We (@evergreeneventskerala) were at Hotel Club7, Thiruvalla, yesterday and today for a wedding decor work. The main banquet hall is a very spacious one with all necessary facilities. The food for the reception was of excellent quality (hot & sour chicken soup, chicken tandoori, appam, nan, mutton stew, fried rice, chilly chicken, beef fry & salads are some of the outstanding stuffs we had on today's menu; rest of the items too were of fair enough quality). The staffs are very cooperative and give the guests a warm atmosphere.
Very nice place to spent time to relax/enjoy with family/ friends.

Such a negative and bad response from the front desk staff named Chithra,
Today me and my brother booked a room with the them and went to check in.
At the reception while paying the advance she asked me who was the third person with me 'i told her that, he is my friend who came to drop us and I know well that room is for two persons and we may not even stay overnight. Once I done with my verification she asked again "why he is here then " I told her I already said he is just a friend who just came to drop us, and its none of your business.
All of sudden she just lost his temper and said "sir, we dont want you to be here and all and we would glad to give back your advance payment and cancelled the booking. Such a shock for me, I asked her who you are to cancel my booking, she said now im in charge and you must obey me.
i just really embarrassed and leave there without uttering a word. Never seen a staff who got this much attitide ever in my life.
please for those who are concern, look into this matter and just instruct the staff to show atleast some basic respect to the guest sincerely
