Bad service, bad environment, only for person who used to drink frequently, no fresh water, even restaurants don't have its menu, if you will order dosa in morning they will tell it is only available in dinner and vice versa. All staff are mean they always want to make profit. They don't know hindi or English. Overall worst hotel I have ever visited.

Rooms are not maintained well, bathrooms are not clean, unprofessional staff at reception (especially in the night). Food is average, need to really improve hygiene in all the areas.

Hotel is good, we went thru Cleartrip & we missed out on many complimentary offers which they offer to customer booking directly. So better to book directly. Rooms were cozy & clean. Hotel was short-staffed & order like toileteries & bed tea took time as the receptionist (Vivek) was doing all things by himself (appreciate his hardwork & patience). Overall a good stay.

Good programm hall and got good food. And also very good behaviour from the workers.

Good place decent and helpful staff. 15 to 20 minutes from payyanur station. Near by there is shopping arcade also.

We stayed there for a day. Room was not clean. The bathroom tap was leaking, the health faucet was non functional. There was a huge rat in the room which ran over the bed, our luggage and into the cupboard too. We had a difficult time chasing it out. Thd restaurant was bad. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary but it was not ready till 9.30 am. After that they served us breakfast and the only choice was Poori. The pooris were very oily and the side dish was terrible. The only saving grace were the staff who responded swiftly to all our complaints. If not for the staff the would be better shutdown.

Few hotels available in Payyannur and This is one among them but not up to the mark. An average hotel. Kitchen closing time 10 PM.

Dear travellers, As a travel agency we don't recommend this hotel for any guest. They don't have minimum hotel setup for their guests. So kindly don't for this hotel, try hotel KK in Payyannur they serve you the best.

Very poor customer service. Mr. Dhileep the GM. His behaviour towards the customers very cheap. And never recommending to family's and co-operative peoples. Very good for the customers like a local setup * Mr. Dhileep (GM) talk in abuse languages * Staff not responds properly * No minimum facilities providing.

Very poor customer service. Not recommended for families, staff behaviour was very pathetic especially their GM dileep. Please go for any other lodges in payyanur that will become better than this. Not recommended.

Rooms were average but neat. Never got towels. Felt under staffed. Didn't have a proper restaurant.

One of the best options for a stay in Payyanur. Located near the bypass road. Opposite, you can find IDBI bank and ATM.

Ambience is ok. Smell will be very bad as there is a BAR in 1 st floor. A restaurant is also there but food is not so good.
