Today me and my brother booked a room with the them and went to check in.
At the reception while paying the advance she asked me who was the third person with me 'i told her that, he is my friend who came to drop us and I know well that room is for two persons and we may not even stay overnight. Once I done with my verification she asked again "why he is here then " I told her I already said he is just a friend who just came to drop us, and its none of your business.
All of sudden she just lost his temper and said "sir, we dont want you to be here and all and we would glad to give back your advance payment and cancelled the booking. Such a shock for me, I asked her who you are to cancel my booking, she said now im in charge and you must obey me.
i just really embarrassed and leave there without uttering a word. Never seen a staff who got this much attitide ever in my life.
