Friendly, helpful staff, good food, however rooms need to be upgraded which are almost very old.

We went during not so good days. But the experience was very good! Highlight: Vegetarian North Indian and Chinese Food…

West way hotel, which is situated in vandipetta, nadakkavu is one of the best hotels in our locality. It is well located, clean and easily accessible. The customer service is excellent and the staff are quick and responsive. The hotel offers a good and comfortable environment. The infrastructure is state of the art complimented with a spacious parking area. Also, the hotel provides a variety of cuisines including chinese, Italian etc. The hotel also has a passable gym which can be quite handy for travellers. Eventhough the rooms are a little bit small, they are really comfy. There is also a swimming pool at the third floor of the building. In overall, it is a great place to stay or spend your evenings.

The hotel is well located, clean and easily accessible, their staff are quick and responsive. Friendly and happy to help. They offer a good and comfortable environment even though I had visited the place for an expo.

Westway Hotel is located in Vandipetta, Nadakavu, Kozhikode. Rooms are good and clean.

Good place. Once this hotel was the pride of Calicut and most busiest hotel in the city. But not today in present tense.

Old property but rooms were surprisingly clean and well maintained. Washrooms were clean, bed was comfortable.

Good business class hotel… Good food and courteous staff. Nice swiming pool on 3rd floor. 3km away from market area but auto rikshaw and bus easily awailable.

A good place to stay! GOOD FOOD! Ample car parking space! Rooms are spacious with balcony especially Club rooms! It's worth the money!

Room sizes are small but comfortable. The staff is courteous but you will need to be careful if you plan to check out early morning as they may have inexperienced staff manning the counters. The buffet breakfast is nice and hotel has a passable gym which is very handy for travelers like me.

Pathetic service. Restaurant staff not aware the available menu for the day, most of the printed menu is not available. After 10 mins of order taken saying not available. Order menu and delivery is not same. Expensive but not worth for value and service. Supervisor and manager least bother to cancel bill and customer walk out. Opportunity is good but management is poor.

Prompt service. Friendly people. Kept clean. Good food. With good lighting and interiors. :) Nice and pleasant stay! :D.

Standard Room is equipped with the amenities more than expected. Really wonderful excperience on day one. Staff is very cooperative, soft spoken and well mannered. Normal food is also very tasty. All in one package for the money charged.

It's overpriced and there is nothing special about it.

Nice place for small conference, office meet and engagement. The place is too congested for buffet. Rest room is clean. Maintenance is good.

Stay is comfortable. When it comes to food Breakfast fast is excellent whereas dinner Ala kart is not good.

The hotel is pretty decent one in the town, rooms are neat and well maintained. But I have to point out one very important part that needs to be rectified in order to be in close competition with the other established hotels The staffs at the reception needs to be taught about the importance of the guests requirement and how to handle them in a professional manner. On the Day of check in I had clearly told the staff to book a taxi for me the next day morning as I had to reach the hospital sharp at 7 am and I did see the staff making a note of the same, and also just as a reminder I called them up early am to confirm the booking and they told everything have been arranged. On reaching the lobby and upon asking them about the taxi, the people at the counter were looking at each other's face as if I asked them for their vital organ Very sad to know that they haven't arranged any taxi for us. Guys if u have a time bound activity to be doing here, please do not leave it to them to book it and the guys at the hotel : u guys need to pick up such sensitive requirements of the hotel guest and act accordingly A highly excited but now disappointed customer.

Overall, Hotel West Way offers a comfortable stay for its guests. It is a good value for your money. Swimming pool, gymnasium, famed Kerala Massages, Good food with generous portions and complimentary breakfast buffet adds to the total experience. Things that could be looked into are: 1. Exhaust fans in wash rooms. 2. Fans in rooms (With the AC on, its gets too cold and you wish for a fan) 3. Free Wi-Fi services. 4. Better Satellite TV services (half the channels were not paid for on Asianet! ) 5. Better collection by the room services. Delivery is good.

Pros: 1. Decent breakfast 2. Clean rooms 3. Value for money Cons: 1. Lack of proper English speaking staff 2. No hot water, only warm water 3. Bath area was not separated properly from the main bathroom area 4. Poor quality electrical fixtures 5. Dust from ongoing construction inside the hotel.

Very neat and clean hotel I found in Kerala. No one can challenge this hotel in the near future. Property, Staffs, decorum, food, service, behavior, cute bar, restaurant ambiance, etc. Etc. Very warm welcome to this hotel Santhosh.

No need to spend these much money while there is Paragon Restaurant.
