The worst food I had ever tasted. Got food poison after having food from here.

Easily accessible and also affordable.

On a bustling city street, this casual business hotel is 3 km from Tripunittura railway station and 2 km from Abhishekam Convention Center. Relaxed rooms feature flat-screen TVs, tea and coffeemaking equipment and sitting areas, plus ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms. Room service is available 24/7. Breakfast is offered in a warm, wood-paneled restaurant. There's also a 24-hour coffee shop, and event space. Parking is available, as is a doctor on-call.

Good rooms, well behaved staff and nice food too.

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Nice amenities and services. Has a good restaurant, good quality food but quantity seemed a bit on the less side. Our veg friends didn't like the veg dishes though. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located far away from Kochi airport but the public transport is easily accessible. The surroundings of the hotel are scenic too. The rooms are beautifully furnished. The room in which I stayed had an AC, a big screen TV and a king size bed. The service and amenities offered by the hotel staff was also impressive. Cafe Liva was fun too. One can watch football matches while ordering food. The food quality was satisfactory and the menu covered almost all the south indian recipes along with north indian and international cuisines.

Place is good. Three star facility with good staff The kitchen needs a good chef though.

Well maintained rooms. Nice ambience. Compliment breakfast is okay but with less choices. Anyways taste is good. Staffs are cooperative.

We were invited for a birthday party. Food was quite good. As it was our 1st visit to the hotel. Good environment. Good staff. Really enjoyed the party it was good.

I had booked 9 rooms and a hall on 3rd feb 2018 for a function. The hotel incharge Mr. Lijo promised that he would arrange all the facilities including complimentary breakfast for the guests on 11th feb. When the guests approached for breakfast at the restaurant they denied to provide the complimentary breakfast and again they approached the reception for the same but the receptionist also told them that it is not included. Even though prior arrangements for complimentary breakfast was promised by the hotel incharge the guests were not provided with breakfast on demand and had to take it from outside and it came to my notice only when the guests themselves informed me that they had no other option than taking food from outside which was very embarrassing for me. When the same was put into notice, the hotel incharge was not ready to accept the fact and denied it without even cross-checking the same. The food (sadya) provided for the function did not meet the expectations as promised by the hotel incharge Mr. Lijo,. The other service provided was also not satisfactory.

One can experience a responsible hospitality here. Good staying options are available but ensure you book in advance because block bookings may happen when there are conferences in Ernakulam. The multi cuisine restaurant offers tasty food across South & North Indian, Chinese and Continental. Some weekends there is buffet dinner. A 24/7 coffee shop also is there.

The hotel is located in the city. The hotel is great with good big rooms and has a great ambiance. The services provided by them are also very good. All the staff is well mannered and respectful. We only had breakfast in the hotel but that too was awesome with a variety of dishes.

Great disappointment. I was not at all satisfied. Service is very bad. Breakfast… I had never taken such a tasteless breakfast. Dosa… or Idly. I think it is doddali. That too we had to wait. Not in sufficient quantity. Sorry I think it's better to stop here. Lastly about rent… It's too high. Rooms are not spacious.

Room is good but staffs are not prompt enough for room service, during checkout no one is there for luggage taking. Morning breaksfast buffet is worse.

First to say. The location is perfect, it is situated in a easily accessible Location. The hotel is soo beautiful. Great service. The rooms are also comfy. But it doesn't mee that luxury factor.

Friendly staff, clean & tidy, close to city center, lots of useful shops around.

Ordered takeaway Chicken Biriyani. Both taste and quantity wise it was splendid. One of best in town, which I must say.
ONE disappointment was on the waiting time.
No guest in the hotel during peak hours but then too waiting time was too much.

Restraunt is not crowded… Ambience is good. Menu isn't that great. Food is average. Location is good… Right at the junction. Parking space available. Courteous staffs.

Visited once for a get together with friends… service at restaurant was extremely slow… having a good looking reception… not stayed in room… so no idea abt that…

Cafe is never open, manager is a dumbass who does not respond to questions asked. Requires a lot of experience to deal customers. Good luck propel.

Awesome Hotel. Very clean, excellent food and pleasant and friendly staffs. An excellent stay for a vacation with Family and a good place to check in for official Bussiness and CME trips.

Decent accommodation. Friendly and helpful front desk. House keeping is lethargic.

Good location. Nice food/ambience. The attitude is bad. I had gone to finalise a hall/food but the staff is not very anxious of business _ I say don't care attitude. Do we say compacent? The place was ideally located for me but I have finalised​ a place yet another 10 km away from Livanta.

Very nice ambience. Very clean rooms. Polite service personal. Restaurant is little bit expensive however, food is good. Hotel is at busy roadside. If you get the room window facing roadside, you might get lot traffic noise from outside.
