Very happy to visit FNM for my 16th birthday. Defenitely a memorable one… thank you for great hospitality.

Had a 2 night stay at FN an during unplanned family trip to Munnar. Spectacular location! The facade can be misleading however the hotel has been commendably designed in sync with the landscape to make the max out of the absolutely astounding view on its hind side. All the rooms are below ground level offering a fabulous view to the valley.
The view from the suites with balcony (701-703) — mind blowing and absolutely heavenly! 10/10! Clean, well furnished rooms with beautiful pastel toned interiors. Calming and great to unwind and relax. Neatly maintained clean bathrooms.
Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Prompt room service. Cordial staff makes your stay warm and pleasant.
Restaurant offers a picture perfect view of the valley, which is even better from its outdoor dining area. Cons:
However DO NOT expect a 5 star spread. The menu is very limited currently. Food on the whole — overpriced, disappointing.
Nothing much for the kids.
No pool. Amenities like Spa, Resto Bar, Coffee shop, Gymn, Rooftop restaurant are not functional due to covid scenario.
Parking facility was unavailable citing construction and we wer required to park outside the hotel compound. Lack of sign boards made it quite hard for us to get there the night we reached. If ur looking for a good hotel not too far from Munnar town with ‘one of a kind’ view, calm serene ambience, good rooms: Yes, must visit! Do not expect 5star services.

The hotel offers activities which are quite expensive and only one hour in duration. We decided to do our own thing and as a result the concierge staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly.

It’s very beautiful hotel. Everything is perfect here. View was wonderful. It’s picturesque place. Hotel staff is very nice. Food is also excellent. One of the best hotel in Munnar. Buffet dinner had lots of veg and non veg options. Good play area for kids. They had spa center but it’s very expensive. Per hour 4000. Overall it’s perfect holiday place. Clean and nice hotel.

A warm welcome to after a hectic journey does put a smile on anyone's face. They did just that! And of course the stay and comfort does count. And they weren't far off at that too. Good people with good ambience is always treat and also when your here, make sure you visit the top station by 7 in the morning. It's a must go.

Despite not being in the best location (in our opinion), from the moment we arrived we loved this place, it’s an oasis from the heat and madness outside. All the staff, particularly the reception staff, are a credit to this hotel. It is clear that they work hard in giving exceptional customer service. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

A cozy and modern place with good amenities. Well appointed rooms with scenic views of the valley from every room. There are two restaurants. The one on the first floor is all day while the second one is a barbecue restaurant with only dinner service. The resort has evening campfire (weather permitting)

This is a newly opened hotel in the heart of Munnar. Took a big risk by booking it for our trip but thankfully the gamble paid off. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom is modern and has good fittings. Since the hotel is new, service was a bit let down. The management is very cooperative but I think they are under staffed at this moment which I am sure will improve with time. The view from our room or in fact view from any spot at the hotel is breath taking. Restaurant serves great food though breakfast spread should be improved. Main market is just a 10 minutes drive from the hotel and others places of interest are also nearby. Book this hotel for a quiet, comfortable stay in Munnar.

The place is absolutely beautiful. We went here as part of a birthday treat for a group of friends. We weren't overnight guests so can't really comment on the quality of rooms and room service. We walked around as we waited for the food to get to us. For a 5 star hotel, we thought that the food was pretty average. Nothing too much to complain, but we've has much better food from other restaurants. But then our expectations may have been high considering the ambience and experience with food in Bangalore.

Amazing place with stunning views. The restaurant and bar here are facing to the best views of Munnar. This is the best place to a coffee / beer and watch the sunset. The interior of the hotel is beautifully designed and the staffs are really friendly. A must visit place if you are heading to Munnar and obviously the best place to stay, waking up to these amazing views.

Lovely views from all the rooms, restaurants, lobby and even from the lift. Good food… However as the approach road is narrow you hv to leave bus at Headwork Dam and then proceed by jeeps. It is all enjoyable in good weather but if it is raining and windy take the note of it.

The seinory is amazng. Service is great. The beauty is the infrastructure of the resort. It's super sophisticated.

We stayed at Fragrant Nature in Munnar and would highly recommend to anyone going to Kerela. We had a room on a hill with a beautiful view of the tea estates, our room had all the amenities, the food was amazing (make sure you try iced tea) and the staff was really courteous. The views of sunrise and sunset were pretty gorgeous from our room. Their travel desk was also really helpful for sight seeing and wildlife tours around Munnar. Amazing experience!

Food quality and variety is awesome. A balcony attached to the room and cleaner, bigger bathroom would have made our stay much better.

Excellent experience. Hill and Valley view is amazing in the morning from our room moon light bliss. A must try when you ever visit Munnar.

We had an amazing time at this property. The service was outstanding. All of the staff were very happy and helpful. Saneesh was our favorite server, he always smiled and was very kind. Our room was great and we loved the terrace. One of our favorite hotels in the world!

2-year old, 5 star hotel with amazing views over the valley from all public areas and rooms. Very comfortable rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. Not walking distance to Munnar but hotel restaurant is good.

Stayed at Fragrant Nature Munnar with my family. We were welcomed with warm towels and a cup of ginger tea, which helped us a lot after the tiring journey. The views from the reception, lifts and the balcony was mindblowing! Sometimes the entire valley would be covered with fog, and all you can see is the white fog :) :). If you open the windows of your room early morning, you can feel the fog creeping into the rooms. Also, we were able to see the sunrise. We stayed in two rooms, with connected balconies. There was an electric fireplace in the room, which was very useful as the temperature drops during night. We had dinner from their specialty restaurant, which is located at the top of the building, and is covered by glass on the sides & roof. My brother and me tried one of the Chef's special from their menu. Maple glazed chicken. It was really good. Also, there is a entertainment area next to the specialty restaurant where they have chess, carroms etc. We played Foosball there. Overall I felt that the location of the hotel, the staff, the facilities were excellent.

Staff very friendly, rooms very clean, modern and comfortable. Food is great and has variety especially for vegetarians. The veiws of the valley are amazing.

Well quite a hospitable place to stay in Munnar. Rooms are spacious and suitably stuffed. View from the rooms is breathtaking indeed. The staffs in the restuarant appeared to be little slow and not equipped to handle orders beyond the buffet, as we ordered something and what was served was quite different. We didnt like the food much hence its advisable to have the buffet to avoid any goof ups. Otherwise… its a comfortable stay.

Best thing about the Fragrant Nature is it's staff, then comes the view from the rooms. Breakfast is pretty modest. Other meal options and quality are pretty good. Onam Sadya was really nice. Rooms get stuffy at night as we are advised to keep Windows closed at night. 'Munnar does not need air conditioning' is no more true. House keeping teams need to be more responsive and alert to customer needs. Overall, a good break from city life, thanks to Fragrant Nature.

Amazing Resort with stunning views. Best place to stay in Munnar. Love this place. Excellent food. Only negative is service staff did not rectify the balcony door locks even after repeatedly reminding them because of that they get 4* otherwise it is well deserved for 5*. Overall stay was great.

Really Awesome! Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, good dining and foods are really delicious, staffs are really friendly and helpful. Me and my family were been here for two nights and three days we all including kids are very happy with the stay and the hospitality provided! Wish to come back again on our next vacation. One of the best spot to stay in Munnar. Every room has a spectacular view of tea garden from their respective balconies. Rooms are very spacious. You can enjoy different varieties of food. If you love the fragrance of nature, this is the place. We are close to nature.

Nice view, depends of your room. Rooms aren't very clean, ok really. No swimming pool or sauna. A bit far away from others activities and from the town itself. I think there is better out there for the price.
