Worst experience ever with the hotel.

The management is greedy frauds. They told us we wont get uber cabs in the morning (which was a clear lie) and made us book cab though them. They charged 1400 rs from us for distance 1km, which actually cost less than 200rs, and paid the cab driver only 1/4 th of it and he had no clue that the staff took this much money from us. Such a Rip off.

Not updated exact details in Oyo service. Once I book a room via Oyo they call back few houres before check in and said room not available and they apologize then said they need more time to update the correct details. So please stay updated.

Extra 400 Rs charged for a mistake booking. 1 Adult 1 Room was booked. But charged extra 400 to accommodate 1 more person. The receptionist marked our total with just 100 rs extra. Room Service is very costly. Rooms are of good quality but not spacious. It was not a good experience for us specifically from the staff.

The owner of the hotel abused my father as begger even after he payed the whole rent as advance. The owner tried to push my father when he filmed the horrible staffs behavior and hooliganism of the owner and the owner ran away being surrounded my his men. On the pervious day they delayed my father and next day morning no hot water and when inquired they abuse him as begger. Totally unsafe for families and ladies. I want to give them ZERO stars and a huge standing ovation for the customer service and HOSPITALITY and HOOLIGANISM. My fellow maps users enter this hotel at your own risk.

Nice to stay for one day they wont have kictchen even food is available next to hotel but it would be great if its with them and room as clean.

A budget stay very near to Kochuveli railway station. The rooms and bath room is kept clean and the staff behaves professionally. They provide free Wi-Fi round the clock and all rooms are air conditioned.

The Hotel is clean and the rooms are good and cheap. However please do remember to ask for a non-smoking room if you if you do not smoke as some of the rooms have the smoke smell in them. Overall good service.

Location is good if you want a hotel near airport or Kuchuveli Railway station. Room was clean and good. Visibility is less as hotel is on service road. Restaurant doesn't open early and hence you might not get breakfast till 10 AM Be careful with early check-in as they ask for additional payment if you are even half an hour early. We got lucky as we told them they we will leave early by 8.

Below average service and facilities parking is main issue very difficult to park there. Very high price.

Hotel management doesn't conform to the rules dictated by oyo rooms. Charge 1600 for early check in, which should otherwise be Rs. 300. Rooms are neat, well furnished and good.

They have the finest and the coolest rooms.

Satisfactory rooms. Slow internet. They don't have restaurant of there own. Complementary breakfast is supplied by the near by restaurant 'sagara'.

Even though we booked the room little earlier they have not reserved it. Luckily got the accommodation there since one room was empty when I arrived there. Room and bathroom was clean and clear. That is the good thing you can feel. Unfortunately the TV is were not working. And when I asked to switch the room no other rooms were available. Wi-Fi / Internet connectivity were also not available in the room. You have to walk in to the reception if you wish to connect to Wi-Fi.

One of the worst hotel ever experienced. This hotel runs without a manager. I booked the hotel through "Makemytrip" for a premium room but hotel was trying to adjust me in a deluxe room. When I insisted then they gave me a little bigger room in basement. It looked used beds as bed-sheets was dirty. No drinking water was provided in the Room. Beds were broken and if one is not focused he may end up hurting himself. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
