Great experience! Would definitely recommend for folks who prefer to stay near to Airport. Provide free airport pickup and drop off. Great room service and buffet.

It was good to come in this hotel 🥰 love the place.

No proper customer service. Airport pickup went wrong from their end and never cared about enquiring about the same. Rooms were provided without any amenities inside. Was not properly cleaned as I found a lot of remains inside (May be previous occupant left overs). Water bottles were not sufficiently provided. One among the two water bottles were already open and used. Iron box inside was a damaged one replaced with a broken one. Washroom drainage (wash basin) was blocked. The facility was not properly cleaned. Indeed — Unbelievable instance faced from a top branded hotel facility. They doesn’t seem to be caring about service quality. Much more to mention but to someone responsible who (may) contact me from the facility. Not posting pictures or videos in public. But I do hold proof. Please do not spoil the reputation Marriott holds world wide. roshan.

Amazing and such a quite place, inspite being so close to Airport and they also provide shuttle service to Airport to and fro.

Used to be a good hotel with great tasting food, but post corona crisis, they are on a path of self destruction and calling it as cost cutting, No hot water (luke warm water in the morning hours only) breakfast buffet quality gone down to below 1 star level, dinner buffet has limited options, everything cold, long wait for lift, only one is operational.

The place is quiet and the overall cleanliness is excellent but smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited, and there are no guest rooms with smoking.

No Wi-Fi. They had misplaced the hotel room key. Every time we came back in, we had to wait for someone to open the door using the master key. Moreover, the food is too over priced. We ordered 2 cups of tea. They brought 2 cups of coffee and a bill of 158rs. 50m from the hotel you get tea for 12rs per cup. The intercom was also not working. The rooms was good enough. But poor service. Overall not a satisfactory experience.

I like this place. I had a function over here on roof top. Nice view of airport. You can see take off and landing of flights. Neat and clean hotel. Good service. Good roof top. I went on evening so excellent to spent time on roof top. Good hall with good functionalities. It was amazing experience here I had.

This is one of the good and cheapest hotel near to the airport. They provide free pickup and drop service to the airport. The restaurant is also good but a little bit costly. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, many times you will find film stars and crew staying at this hotel.

The first thing that I remember is the service they offered. I was satisfied with their service and attitude. Rooms are well equipped but the toilets could have been better. The food is delicious and fresh. Overall its a great place to stay.!

Very bad experience. They wouldn't let you park your bike inside the hotel parking area even though I had a room booked there. Asked me to park outside the hotel. Had to argue with the security men and in the end they agreed. Told me that they have strict instructions from Hotel M D not to allow any bikes inside. Didn't serve the food we ordered. Tv was not working, was fixed later. All in all a very bad experience. Only good thing is that the room was spacious and well maintained.

"It does not matter if you like us or not, we are near the airport so we will get bookings" is the feeling I got from the reception desk. Even though the amenities provided by the hotel are quite good, much of them are old. Saving grace, they work well. However the day staff and night staff have completely different attitudes. Day staff tried to be more accomodating while the night staff would rather throw us out if we dont book a room immediately.

The customer service in the bar was pretty good. There was this guy called Amarnath who was exceptional. This guy knows exactly how to deal with a customer.

It is an apartment hotel. Bedroom, drawing room with a pantry space. Near kochi airport. Has a rooftop party space though small. A reasonably priced hotel.

It was a lovely experience at this hotel. This hotel is very close to the Kochi Airport. The staff is courteous and polite. The rooms are spacious and offers all kinds of facilities plus services.

So far not at all impressed. The toilet in our room does not flush, and the man who came to fix it just poured a bucket of water down it. He has now disappeared. The spa is not available — the reason we came here was to have a massage while waiting for our flight, but we haven’t been able to contact the spa, and reception while pleasant, have not been helpful. The coffee bar is closed. The food and service in the restaurant is ok.

Location is the biggest plus for this hotel and the free airport pickup and drop. Found the rooms and decor to be rather outdated by few years at least. Definitely not very happy with the offering at the price point. We had late night and early morning flights and hence opted for this property, if you have the luxury of time then you should look for something slightly far but offers much better value. While the property was old, it still was hygienic. Can recommend for families. They have a decent complimentary breakfast and an in house restaurant.

Rooms are quite small bathroom is even smaller, attached with a living room which is good if you are staying with family or friends but for single occupancy no use. No ventilation in toilet. Food is very average and most of time I found that food is not even warm. Writers are just for formality they do what they like. Cleanliness in the bathroom and ventilation is highly required.

Hotel staff has provide room confirmation before and cancel our booking without prior intimation. Cheated saying that all rooms are leaking.

This is to draw your strict attention that lotus8 hotel (opposite the cochin International Airport, Vapalassery, Nedumbassery Ernakulam kerala 683572). Distributing beers for consumption for common man in kochi, kerela. The beer manufactured under the brand name of Haywards 5000 were found contaminated with insoluble materials floating inside the sealed bottles. Details: — haywards 5000 gold 650ml, batch numbers M63 founded contaminated. Batch number M62 is already being sended for lab test by excise department. We had a meeting with sabmiller companies vice president of sales Mr deepak Malhotra he shown us some documents stating there company have taken steps to stop these batches and assured us that this batches were froozen and not available for consumers. However on the same day same place hotel8 found selling same Haywards 5000 batch number 63 which is contaminated. We have taken the bottle from them as a proof. We shared the same complain with Excise manager Mr Augustine Joseph. K and he agreed that hotel lotus8 has voilated the law and because if that there Bar license will be taken back. Lotus8 Hotel'$ gerenal manager approach us to close this complain and requested us not the spread this but we are thinking about Safety of our society and we want to do this for Our country. Shame on your hotel.

I would never suggest this hotel to anybody.

Good food. Close proximity to airport.

It sells a limited amount of beer and wine! And free Wi-Fi. The Restaurant is dead at 17:30 Thursday — I am the soul person. But it does have a TV playing local Action Movies. And I have ordered food off the Snack Menu: Burger and fries.

Really good for an overnight stay and walkable distance from the airport.

Is just beside the airport terminal. Is like a mini flat, with a saloon, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Very nice but. In the airport. If your flight arrives at night don't hesitate to stay here, very comfortable.

For overnight stay or in between stay during flight transfer, this a good place. Nothing very special, but your basic needs are taken care.
