One of the best homestays I ever stayed in. Everything is just perfect. In our 2 weeks of travel we stayed twice there because we liked it so much.

Were upgraded without extra charge, kitchen perfectly equipped and usable, owner very helpful and friendly, room clean, location perfect.

Excellent guest house very clean, for travelers who like to travel on a budget with all the necessary comfort.

It's a very nice place. Fort Kochi beach is near by. But still a quiet place. Good ambience. Arrangements are also good.

This is the best and most economical home stay around fortkochi. I assure u one would not be disappointed. It's a great place to be at. I say this from personal experience.

Marvelous stay and Babu is one of the coolest guys I met in India. Rooms nice and clean. And the "living room" is just amazing. Best stay in India so far.

The manager of the Tantra Mr. Babu King is a very kind and helpful person which is always smiling and giving proper advice. Usually when people leving he give a big hug. Personally I think you come as a guest and you leave as a friend. Thank you Babu!

Nice place to stay and Babu is an awesome host …!

Stayed there for three 2eeks and had a lovely relaxed time. After traveling India for some months I needed a quiet and friendly place to rest my bones, and tantra was perfect. Babu the owner is very nice, the room was large, clean and had everything, the shared kitchen was perfect and the neighborhood quiet but still central. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great service from Babu. We had a huge room that was very comfortable. Great location in walking distance of everything in fort Kochi.

Ridiculously friendly manager… So helpful and concerned with making your stay okay. Although, I really wished they accepted credit cards as the ATMs in the area are less than reliable with having cash.

Tantraa Homestay is the best place, really feels like home! Such a cozy atmosphere with an awesome chilling area and kitchen. Babu and the rest of the staff are so nice and will do everything to take care of you. We were going to stay just for 3 nights but already extended twice. More than five stars!

Great location in Fort Cochin. My room was comfortable and clean. The most clean room I had during my stay in India. Great value. The staff is helpful and super friendly. Babu, the owner, is the best. There is a common kitchen but no kitchen service when I was there although they have a menu. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to hang out.

This is a great place. Have been travelling in India for 3 months now, and in terms of value for money, this is the best place I've stayed in so far. Nice and clean. Such a great guy running the place, Babu. Hats off.

Tantraa homestay is an amazing place to stay and I can highly recommend it. The place is clean, the rooms have everything you need and there is a really cozy rooftop to hang out and meet other travellers. They even run a little cafe and cook for you! Babu, the owner, is such a sweet and nice guy and makes sure that you have a great time in Kochi. He helps you out with everything you need and also organizes tours, etc. In and around Kochi. Especially for solo travellers, this is very comforting and makes things alot easier. Thanks to Babu, this place has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and I definitly would stay there again!

Arriving in without anywhere to stay, Tantraa Homestay was recommended to me and what a find. Babu the host is superb and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is clean, cool and comfortable located close to local shops and a short walk to the centre of town, the market and Chinese Fishing nets. I planned to stay only 2 days but ended up staying for 8. Without doubt, when coming back to Fort Cochin, will stay only at @tantraahomestay … probably the best homestay in.

Amazing place to stay. Cheap and nice. I felt at home since the first moment, Babu is like a friend for each One of us. Totally reccomended, if you don t want to be cheated and treated just like an european with money, come here!

My best stay in India so far, the owner knows the place, is most helpful, gives advice, plans your trip if you wish and treats you like a friend. They offer both traditional built rooms and standard rooms with air condition at the best price. Some people stay there for months for a good reason. I felt like home. Thanks for everything.
