Food was not that good but they did serve it hot which is a great advantage in a place like vagamon. We were not made to wait much after placing the order. One thing they can improve a lot is cleanliness as we found at least 3 hair on our plates and food.

Nice budget hotel. Near to vagamon town. Rooms are spacious and clean.

One of the best hotels in Vagamon. Very comfortable stay and located in main town. Nearby to all sightseeing places. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. You can also rent cabs and THAR jeep for sightseeing which is amazing… Rooms are also clean and comfy. Over all value for money and worth. Thank u Thomas and chechi for the warm welcome. A budget hotel, nothing fancy just basic aminities. Hotel is very close to Vagamon town easily reachable and very close to state highway. There is ample car parking. The room doors are made of cheap flimsy plastic, which was disappointing. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Three bedroom two bedroom single bedroom options were available. Food was not bad. There is a small terrace area with chilly winds on night. Overall this might be the best budget hotel in Vagamon.

One of the few restaurants in vagamon which is clean. They do have decent wash room. Food is just average.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Vagamon. The property is easy to locate and is located in a peaceful part of the town. The rooms offer great views of the hills and town. The room was clean and the washroom was neat, with hot water available at all times. The restaurant offered a simple, on-demand menu, but the food was tasty and freshly prepared.

Visited Vagamon on Dec 2017. Stayed at Chillax for a night. Good experience. Food is fine. Internet and parking is available. Hot water is available all the time. Located in the town itself. Rooms are clean. Overall a happy customer.

I've gone for lunch here. By seeing there nice look from outside, I thought there will be wise variety of food. But later I realized that they only offer kerala meals at lunch time.! The only special item was chicken fry. That disappointed me. The food was okay.

I have stayed in Chillax for two days. Good support and guidance from the hotel team. Well behaviour staffs. Excellent food preparation and also they arranged me a off road on Thar with a beautiful places.

A good hotel with restaurant and neat rooms. The restaurant provides tasty kerala food. Also the rooms are very much worth and very and tidy to spend for different needs.

Awesome place to stay in. We were at the two bed room apartment that was as neat as anything. It had very clean restrooms which I liked the most. The whole town sleeps early so make sure you order food early in the evening.

Rooms were clean and very well maintained. But found no sound proof. Whatever going outside is hearing inside. The doors are of plastic (a creepy one — which I believe) which was making so many noises. If some one opens the door next to my room, I couldn't sleep. Kind of hammering sound. There were plenty of electricity disconnections. So the heater in the bathroom was not working properly. Meals / BF / Supper were great.

Nice place. I booked lunch for 27 peoples there and they provide proper service to us. The place is a good one and staff and the owner is too friendly. Also normal rate and good tastey food.

I had booked this place purely based on Google reviews and the pics. Found it to be decent stay for family. Pros The facilities are quite nice and are as advertised. Rooms were neat and washroom facilities were good. Good view from overlooking a valley. Quite easily accessible and is near to the main vagamon town. The restaurant they have provides homely food and is evenly priced. Friendly staff. Cons They seemed to run by a family. So there are limited number of staff and they seem to be over stretched at times. So they have a fault in the service offered. Restaurant have limited options and they tend to cook a limited quantity. So if u reach hotel a little late into the afternoon you might yourself without food. Overall I liked our stay at Chillax.

Decent stay for family. The facilities are quite nice.

An ordinary place with average food and service. Booked for Chillax but got room in there own, another property in Bliss Vagamon (within few yards). There is no resturent in this place. Hard to find any staff for service (yes you can call from your mobile). Entrance to Bliss is very narrow naad to be very careful while driving. Overall the place is OK for the price.

The place is maintained well and has workers who r very pleasant and make sure all your needs are met. I personally love the food they serve, much like a home cooked meal. The stay is also affordable.

Like the name, perfect place for chill out and relax. Climate and beauty of nature in Vagamon is simply adorable and the icing of cake during the visit was the stay at Chillax. Me and my friends really enjoyed the spacious apartment stay at chillax. The amnesties and food provided there was simply superb. Service is remarkable.
