The stay was wonderful and nice to see Covid rules enforced. From our personal safety to sanitizing stations everywhere we had a pleasant stay. Dining and room service was very good. Folks were always asking for feedback to improve in areas that guests identified. We will definitely come back.

I had stayed for a day and night, it was very great experience to me, nice ambience with good hospitality the staffs care very friendly even in corona time with higgins and protection. Especially the buffet was soo good and the service attracts more, special thanks to PRIJI (club marriot) who helped me and provide good service.

We ordered the Onam Sadya for our parents at Kochi. The sadya was awesome and one of the best they had. However, I wouldn't recommend home delivery. Marriot promised that they would deliver at 12.45 PM, but it reached after 2.30 PM. I was really surprised that they didn't even show the courtesy to call and inform us about the delay. We have to repeatedly call and chase them for a status update. We paid more than 250 rupees for delivery. Please think twice before opting for home delivery.

Just as other Marriott properties, the Kochi Marriott is a really good and wonderful place. The rooms are very neat and exceptionally maintained just as a five star property must be. One thing that really stands out is the service and the attitude of the staff. They are a bunch of really helpful people and will always run to help. The buffet breakfast was an expansive feast by all means. Although there were a wide variety of dishes, certain dishes lacked taste to it. This was also the condition with the buffet dinner too. Even though there were far too many dishes, the food on a whole note was just average except for one or two dishes that deserved appreciation. Also there were live counters too, but the starters are not that good with very less options and also just being okay as far as the taste is concerned. The Cassava restaurant is something that deserves a lot more. The food here is just phenomenal. Although the lunch buffet has lesser variety, every dish was equally good and makes you crave for more. Also the archaic ambience adds to the experience. If you are at Kochi Marriott, Cassava is a must try restaurant. As far as conventions and banquets are concerned, for a business meet, this is an ideal place. They do have banquet halls but some of these have large pillars right in the centre of the hall. Furthermore, there is no gardens or such open air facilities for hosting an informal party or a get-together.

One of the Best Hotel of India Cleanliness — 10/10 View from hotel rooms — 10/10 + Food — 9/10 Service — 10/10 Friendliness and behaviour of staff — 10/10 I was happily surprised to see the attention they give to their guests, twice I was standing at the Front desk and other staff noticed that I waiting… Within 30 secs someone came and attended me. Even during breakfast they are very attentive. Superb. Hotel is walking distance from Lulu International mall.

Nice hotel. Decent rooms. Had a comfortable time. The pressure of water in the washroom was too much for the washbasin and health faucet. Food was good. Pancake in the breakfast was chewy. But in all a good experience.

Went for a Sunday brunch, it's awesome. As the name suggests Marriott is marvelous. The demerits I felt is the space for kids to hang around and play. As family goes out for lunch on Sundays If their kids get annoyed their time at the hotel will get worsen. So the kids play are should be added with lots of fun. Overall 6.5/7 rating except kids activities.

Awesome food, good spread and warm service by the hosts make the meal at Kochi Kitchen (the restaurant on the ground floor) a wonderful experience which makes you want to visit again and again. They also offer loyalty options and good offers periodically which is an additional attraction. This place is 100% recommended by me.

Hotel looks good at first glance. Came here to book a reception. However they cancelled our 1 day reservation for a 3 day corporate reservation without notice. Then got us a temporary structure in the parking lot. Overall disappointing. Better not let this be your final option as here, because of low booking, more the number of days you book is given importance than first come, first serve. The guarantees they offer mean nothing as we found out later that the agents work for commission and they just try to maximize profits that rather than keep their promises. Be prepared for a slew of marketing tactics to be used on you and still not have what you booked. In short, the whole Marriott-Lulu experience is like booking a Motorcycle and then later, on the last day, getting a Cycle with the agent's statement: we promised you a two-wheeler, we delivered a two-wheeler. Smh.

It is as luxurious as it needs to be. Personally speaking I have visited only the Hookah Lounge but the experience there is beyond words. Great ambience good service. I think the rooms and everything else is also as good as this.

The rooms are quite good and I recommend you to ask for a room in higher floor, so that you will be having a wonderful city view. And the breakfast buffet is really good, but I felt the vegetarian options was not up to my expectations. The dinner buffet was soo good especially the main course and desserts. I feel like the starters were not up to their standards. And they are having live pasta counter too. But I suggest to include more live counters.

