Appartment hotel. I like it because room was very spacious and bathroom too. But there is a problem only two staffs seens servicing all rooms and there was no land fone to call receiption.

I am a satisfied customer at Plaza Suites, Cochin. Yes, the restaurant facility is not available;however the location and space is wonderful. Staff are very good. As it has kitchen platform one can use it for own food preparation. Hence it was fitting in to my requirement where I do not take outside food.

It was a comfortable and peaceful stay here. I stayed for 3 days and overall it was good stay. Staff are friendly and eager to help you out. Building has other offices in same floor of your room which can make some travellers less comfortable with privacy. Spacious rooms are guaranteed.

Good for Batchelors and not recommended to Families. Staffs are good Facilities should improve.

Wonderful stay. Though it has no restaurants, arrangements are made to see that you get food delivered to your rooms. Will highly recommend.

My office situated at this building. Stayed there almost two days in plaza suits. Felt good.

I went there for a training program at spacelance. The building is well organised and parking area is provided for everyone. Security is also available.

A waste management issue has occured recently. As these suits were given for rent for different companies, most of them are vacant now.

Good suite rooms with nice view of the street. Try booking a room on the top floors for better view.

This is a mixture of both residential and commercial space and hosts more 125 companies. We have an office here… Facilities are improving a lot… Good service…

Nice Location, Good Parking facilities, has a reliance supermarket below it. Easy to get to as everyone knows the soorya and kiran TV headquaters. There could have been more lifts, but they are in the process of adding two more. Good For Office Space or Staying.
