Absence of TV in the rooms is a big draw back.
Otherwise it is very comfortable.

As a beach I liked it… nice waves… I got so many unforgettable moments from there… Parking availability was not bad. U can have snakes from there. No entry restrictions… just go and njoy.

Marari beach has a distinct coastal character. Its lay out and cottages reflect the traditional fishing villages of this area known for their simplicity and elegant charm. Close to our property is a fishing village where every morning one can get to see the fishermen bring back their catch of the day to be auctioned as is the practice. It makes for quite a spectacle and experience in itself. Medicinal herbs for Ayurv.

Not the most pristine beach but still a must see if you’re in the area. We watched sunset from the beach and loved it. The locals are very friendly and really make you feel at home. Food-wise, there weren’t many options close to the beach. Take a stroll further south to enjoy the quieter parts of this long stretch of sand.

Good beach to be hangout. You can play in sea as much as you want. There is no restaurant around. You will get snacks and coffee from the near by shops. If you want to take a bath in fresh water, you have to approach the nearby houses. They all are happy to help you. Parking facility is limited. Some construction work is going on now, it seems we can expect more parking space.

Do visit this place, enjoy with friends. During season you will get fresh fish at low cost. Ideal place to hang out with friends and family also good for couples who want some free space of their own. Parking is little problem here, narrow road … Overall you will like the place very much.

Nice beach with good views and less crowd, compared to alleppey Beach. The beach is quiet simple and clean. Good beach to play in water for long time. There are no great restaurants near to beach, but there are small huts, where they serve some smacks and food. There are no good shelter, if it rains, which happened for me. Overall great beach to unwind or relax. Dont expect anything fancy.

Marari beach is our all time favourite. Sea always fascinate me and this is one of my dearest place to be. It's clean beach, but beware of stray dogs that wander … There are local kudumbasree people serving snacks n tea. After having played in the sea you can use their pipes at nominal cost to clean yourself in open air… Apt for kids not for elders.

One of the most cleanest and lovely beaches i've been to. Probably the best beach in Kerala. And quite safe too. I have solo travelled to this place and felt pretty safe. There's not a huge crowd like that of most popular beaches but with decent Number of people especially families.

Semi-Desert Beach and warm sea. The Waves are average, for small children is not suitable.

Beaches around Kerala are quite similar. There is no much difference between all. But Marari Beach is kinda cool place where real happiness can be felt. It's a peace giving place. Especially for Couples.

Beach is clean, calm and neat but waves are steep, it needs some strain to swim although you can take a dip with ease. This place is not too touristy or crowded you can relax at some neatly arranged seats. Here you will not be disturbed by hawkers, hardly I could see any of them. There are no lifegaurds around so you are at your own hence be responsible and have fun.

Very nice and large beach without convenience and dirty damage beautiful place.

Beautiful beach and a major one here before alleppey beach. White sands, small chairs to relax on, good coffee shops; feels like heaven. The parking area is not large so it might be bit of an squeeze. A lot of foreigners and newly married folks come here and it's not a very secluded beach. But it does have its charm. The water is clear and the waves are powerful. There are no good food joints nearby so you better be packing. I also didn't see any lifeguards around so better be careful as you're on your own here in case of any risk. There are a lot of homestays and guesthouses lining up on the beach road for accommodation.

Lovely beach with white sand and palms. Very calm beach. Lots of tourists prefer this place most than Alleppy beach. Come and enjoy. Not crowded. Clean beach. Lots of locals and tourists came here for swimming. Now lots of restaurants and tea shops are here. It's really wonderful experience here. I highly recommended.

Very nice very hot beach with dangerous sea for swimming. Not really suitable for children.

I visited in the morning hours around 10. Very nice place with clean sea water, good landscapes extending with lots of coconut tress. Best for couples for a long walk in the shore. You should also see crabs enjoying the morning sun swimming against the waves from their tiny holes.

Paradise Beach with a beautiful sandy beach bordered by coconut trees.

