Normal rate. Clean rooms with all facilities. Nice staff. Good restaurants. Great feeling when checking out.

Had to change room 3 times cuz room air conditioning was not working. And one time door to the room was jammed. Puls elvator was not working when it was time to check out. Had to walk all 6 stories with luggage. Only plus cafe is good, staff is fine and chef served good food. Overall good rooms are being manged irresponsibly.

Thali meals is very nice. Staff service also very good.

I'm completely dissatisfied with the experience in a day stay. Rooms are average, they won't provide any blanket. Night was horrible with mosquitoes and bed bugs.

Good hotel with all the necessary facilities which is situated near thirunakara temple.

Friendly management, from ensuring parking, facilitating an earlycheck in to a friendly check out. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish room with excellent hoouse keeping. Our dining experience, food was excellent and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and though would make it short and sweet, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very nice experience. The best hotel at Kottayam. I stayed one week there. Good ambience, pleasant atmosphere, very good and polite staff. And especially quality and taste of food is superb. Great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service, and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very deserving of it's number 1 position. Immaculately presented hotel with excellent service. Well done to all concerned!

“Clean, comfortable and homely. ” I stayed with my family and we were very comfortable and felt at home. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were quite friendly and very helpful. The food was quite delicious. I will certainly stay here on my next visit to kottayam and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean and hospitable place.

Good business hotel. Easy access, good food at resturant and provide room sevice. Staff are very freindly. Both non ac and ac rooms and attractive pricing. The halls are spacious and well maintained. Value for money.

It is an average hotel. Service is just OK. They are not professional. Food is good. Rooms are convenient. Maintenance is to be improved.

Good Family hotel in Kottayam, its located in center of the town, so most of the places are near by, We have restaurant & a coffee shop in the ground floor itself which is good as well. Staffs are friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and tidy with all basic facilities. Mr. Pradeep he is the GM for Iswarya Residency he was so helpful on my trip to Kottayam.

Good for one night stay. Or transit stay. Rooms are really good. No hot water supply. If the hotel is crowded then, probably you may not find a parking space. Too small elevator. You get free Wi-Fi. I have not been to the restaurant so, couldn't comment on that.

Definitely a good place Loved their reception and services Also gave additional 3hrs more than the usual checkout time.
