This hotel was really worth my money and time. The staff is No1. Really friendly and great service. For sure I’m going to stay there again. I would definitely recommend crown plaza. The room service was a bit delay and the baby crib is ready to go in the trash. Rest everything was great and fantastic.

Don't stay here! They are thieves. I have stayed here and in an emergency situation, I have requested taxi service from this hotel, and they stole my money by 2575 for Toyota Ethos the cheapest sedan taxi for dropping me off at the airport from the Crown Plaza hotel. When the standard rate is 800 for the same trip. Please stay away from this hotel service and don't book this hotel because everything is more expensive here compared to other five star hotels. I never ever stay here.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Kochi for our Anniversary in King Deluxe Backwater View Room — 1 night stay. Reception team was so courteous and ready to help us with a smile always. They provided us with a wonderful cake for our room for the anniversary. Special mentions to Ms. Lore (sorry not remembering the exact name) who helped us from the front office and led us to our room and Ms. Nisha during our check out time. The backwater view from the room was extremely impressive especially during Sunrise! The room was clean and sanitized with fine furniture. Bathroom was with all amenities and 24/7 hot water. Dinner Buffet @Mosaic Restaurant — Salad and Dessert section had a great spread of varieties. Live counter was serving Teriyaki Beef and Chicken Satay and it was so delicious. Kudus to the chefs! Main course spread was comparative less but Goat Biryani and Cajun Fish stole the show that night for us. The restaurant was ambience and live music was great. Breakfast Buffet — Compared to the dinner buffet, we loved breakfast spread. They were serving Continental and South-Indian cuisines. Live counter was serving all varieties of Egg dishes and Dosas/Appam. COVID protocol was maintained in rooms @Mosaic Restaurant. Hand sanitizers and toothpicks (for button press) are kept in front of lifts and corridors. Swimming pools were not operational due to the pandemic situation. Thanks to Team Crowne Plaza Kochi for making our stay more than memorable.

Beautiful property with awesome backwaters view. Amazed with the ambience. The staffs are so courteous and will make you feel like home. It's really a great place to stay. Staff is really good, warm and welcoming. Food was excellent. Pool, spa and especially special dinner arrangements are simply wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay there.

A luxury hotel with great service and first class amenities. Had attended a party here and the drinks were served well. They have spacious halls and a decent stage. The ambience is pleasant and perfect for a business/casual trip. Easily noticeable from the service road, it has enough space for buses and cars to drop off till the entrance. There is also an ATM at the entrance.

Beautiful location. Has the best swimming pool and gymnasium. The staff are very good and polite. They are always wishing you with smile. The restaurant is very good. The staff demonstrate high degree of professionalism and maturity. I would definitely look forward to staying here in future.

Comfortable clean rooms great restaurant and good food.

This is one place which is one of my favourites. We had been for the Sunday brunch at their restaurant Mosaic. I must say that everything was perfect. Right from the ambience to the service and the food needless to say was perfect. Any other word would be an understatement. Each dish that I tasted (practically impossible to taste each one from their lavish spread) was a burst of flavors, cooked to perfection and was not greasy. The desserts were amazing too! The live music added to the beauty. A Must visit place!

Very close to the National Highway. The place gives us a giant feel about luxury. Top class in security, stay and facilities. I couldn't find the food that great. The easy access to reach all well known destinations of Kochi makes it the business class's favourite.

Had gone into the coffee shop and had ordered couple of their specials but had full of milk powder instead of milk. Could taste it. Completely unexpected from a property like this. Otherwise great ambience and all.

This really is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The included breakfast was outstanding with so many different options, both Indian and Continental. The staff arranged absolutely anything you wanted or needed. Room service was a bit slow and we did have a chicken dish that had to be sent back due to being undercooked.

Crowne Plaza, one of the best star hotel in kochi, the staff were generally great, the club room we booked was huge with a pleasant view over the backwaters (if you ignored the water treatment plant that is! ) and breakfast was excellent. We were here for 3 nights using the hotel as a base for exploring and only ate one evening meal here. For the one meal we had we ate in the roof restaurant, there was a disco playing but outside the noise wasn’t too obtrusive. Unfortunately, this is where the niggles started, when we retired to our room only one floor below the noise of the disco came with us!

Five Star Hotel with a Five Star dining experience. As usual, the hotel offers excellent accommodation and conference facilities meeting the renowned standards of Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG). Also Crowne Plaza Kochi have a wide range of food and beverage outlets from fine dining to casual bars with fantastic and beverage choices which is very very rare in Kochi. I was totally blown away with my dining experience in Trilogy & Sky Grill. Fantastic experience.

The hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was kind and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying as well. I'm not sure about the location. It seemed that it took time to arrive to the center but we were with vehicle and driver so we weren't bothered.

Standards and facilities are superb. I was part of my companies product launch conducted for guests from all parts of Kerala. Everyone liked food also very much. Nice ambience.

Crown placa welcomed me warmly and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Spa was perfect. But I would give the spa workers lesson in english, its hard to comunicate with them. And I think, to plan a spa program, needs a good english. I was little bit disapointet, that hotel forgot my birthday, I am not one, who celebrate it in a big way, but saying happy birthday would have been nice. In hyatt hotel I got roses, cake,,,,,, and I had a discussion with manager of cleaning one. I would like, to show many hotels, how to clean properly,,,,, when I see on first view through the rooms, dirty mirror, desk or bathroom,,, than I know, something goes in a wrong way,,,,, they need training, time to make it correct. To many controll the workers, but less know how to work. Thats the problem. Last but not least, I had a pleasant stay with some little things, which should made better.