Just how a luxury hotel must be. Everything is classy and meets the standards of the star hotels. I've personally only visited the hookah lounge and cafe in Marriott and the ambience and setup of the place is beyond amazing. It's very cozy with both outdoor and indoor sitting area, television and food and beverages are also available.

Amazing hotel. You will be amazed with the luxury they provide. The infrastructure is fantastic. You can definitely feel the 5 *. Every inches of the hotel is maintained very well. They have their own parking space. Food is good and they have lots of varieties, especially deserts. I really like my team outing to this hotel.

Yesterday was the most disastrous day in our life we went to celebrate our son’s 17th birthday and we were very disappointed by this hotel’s service. There was not even the cutlery or the napkins on the table which is a minimum requirement of a restaurant forget the stars they have. We have to ask each time for knife, forks etc. When we complained about the same they said many staff are on leave. My question is why should the customers suffer for the same. Very poor hospitality.

Kochi Marriott Hotel is situated inside the compound of Lulu Mall Edappally. The place is really welcoming, with really good staff and food that can give your taste buds the best time. They have a great ambience. Their party area was really great. Love going there. A place highly recommended for both youngsters and also for family.

We had a very good experience at the Hotel also the staffs were too friendly & helpful. The food available was also damn good & it really worth the price which we pay for it. The hotel had a fantastic ambience. Me & my friends is really happy with the services provided. And this was my best Night ever I had.

Beautiful rooms, very good food in the buffet, however let down by average staff, most of whom need more training or someone to direct them. The main stumbling block however is the lack of a bar and the absence of any alcohol while dining. This for us, as visitors from Europe on holiday is just not acceptable.

I've been to their coffee shop couple of times. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Its has a prime location and it is easily accessible. The Lulu mall is at walkable distance and they also offer shuttle service to and from the Mall 24/7. There is also a metro station nearby, so commuting to and from the hotel is also easy. I do highly recommend The Marriot, Cochin.

Excellent hotel of this class… newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hampton I have experienced. Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, oranges, apples, and bananas) in addition to all the other hot and cold items. This stay was during several events in town and they handled groups well. Parking is adequate with some overflow in the back, lower lot. I actually stayed here twice in the same week/ weekend. Second time back was upgraded to a suite which was very nice and spacious with microwave and refer. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

This hotel is extremely nice! The staff is amazingly friendly and the rooms are high end. Extremely safe as they screen bags coming into the hotel. Although because of climates there are mosquitoes in the lobby however they do have people with electric swatters handling it. Rooms do not have any issues!

I have visited for my team lunch. As per my experience in that I suggest all to go and have a lunch there. Number of items were placed, everything was cooked by care and taste was so delicious which I haven't had ever before in my life. Filled up almost ever dishes before it gets completed. Surroundings are good and employs are good and caring. There is a piano and the wall clock in the entrance which attracted me lot.

Huge rooms, wonderful ambience and decor both in the hotel and in the room itself. Excellent options for room service and breakfast that will simply leave you in heaven with their taste. The rooms are wonderful with all amenities, including a posh living room, a huge bedroom, two television sets, Windows and blinds that close and open at the press of a button, a spacious bathroom, all amenities from a mini fridge to a bathtub and complimentary fruit basket. This is the place to be in Kochi for the upscale traveller, especially considering Lulu Mall is literally just a stone's throw away.

Hotel is great. But the new year party 2018 was The pool side party was a disappointment.
The dj mixes felt amateur.
Amateurs mix better on their computers in fact. The Song blending/ transitions were poor. Felt like he was skipping songs as if he dint like… Song selections were below average. Some moments he actually played the whole Bollywood song. Dj
Bar section was good.
Food heard it was good. I dint have as I was mind wreck by the party (especially the songs)
He played ganam style at the last moment. What a disaster the dj was. 2017 was filled with songs by drake, marshmallow, j balvin, fonsi… hope he knew who they were. The party was filled with ppl of different races n nationality… n this is your best you got to offer the best party of their lives… for 12k per couple.

