Hotel is good but amenities are bad… hot water problem. No Wi-Fi. No lift. Not enough staff to attend to your need there is one poor boy who keeps running up and down four flight of stairs and I am sure he is underpaid for it too.

Very caring host. Room are very good. Restaurant dish's were a treat. The climate was misty any time.

Place may be good. You may find the hotel and its near area attractive and safe to stay but the rates are way too high for what they offer. Also the attitude of the guy there is not good. Rooms were all vacant and we (2) requested for one night stay for a decent rate, the guy at the reception was not even giving us any discount on the rates. Single rooms are starting more than 2500+ taxes. It's too much. You will find better alternative down the roads.

Rooms are nice but, food is average (better bring sugar and salt with yourself). If you want to go to any spot in kanthaloor, better ask village peoples than asking receptionist.

Do not ask for any tourist attractions, they will misguide you by arranging jeep where our own vehicle can reach — this added only cost. Food was very average. Now the property was given for lease so better choose a better one than this.

Find another place to stay. Please don't waste your money on this cheat place. Location is good but management is poor. Don't get cheated.

Nice place to stay, rooms were neat & clean. But food was too bad … Don't ask for Jeep safari, as they will take you through the normall road… No other places to visit other than thoovanam falls.

Food is average. Don't ask for jeep safari, They said safari will be in forest to thoovanam falls @ the end it was normal road. Contractor has changed. It was not the old person. Look for another resort.

A beautiful place to stay, very good ambience and view from the rooms. Except that the staff's doesn't knw how to behave to you full of attitude and the food is horrible. If that can be taken care of this would be an awsom place.

Good stay in kanathaloor with restaurant, because there is no option for good food in kanathaloor.

Amazing experience here and truly a hill station, unlike munnar which has become quite commercial. The resort is beautiful and well kept. Hills and valleys surround the resort on all sides. Good natured people and a tranquil atmosphere. Truly a heaven! Located in Kanthaloor which is 55 km from munnar and takes around 2 hours on a winding hilly road. The road is good but safer and beautiful to travel in daylight, so plan accordingly and keep offline map downloaded. You can take the jeep ride to various points and visit the Annamudi shola national park and just chill around. Ask in advance whether the national park is open. Ps: The road from here to Kundala lake is through the national park and cars cannot ride here.

We went in the month of dec2015 exactly on chirstmas day. The place was excellent service was good. Food was also good. I enjoyed a lot playing badminton, cycling … I wish everyone should visit this place. Especially climate and the top view. U have fruit garden near by too.