It was expected to be great and so it is. But making things special are attention to small details — — once my luggage arrived, the hotel staff cut the plastic clamp that's put on by airport authorities (I didn't have to ask for a pair of scissors), the tea corner in the room has some of the finest leaves to offer; third, the charging station ensures that the guest doesn't have any problem; and, there is enough bottled water to last a couple of days.

Good place to conduct Corporate & Family events in Cochin. The property has a lovely pool which you must enjoy. And yes, the food was delicious as well. Came here on a corporate event. The staff was extremely cordial and helpful.

Crowne Plaza, Cochin was a good choice for having food last time. The kebabs were perfect and the staffs were guest friendly. Like the whole ambience as well.

5 Star hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Rooms on par with other similar hotels but needs some updates. Breakfast includes all the local dishes can be expanded to include more European dishes. T-Bar on the 15th floor has a good vibe when an event is on, otherwise quiet. Higher floors definitely recommended as the view of the river is awesome from the top floors. Well fitted gym and 2 swimming pools to cool off in.

Stayed here a few times, it it one of the best places to have food and party at night. The bar is very cozy and quite u and sit and chill while u have a sip of your drink. The ambience is beautiful when u enter the restaurant or aroma or the conextions.

Everything was just great. The rooms was unbelievable spacious. It has a full lounge set, a massive bathroom with a shower & bath tub. Loved the glass between the bed (fit for a king) and the bathroom. Facilities was top notch. Pity I didn't have enough time to gym & pool etc. Awesome place. Highly recommended.

Overall experience was great although the check in process took forever. They made us wait on a bench and while they were talking care of 'formalities' proceeded to check in other guests. The bed was dirty however staff came and cleaned the bed right away. Business center printer was broken. Breakfast was amazing — great spread.

Sky grill is the perfect place for steak and a drink with a menu of excellent dishes, friendly staff and a beautiful view of Kochi. Their speciality is French fries. The banquet halls are already complete with decorations of beautiful chandeliers and are spacious for a large crowd. Underground Parking is also available.

The coffee shop contains an ambience meant to have a nice time with family. The service is pretty good and the variety and quality of the food served is excellent. The only downside is the cost but that is to be expected from a five star hotel.

I visited only once at Crowne Plaza Kochi and stayed only one night which I think is not enough for a detailed review. This Hotel is situated in a key location of Kochi and the lake behind the hotel is adding the scenic natural beauty to this Hotel. The ambiance is very good, neat and clean and have tried to make it Green everywhere. Vast parking area, green lawn, water fountains and water bodies will nurture your body and soul. Two beautifully maintained infinity pools are there in ground floor and first floor. Staffs are very much co operative and pleasant looking. It is little bit difficult to understand the card key system in the elevators. Finally one of the staff taught me the operation and after that it was easy to me. A variety of dishes and menu are available and the special attraction is sea food restaurant. I liked very much and really enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast and I couldn't go out from the restaurant before filling the last point of my stomach. Our room was big and good with all facilities. TV was not working in the room and called for service and the attended person assured that the person will come at the earliest. But until I check out in the next day afternoon, no one attended and I adjusted with my mobile instead of TV. Bath room and toilet are well maintained and neat and clean. Shower area is too small and bit difficult to take a bath and entire glass partition walls become wet after your bath.

Beautiful view and a comfortable stay, staff are very cordial and had warm behaviour. Although I stayed for just two days my experience is very good and would definitely come back to stay again… only suggestion is if they slightly improve the food and beverage section. Overall a wonderful experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, courteous and nobody was pushy. We had a very early check in at 1 hour notice at 8.15am. We were keyed up and luggage delivered well within 10 minutes. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom simply stunning. Mini bar is well stocked and the choice of restaurants and cuisine should satisfy many discerning guests. The pool is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and water front jetty. Lunch at Mosaic on level 2 was excellent and the staff always made sure you were looked after without being interruptive. Would highly recommend this hotel. I'm just sorry our stay will be so short.

It got a good lake side view and great customer services. It's a bit expensive but that's worth the money spent. Definitely a five star experience.

Haven't stayed here. Only for a conference. All amenities were excellent. The lunch buffet was very good, especially considering it was made with the conference in mind.

Rooms are spacious. Backwater view is awesome. Breakfast spread is good.

Stay is very comfortable. I wouldnt call it budget though. Slightly off the city center, it is worth staying in if there is a convention or a conference. Food is peculiarly average as the restaurant probably caters to international clientile. I wish the food was better.

The Mosaic resturant serves an excellent Brunch on Sundays, with Indian, Chinese and Continental options. Nice live music. Kid friendly with a nice spread for kids.

Great hotel and very polite, caring, friendly and hospitable staff. Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. Enjoyed every minute of my stay there. Food in Mosaic and in the Sky Lounge is great — I didn't eat at Triology because I don't eat sea food. If I am ever in Cochin again, I will not think twice about where I'll stay: my room at Crowne Plaza will be booked in a heatbeat.

Recently I visited your hotel with my family to have lunch and I was shocked to see a Marine Aquarium there, who ever set up that tank does n't have the basic knowledge, It seems to me that the management is either ignorant or they them selves have never seen a Marine Aquarium before for allowing such a grusome display. I live in Australia and have travelled the world and stayed in many of your hotels but never experienced anything like this. Just by looking at the tank it will make you so uncomfortable and wants to leave. I must admit that it is a beautiful hotel but the Aquarium is certainly an eyesor. I'll be writing to your head quarters and I am giving your hotel the lowest rating only because for knowingly displaying some thing very offensive to many.
