Nice place to spent a vacation with family. It has a prime location and easy access to nearby tourist spots of vagamon. Well furnished rooms and nice staff. Chef provided us with good food. It has a small lake with boating for kids. All together I recommend to stay here. Really value for money.

Neat n tidy resort. Congested rooms. Rate little bit on higher side. Limited food in the restaurant.

Best place to stay at Vagamon. It’s very nearby to pine valley We can see pine forest from our rooms or balcony. Best restaurant and good service. Good parking space and good atmosphere for family. Highly recommended.

Nice resort… clean rooms… good for resting. Good for kids to play around. Food was far better… Little need to be. Improved is service. Only one. Waiter serves all 3/meals. And. Due. To. His work load, he is not. Cool to. Guests.

Very nice place resort, well located. Small pond there, kids can feed fish. Adequate amenities in rooms. Some cottages, expensive though, give an awesome view of the valley. Good parking area.

Very Good resort. Has a lot of amenities. One short coming is they don't serve food post 10 or 930. Kitchen is closed way too early and you won't find any hotels or restaurants closer by. So better be prepared for tha or else you may have to starve for that night like we did.

The place is just outside vagamon city center. Rooms r gud n overall its a nice n well maintained hotel. Its location is next to the pine forest which is a tourist place. Because of this rhe main road to the hotel is very congested which is the only prob that I found.

Extraordinary place to stay for a great vacation to kick off… They provide Buffet which was good. They provide Free Wi-Fi with great speed. Room service is also cool. As this place is adjacent to pine valley you could have the valley view from the resort itself. Also they provide cricket bat ball, football, carrom board and snooker games to enjoy your stay…!

Great place for relaxation, the staff was friendly and most helpful. The deluxe apartments are fantastic. Don't miss off road tour around Vagamon.

Went there for breakfast only, nice restaurant, good food and friendly staff.

Very good resort for family with kids. Lot of beautiful space outside the rooms, with walk ways, around a pond in the middle. Very clean and well maintained premises. Clean and comfortable rooms, with private balcony for each rooms. Coffee maker, milk powder, sugar, tea bag etc provided in the room. Neat and clean toilets with towels, soap, shampoo etc. Very good restaurant with tasty food. Good breakfast included in the package. Resort is located near Pine forest, so the entrance is crowded in the busy season, but only 50 meters. Recommended for all who wish to stay at Vagamon.

Everything excellent except the breakfast timing. They start serving breakfast by 8:30am only, which is very late.

Well maintained property. Staff are polite and courteous. Manager Vishnu deserves appreciation. Without doubt one of the best places to stay in Vagamon.

Tried only the restaurant here. Not so good. Its difficult enter inside since it has a verry narrow road since its been placed on the way to the pine forest which is a popular tourist destination for travellers.

The worst hotel with the worst service and hospitality they even stole my trekking jacket. Never recommending this damn hotel to anyone!

Delicious food guaranteed. But desserts are costly, especially ice creams. You're getting two scoops of regular, of the shelf varieties, like chocolate, butterscotch, strawberries, but they charge you Rs100+ tax for it!

Bulbs in the room r fused, main door lock doesn't work, TV remote is damaged, no toilet rolls, no cloth hangers in the closet, buffet dishes r not replenished or r replenished slowly (at any given time two buffet vessels will be empty), no starters are served, etc. Once you complain, the staff do their best to help out. But this kind of penny pinching makes you feel u r staying in a low budget economy hotel. I would have given it zero stars, but one for the courteous and helpful staff (with the exception of one room service staff who showed his irritation when asked why starters r not served on a weekend in peak tourist season) and one star for the overall ambiance of the hotel (which is spacious and nice).
