Friendly staff is the highlight. Rooms are small, but clean. Breakfast spread is pretty good. Stayed here two times for a couple of days, and would go for the same hotel, if I visit the city again.

The location is on the YMCA cross road which is easily accessible from ksrtc bus stand and private bus stand. Railway station is less than 2 km and airport at a distance of 20km. The beach is around 1 km. Overall location is excellent for roam around the city and hot destinations. There is a parking area behind hotel and lot of front area where some vehicles can. Be parked and a way for pickup and drop facility. The hotel is neat and clean. Reception staff has good manners and pleasing behaviour. It has a separate restaurant named seven seas. There is an ATM in the same building which is. Added advantage.

One of the best hotel in the centre of Kozhikode. Best in its class rooms and other facilities.

Great food. Great rooms. Just the hall is not spacious to accomodate more than 200 pax at a time. Otherwise great.

The hotel is of class. The hall is of less space. But looks elegant. Suited for engagement functions. The dining area is having an open view. But of limited seating. Altogether can conduct some small functions.

Clean room, clean wash room, good service and enough parking space. Bit on the expensive side. But it's ok.

Nice infrastructure Good food but there is no ☮️ ful atmosphere.

Good and clean hotel for a short stay. The breakfast is lavish and the food quality is excellent, the rooms are well designed too, however, I feel the standard room is too short for 2 people. Furthermore, the bathroom shower area is a bit small and without curtain and overall the room tiles are very slippery on water so you would have to be careful. Apart from these couple negatives the hotel is very good.

Was there foR a birthday party on the roof top. Food was good but setting was average, there weren't many fans and it was hot even during the late evening hours.

Nice place to stay near YMCA cross road. Close to Major attractions like Mananchira, SM street, Calicut Beach etc and easily reachable from Calicut Bus stand and Railway Station.

A good hotel. Staff is polite. Rooms are good however are small. Prices are slightly high. Food quality is okay. Service is slow and not precise. When I mean precise, if there are say 5 members on table and if 1st person asks for say x dish it will be brought after some delay and will be placed in front of 5th persons position. Professionalism needs to improve. Occasions need better attention from the staff.

Nice semicircular hall for an audience below 100. Dining area outside the hall has a half open wall letting in a lot of fresh air.

Yesterday was the third party we had at Marina… the food is just awesome… the staff is very polite and helpful. Excellent service. As usual we had a great time.

The food was awesome! The ambiance well suited for Bday party… The space is good enough with modest sitting arrangements. The only lacking part was the sound system which spoiled the music show and karaoke. Staffs are good. But I still have no answer from them on the leftover of bday cake :)
