Lovely rooms, perfect ambience, right in front of the beach. Hospitality was of course the best part. Made us feel more than our home. Hats off to Naveen sir, for treating us so nicely. Kudos to the staff too. Will plan here again very soon.

We stayed in sea view suite. This was one of the best places in terms of view straight to the beach, can hear Arabian Sea hitting the shoreline, birds chirping in the morning, amazing sheerja who is very skilled in Ayurvedic massage, exotic delicious food delivered in minutes, consistent quality of tea or other hot beverages served. I can go on and on raving about the stay and comfort. A well spent vacation⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience… spacious room… food is good. Staffs are good learners … swimming pool is awesome… Mr. Lothario help us a lot… thank u so much… pool is commendable… we all felt it is the cocci land.

This reseot is bad for Drivers no coffee no breakfast no dinner no … total byd so Drivers not come this reseot ok…

Small Hotel by the seaside (just the road to cross but it is not crowded).
It was a very nice hotel.
Room bungalow not very large but it's cute like everything and there is a terrace that overlooks the well maintained garden.
Soap and shampoo provided — towels smell good clean (quite rare in India).
The Wi-Fi works very well.
Super Breakfast: Fruit juice, fruit salad, toast, butter, jam, porridge…
There is a restaurant but only for guests and you have to order in advance.
Only small problem, the bedding: The mattress is very hard!

Extreme bad experience… one boy s ther as a manager. He has lot of attitude behaving like he s doing some favour for us. Ther s no Carter's, phone in d room, evening no snacks tea anything, in every hotel they provide breakfast. Here it's chargeable. Ac room was good but ac delux room not at all worth for money. Only body massage was good for tat am giving one star. Hospitality s not at all gud. Please teach staffs how to behave with customers. I will not recommend this place to any one.

I stayed there in October. Stay was very ordinary. Attitude of the staff has to change. Food is not good. Can understand its near the beach so the food wont be hot. Its like one day old not at all fresh. Only good this is the locatiion.

It's one of better resorts along the payyambalam beach road. The beach is right opposite to the resort. Cordial staff. There is ayurvedic treatment also available here.

Location is great just Opp to Sea and far from town crowd, cottages size adequate. They offered ayurveda therapies and very good Kerala authentic ayurveda massage.

Place location and rooms are the biggest plus point. Free breakfast is not great. He gives in very little quantity and runs inside the kitchen. They come out only after half an hour, when you are literally fed up waiting. Even if you ask for more they think a lot to give. Better to pay and eat outside. Wifi never worked. He told it is a free facility, so I should not demand for it to be repaired. Coffee and tea cost is Rs. 60, don't think it is free. All possible tax would be added to your bill, so be very generous when you are planning the budget. Gates open only by 6am in the morning, if you get up early and want to go to the beach, you cannot do it. Beach is right in front of the resort. You just need to cross a small road. Aapam and puttu is the best. He cried a lot to give coconut milk as combination for aapam. If you are looking just for a good stay and you don't bother about food, Wi-Fi, it is really a good place.

Asokam is a true sanctuary. This beautiful resort is nestled on a popular beach in the tropics of South India. Very calm and quiet place. Wake up and sleep to the wave sounds right in front of the resort. Rooms are well maintained. Restaurant food is very well made and served. Must go for family/ couples who want a break in Kerala.

If you want to switch off the real world, come here! Naveen and his team will take all efforts to accommodate your needs. The massage is relaxing, the food is very good and the staff is superfriendly. They pick you up from the airport and from that moment you can forget about time, because they suddenly show up next to you and offer lunch or dinner. The rooms are spacious and very clean! So, if you are around — definitely stay in this little oasis :)

Since 2009, I come every year here follow an Ayurvedic cure whose benefits are obvious.
I love this place for various reasons. First, the situation on the sea, a few km from the centre of Kannur is ideal. The long beach nearby, still wild and deserted at certain hours, allows for lovely walks. Treatment by experienced therapists are customized based on your state of health of the time under the supervision of a competent doctor. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and the exquisite juice. As for the friendly owners, Naveen and his wife assemby, they are very attentive to what their customers are fully satisfied and their sense of hospitality is that right now, you can feel comfortable at the Asokam Beach Resort. Personally, at the end of each stay, I have only one desire: to come back the following year.

Fantastic Ayurvedic resort near Kannur.

Excellant stay. Very good hospitality. Suneer and Joubis (hope I got the name right) are very good and hardworking. They take care of the guests very well. Naveen, the owner of the resort visits and talks to every guest. For my family, It was a home away from home. The resort is right next the popular beach of Kannur (Payyambalam beach).

Nice place to stay for two days and get an ayurvedic massage. Cost a bit on the higher side but with nice service.
