Excellent Hotel and comfortable rooms with all facilities near by Guruvayur temple — Enjoyed journey with kids & family.

Good rooms, food is also good but under staffed.

Had Dinner and Breakfast with family good food. Quality is above average.

Very good ambiance, but very slow service. Good food, but not that great. Overall it's Good except the way to the restaurant… It's a floor above… 1st floor, entrance from outside!

Rooms were neat and comfortable. They refused to take card and made me go to an ATM and withdraw money as soon as we checked in. North Indian food at restaurant sucks. Hot water wasn't coming in some rooms. Buffet breakfast was decent. They extended check out time by a couple of hours for us. Overall an ok experience.

I had booked this hotel for my elderly parents. They were thoroughly disappointed with the place. We had booked a delux room In spite of the five star rates the service was bad. The lift was not working. They were refused a bucket and mug in the bathroom. There was no hot water. The food was bad. I am very disappointed and sad that I picked this place for them to stay. I strongly recommend that nobody books or stays in this hotel.

Very weak reception. Poor brake fast. Using ugly water in the closet. No pressure pump. Room is okay. Neat and tidy.

Not satisfied with the service! Worst restaurant! They have only default food items! They have mentioned they have North Indian food, but they don’t cook! Worst food service! They don’t follow basic table service manners! We stayed for 2 nights 2 days! They didn’t even send a room boy to clean the room when requested! The staff in reception gave reasons! No proper response from the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff! Totally! Worthless!

Indeed the one of the best luxury out there if u are here and want some thing at par with city luxury do make it your option for stay and food as well. They serve veg food and for a change dishes apart from dosa that don't have a south indian taste like having a proper veg biryani they way it should be cooked. After eating typical staple food in south I was craving for a different flavouŕ and I found it. Its perfectly priced as per the taste and the luxury u shall enjoy.

Neat enough place for veg food in Guruvayur. Other veg restaurants in Guruvayur aren't as impressive. Their dosa is wafer thin and too crispy. If you like such dosa, this is the place.