A beautiful sandy beach that drops off to the water. Deck chairs with umbrellas can be rented directly on site for hours, otherwise you simply lie down under a palm tree or stretch out its hammock.

Such great place, better than the fort kochi beach. The white sands and the and the view really is something. It's really clean and tidy place. If you're all stressed out this is the place to visit. Not a crowded place peace of mind guaranteed. The weather is really nice and the water is clear. You really want to dip your foot in the wet sands. If you're exploring Kerala you definitely have to be here.

You can lie well with bikini there and go into the water.
But it's hard to find something good to eat there unless you live in a resort is reasonably clean of the garbage, but sometimes in some sections it smells of excrement.

Spectacular beach in an idyllic place, with privileged climate, several more than acceptable local restaurants on the beach, and overflowing nature.
It only has two punches.
The rubbish, which being smaller than that of other beaches in India, goes on.
And most importantly. Local sailors use the communal service beach, so if you want to walk at night get ready to see people shitting, and then to see its consequences at any time until the tide be take you, or rather spread it.

Beautiful beach of fine sand on Arabian Sea.

It's neat with almost zero crowd. There's much privacy and the water is cleaner than other beaches nearby. Must visit if you love to be at the sea shore away from crowd.

It's an AMAZING beach to just relax and enjoy being alone or with your family and friends! you can really see the curvature of the earth and comprehend how small our planet is and also really comprehend that we actually are on a planet just floating through space. You can observe the sun in all it's plasmic glory!

Very nice beach. I visited in the morning in December 17. You should go there to enjoy with clean water waves. Changing and bath rooms are available at Rs. 20/ — only. You can purchase cloth wears there also. There is also available two chairs with big umbrella for one hour. Beach is sandy with clear water. Ideal for 1 to 2 hrs.

Super clean beach, low waves, blue clear water. Best beach in Kerala to pick up shells. Still untouched. Best time to visit, early morning, evening… Actually, anytime. There are beach chairs for rent at 50 RS per hour.

A pretty clean beach with medium sized waves… The water seems clean and the sand is really wonderful to walk on. This place has numerous resorts and homestays. And you can see a decent amount of outsiders in the beach. This is someplace worth checking out.

For me it's ideal… nice and peaceful and not full of bars and hawkers. Further along the beach there are stalls with souvenirs, snacks and drinks, if that's what you want. Pretty clean for India and many people braved the waves to swim or splash about. For me, there was too much drag from the waves, for it to feel safe… but that's me!

The beach is wide, long with good sand and shallow bottom. Would be perfect if not a few "but". No infrastructure-all cafes with a very limited choice and few. No sun loungers normal, rubbish and feces of numerous fishermen spoil the impression.

Best in Cochin. Almost a white sand beach with beautiful wavy blue sea. Have a scenery of beautiful coconut trees. Paid Umbrella is there, it helps. The payment helps to remove cheap groups and annoying people not to disturb you. Safe beach, handful of foreigners. Food is available nearby.

This is one of the best beach I ever saw in Kerala. Very clear water and clean ambiance. Less crowd so can be enjoyed a lot.

Superb beach with absolutely white sand. Had become seriously crowded these days. Especially in the evenings and more during the weekend. I would recommend visiting at a time when there are no crowds. Also a little more garbage around these days, I'm guessing due to the increasing popularity. I would give this beach 5 stars else.

Anytime you visit the beach in morning you not feel hot under the trees. But no proper foods or snacks are there. Sea is soo calm. You felt little bit peace in this environment.

A very calm place can go with friends and family. You can find so many crabs on the beach. You can ask the locals for boat rides as well they welcome travellers to go out there in the boat.

Great beach, serene and graceful. But beware of high tides during specific times. Well maintained and less crowded. The road to the beach is a little narrow for 2 way traversal but parking spots are available outside.

Very good place to spend your offday. Kids will enjoy. Parking facility is not that enough. Have food from safe places. Resorts and home stay available in 1-2 km distance… easy access to highway.

Amazing staff who make this place a reason to revisit. Great natural resort with activities like bicycling, swimming, tennis, badminton and etc.
