About the restaurant, they serve breakfast and dinner. Nothing in between is a bit inconvenience. Food tastes and quality are good. But a bit over priced.

Okay for one night stay especially if you visit Chennai for US VISA OFC and Interview. Breakfast not good. No nearby restaurant. Prepared to order from outside or go out for food.

It is situated in a very nice location, it's very close to US Embassy and visa application centre. I stayed in room 2006. Room was very spacious, very neat and had TV, Fridge and air conditioner. The bathroom looked clean as well. However Wi-Fi was pretty bad. I could use Wi-Fi only for my phones. I wasnt able to connect it to my laptop because of the hotel restrictions. Furthermore Wi-Fi would get disconnected every 2 to 3 minutes. The television which was there in my room had some issues with the cable and it also would get disconnected every 10 to 15 minutes. I did speak about all these issues to thehotel staff but they were not able to solve it, as it will need some time for them to change the cable and the Wi-Fi. However the hotel staff were very courteous, very helpful. Overall when you compare this hotel with other hotels at the same price range I would say it was decent enough to stay in the hotel.

Nice spacious room. Located in a residential area close to the heart of town, it has good accessibility. Staff was very indifferent during check-in, but not rude. Reasonably good option for business travelers. No restaurant, but they have room service. Food is good.

The room n interior was good. The food was excellent. The helping hands need to b trained about hospitality industry n it's minimum requirements. The bathroom was terrible. No ventilation. Foul unbearable gases come out when one use basin n fill the surrounding with it. This matter. Very dirty thing indeed. The bathroom shower leakage problem. Wastage of 50 percent water. The staff booked vehicle of 'Fast Track' for me for Mamalapuram n Kanchipuram visits. The vehicles were so shabby, terrific bad experience. No AC in working condition in those vehicles. When complained, the driver advised to book Etios :) It was my first trip to Tamil Nadu with wife. Tribo Elan made my trip, 'WONDERFUL'

Positives :Spacious rooms, clean, good location near valluvar kottam. Negatives : it's a home stay rather than a hotel. No restaurant. Only complimentary breakfast avbl. Tht too from 8.00am to 10.00am only. & u won't get even a bedcoffee before 8.00am : (. Room service is poor. We had to remind them twice after ordering dinner. We had to pay more money than that shown in online booking. & no receipt for the money paid. Power failure is a real problem. Though it was fixed in about an hour. & from the washbasin came boiling water. U may burn ur hands & face if u didn't check. At night there was no water supply in the bathroom & we had to call the room service at middle of night. & the checkout time is 11.00am even if u checked in at 1.00am at night. They take an extra days rent if we stay after tht. overall not worth the money u pay .

Great Stay and great hospitality. No restaurant near by but on time delivery from food souk or swiggy. Location near us visa ofc and us consulate general makes it best affordable option for my nri or to be nri friends.

Positives — rooms, in general cleanliness, location Negatives and these are really really negative — service — had to wait for long for everything, had informed them in advance that we will be checking in early (though they didn't confirm it) they charged us extra for that day. Breakfast was same everyday — it was cold one day. Restaurant food quality is poor. There are better hotels for similar price range nearby.

Wi-Fi not working… worst service… never Say.

Not a great place! Cockroach was found near the door. Broken wardrobe handles, blanket had a hole. The laundry that is on the ground floor stinks. Booked for two elderly couples and all they were complains, regretted that I booked here. Though the property is good, needs lot of maintenance.

I asked for 1 double bed but they gave me two single beds. Liars.

Okay to stay. Infrastructure should be checked on a regular basis. customer satisfaction is very important. No body cares if we complain that's the issue.

Good area, close to us consulate. Good place to stay if you are applying for us visa and need to stay in Chennai.
