Good for residence. Rooms are good but servicing is not much good.

The rooms are good and neat. There is also lift facilty and its in working condition. The building has fire and safety features. The hot water is available at inappropriate timings though. The bathrooms are sort of like "okay" and the place is near to the south railway station and to MG rd. Not much space for car parking though.

Likes: Located in calm and quiet area. Good staff. Complimentary breakfast is good. Facilities like pantry, free Wi-Fi, drinking water etc are good. Neat and clean rooms. Lift is available. There is no in-house restaurant but MG ROAD is just walkable distance. Food is delivered to your room by zomato and swiggy. Central mall is at just walkable distance. Wheelchair accessible. Dislikes: Difficult to locate by cab drivers. Located on a narrow street. Limited parking space.

Visited this Oyo hotel in March 2018. Located in the by lanes near M. G. Road, Ernakulam. Difficult to locate. Had a very hard time reaching it. Exceptionally well appointed and decorated room. Good front desk staff. Check in was smooth. Only disappointment was the complimentary Breakfast. Absolutely stale Chappati and some Sambhar. No one can eat that kind of food.

Only breakfast is available that too only one type of South Indian food brought from outside shop. Rest of the day one cannot get any food during lunch or dinner. There is no restaurant nearby as well. One needs to walk 15 mins for the nearest restaurant Mehfil Biryani (this is the best place to eat, awesome food, fast service and value fr money, better than costly restaurants). There is no laundry facility. Bathroom does not have toilet paper. Good part is the bathroom size is comparatively big w. R. T the room size. Hot water available only in tap, not in shower. Hotel is near to station — 10 mins by auto and near to Maharaja College Metro station 10 mins by auto or 15-20 mins walking. Nearest jetty is KSRTC Ernakulam jetty — 15-20 mins by ola/auto. Online / card payment facility available. There is one SBI ATM nearby 5mins walk. Overall hotel is good fr budget concious traveller who are ready to walk out go out fr little requirements.

Ample parking space, calm location at the heart of city. Just 100 meters away from Shenoys theatre and metro station. 300 meters far from south railway station and 150 meters far from KSRTC bus stand. Hygienic rooms and cooperative staffs and good housekeeping.

The location isn't easily traceable. The rooms are extraordinarily small, much smaller than the images shown on the website. My bed was infested by ants which I figured out in the morning on the day of my check out. The dinning room is full of dusts and the hotel staffs lacked preparedness for serving breakfast at the expected time. The breakfast served was of poor quality and too insufficient to be called 'breakfast'. This hotel, from my overall understanding, isn't suitable for family stay. This hotel is possibly the worst hotel offered by Oyo.

Worst room ever! No light in the bathroom, each rooms are different and have different problems. The rooms in the first floor are good, but don't you dare go to the second floor even if you don't find another hotel. There are all sorts of problems with all the rooms in the second floor! WORST HOTEL EVER DIDN'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR!

Please dont book this hotel. They will cheat you in the last moment saying no room. We booked one month back through cleartrip but at the time of checkin they said they dont have rooms all got full and was offering alternate rooms nearby. Receptionist mr. Anil was so rude and doesnt know how to behave to guest. He was not responding to us and behaved unprofessional and not polite. He is not fit for any hospitality industry. Reservation manager mr. Hari said there was electrical problem and ac is not working. He is a liar and played drama for not providing room. Never book this hotel because there many other good hotels in cochin with better service. This one is lodge not having any hotel standard!

Very very bad … Room is fully damped … Bathroom lock is very poor. Once you lock then 2 people you need to open the bathroom. Small rooms. Dirty. The pillow covers, bedsheets was not washed. Please don't visit. There is no shop nearby so you can't buy anything for emergency like medicine, water, foods.

Non veg food is good. Veg food is not good and bathroom plumbing is not good.

The hotel is good cannot reach the place with the vehicles like bus upto car its good.

Many mosquitoes in the room, Wifi only in Lobby, bathroom without window — bad lights for the price, I would have found something better in Fort Cochin.

One of the worst experiences till now when it comes to staying in hotel. In fact today v r checking out. The hotel owner claims the hotel to be that it's a 3 star hotel with very unhygienic maintenance of beds, bathrooms, corridors, lift. And especially the terrace tops the unhygenic list. examples of bad behaviour from receptionist : 1) I went to buy a Aquafina water bottle 1 Ltr, it happened to be INR 20, but v were charged INR 30. Which I did object. The justification given was ITS A 3 STAR HOTEL SO Rs. 10 extra. 2) No hot water Facility, when asked about it. One bucket hot water was provided per room. 3) Bad attitudes from Serving staff n other supporting staff. I tried attaching images. But no option in Google. Thanks and regards.

Rooms are good but not well ventilated. Half of the room facilities dont work.
