We are facing so many problems here.

Very bad Service and Rooms Quality is very low… Don't waste your time and Money please select better options.

What a location for a sea side hotel. Indoor swimming pool is small in size and not well maintained. Foods are costly. But again the location is what will help you to forget the other flaws.

Pros : 1. If you just want to sit back and enjoy the SEAnic view this will be best option in kovalam 2. Spacious deluxe room Cons: 1. Can improve the room hygiene 2. Complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark 3. Service in the restaurant is not that friendly/professional 4. Should use fresh bed sheets.

Very nice beach facing room we took. Liked the view and stay. Dont try the restaurant which is below the hotel (the one which is beach facing) … pathetic food. Tried tea for 30₹ but it was worst.

We took sea facing rooms. Rooms are spacious and neat. Close by to the beach entrance so you don't have to walk like other resorts. Room service is good. They have massage parlours also. Stay would feel like a hotel and not like any resorts available in that area.

Poorest service I seen in India. If you are somebody that likes to shower in the evening then this isn't the hotel for you as they only provide hot water in the morning between 6-7 and thats it! You can ask for hot water to wash and they bring it in a jug after many attempts of calling them. They hung up the phone on me 3 times because they just didn't want to give any hot water. The breakfast here isn't nice at all and the toast just tastes like bread. Basically the ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location if your lucky enough to have a seaside room.

Nice hotel, sea beach property. Completely enjoying sea beach. Good staff, rooms are well managed & maintained. Food is slightly costly. But overall experience is good. Nice view from balcony. Suggest to stay but use only sea facing room.

The hotel is so perfectly located that from your rooms, you can see the Sea touching the enterence of the hotel. The staff is very cooperative nice and informative, particularly Mr Venket the Manager of the Hotel, with whose friendly behaviour I am very very impressed. The rooms are clean spacious and have the neat and clean beds. Overall, a perfect place for people coming from far off places.

Nice view, veg food was very tasty, staff was very co operative… they extended the dinner time for us till 10:30 and provided breakfast at 7:15 when we wanted to leave early…

Superb sea side resort. Seashore view from balcony was too good. Too many shops aside resort.

We were booked into this Hotel through a Tourist Agency from New Delhi and unfortunately the Location was the only Positive Thing about this Hotel. Our Room was very dirty, the Sheets and also the Towels were dirty and although we said this at the Reception, no one cared about clean Stuff. The Breakfast was not good and on The Day Of departure it was unfortunately not ready at the actual Time and we hardly had any Time to eat. In response to our Suggestion at the Reception that breakfast was not ready from 8am as advertised, but not until 20 Minutes later, we were told "unfortunately you had bad luck. "

Good Hotel with excellent location. I was staying in Room — 204 facing beach and I loved my stay.

It's a family resort U can feel a very good sunrise view from der No need to go to point.

It was great experience to stay there. Rooms very excellent and view from the rooms is the main attraction from this hotel. Overall it was great.

Worst hotel experience ever. Beware while handing over the room keys to room service and cleaning. Not a trust worthy staff. They packed our bags themselves and shifted to another rooms while we were out travelling. Though the room was booked for 2 days.

Never go to this hotel. Worst experience of my life with any hotel. We had 2 rooms booking for 2 nights… We stayed there for 1 night and next day while we were sightseeing the hotel staff without even our knowledge packed our luggages themselves and shifted our rooms. God knows if they might have stolen anything from our luggage. I had read good reviews about the staff at this hotel but this experience of mine changes everything.

I don't know one thing that was right about this hotel. First of all the lobby stinks, and there are mattresses lying outside the room. Dustbin bags were lying near the staircase. Bedsheets were not changed. AC was not working. The drainage of the bathroom would clogged up. No toilet roll. We didn't have phone for room service in our room. And just when things couldn't get worst the main door handle in our room from inside was not there so we had to keep our door open for few hours until we were given another room. Even in that room AC was not working. Worst part was that after complaining time and again they didn't bother to take any action. When we came back after a tour of the city our room was in a mess as we had left it. The housekeeping didn't bother to make our beds and clean the room including the wash room. Moreover the food served in the buffet was cold and tasteless and there was no variation in the menu for two days. Also the dining area was filthy and the table and chairs were never cleaned. To sum it up it was the worst experience of my entire life and the worst hotel I've ever witnessed. Don't even think about stepping foot in this hotel unless you want to have the most miserable vacation.

Had a vry worst experience in this hotel. Hospitality vry poor. I would like to mention only few out of many like bugbites, full of mosquitos, untidy bathroom, dirty blankets without cover…

Very nice, Room was sea facing, good hospitality, courteous service with all aminities and Beautiful and picturesque location we Enjoyed our stay there of 3 Days.

Very good. Staff. Mr. Venkatesh (front office manager) give more insight about kovalam. Good breakfast experience. Cleanly maintained swimming pool. Overall good.

Perfect location… Spacious and clean rooms… Delicious food and friendly staff… Value for money…

Price — quality couldn't be any further from each other. A lot of money for a filthy place. Location is great, staff is friendly but that's about it. If you ask they will wipe the floor for you but that's about how far the cleaning goes. Furniture is broken, old and / or not clean at all. Towels are greyish from being used for too many years. Shower gets somewhere between cold and warm, if you're lucky. Sheets are covered with stains. And after two nights it was impossible to count the number of bugbites my body was covered with. And I'm not even mentioning the cockroach. You have to beg for toiletpaper over and over again because you'll always get an already half used role of toiletpaper. Indian breakfast is cold. One last advice in case you insist in booking this hotel: do not walk through the corridor without wearing shoes.

The best resort I have seen. Fabulous location. I think this is the only resort in Kovalam situated in beach. Approximately 5mts to the beach. Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean, in food we will get an authentic taste.

Not a good hotel. Cheated on rooms. Shows a different room and gives another in deluxe. Do not recommend. Dirty and power cut. No hot water. Not all the staff is good.

In my opinion, this is the "Best Beach Resort in Kovalam" / "Best Beach Resort in Trivandrum".
I am glad to recommend to the all who want to enjoy your holiday in Kovalam Beach, Tvm.

The owner is very polite and accommodating. The view from the rooms is great. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The AC in our room wasn't very effective though. The complimentary breakfast was good enough. It's also right next to the beach.

Roof top restaurant is nice.

Staff members very rude stay away from this place or it will ruin your holidays be aware!

Poor service staff not so good.

Cant explain the beauty of this hotel, just need to change staff members as they are very rude.