I absolutely love the food and service. I've given a four because I didn't really care for the live music. It was disruptive and loud. The buffet spread for lunch was quite fancy and the items were made well. Their dessert spread was magnificent. Overall a good place to wine and dine.

Good restaurant! Very good nadan Kerala food (my mother's family is from Kerala and it tastes just like her food). The food was very hygienic and fresh! There is made to order too. But it is very overpriced and make sure u don't drain your pockets there:). Also there is no wine or alcoholic beverages there.

I visited kochi Marriott mainly for the brunch. I've been there 3 times already for the brunch. The food is really good. They have one of the best buffet spread in cochin. They don't serve alcohol so that's a bit of a bummer. Also they tend to repeat the items a lot as I felt the second and third time the dishes were very similar. Service is also very good and prompt.

Kochi is the last city we're visiting on our month long holiday in India. I believe we could not have made a better choice than to stay at the Kochi Marriott. The hotel is smart, stylishly decorated & the staff bend over backwards to make guests comfortable. The food is delectable & the breakfast buffet is amazing. The location is excellent, literally a stone's throw away from the metro & right next to the world class Lulu Mall. I'd recommend the Kochi Marriott to anybody looking for a world class experience in the beautiful city.

I had taken my team for lunch. The choice of food was good but I believe the spread presented for the buffet was less than before. They had served us Grilled Fish (അയില മീൻ) which was rotten to 3 of us. When informed they did apologize but I didn't see a great concern in the manner they acted. Well I believe Marriott as Brand was poorly reflected at that instance. Otherwise it was a pleasure to come back there again with friends o.

The ladies at the front desk are five star! The pool is lovely I just went for a swim the water is cool and delicious. Unfortunately first room that I was brought to smelled like mold then I was moved to another room and my refrigerator didn't work, so they had to replace the whole refrigerator soon as I got to the room and the safe wasn't working and then we got it to work. That was a young man diligently shampooing the carpets in the hallway but it left all these balls of carpet everywhere and no one has vacuum today. Hummmmm… Everyone who works here is very very nice.

Went to attend an event here. The meeting hall was nice. Air conditioning was perfect. The food served was good as well.

Interior and setting are nice. Food is also very tasty. But the exterior view is a little less attractive. Staff in this hotel also provide a well satisfactory service.

Just went in for a dinner buffet. Great ambience and big banquet hall. Loads of options available for the buffet. But if you are a malayali like me you probably would not find most of them to your taste. As the dishes are mostly made keeping in mind the taste buds of the visitors.

Loved the rooms… spacious, clean and well appointed. Nice to see technology like automated curtains that open and close with the flick of a switch. The shower in the bathroom was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we had a comfortable sleep. The restaurant was also good. Delicious dinner with a lot of international and local cuisine choice. The staff were friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcome. The close proximity to the Lulu mall also meant we could do some good shopping in our spare time.

You must try the Cassava restaurant. If you're going to the buffet, then you are missing out on something truely speacial. Cassava specializes in Southern Indian cuisine, and is amongst the best food I have ever tasted. The chef is extremely humble, and you can sense his strong love for creating dishes for guests.

My husband's best friend is getting married and we decided to stay a night here. Food is totally mind blasting! Cheers to all the chefs! Mini fridge is almost empty and the choices are so sad to even look at. No liquors license yet, I needed some wine but they don't have it available. Also we had a great view in our room! If you want to taste a very authentic Indian cuisine, you'll totally love this place. All the staffs are so friendly and very accommodating!

1. When I booked over the phone well in advanced, the staff took everything carefully. 2. Then, I received an email from the hotel with my name misspelled (terribly). Replied, corrected everything and again reminded for Airport pick up. 3. Luckily, I called from the departure airport to confirm Pick up, Hotel said we never got any information about Airport transfer. 4. Hotel said if the system receives emails after office hours, it treats as Trash! 5. But, when I got an auto sender email, I again sent it to one Mr Sumsudin. B. 6. Hotel said that they will inquire from him why he did'nt reply. 7. NOT AT ALL "Family" Friendly Hotel. Lot of Edges and Glass corners in the room. 8. Highly not advisable for Family with Small Children. 9. Finally, why I said pauper?. Hotel is very stingy in maintaining Bathroom Accessories and Tea / Coffee Tray. They keep everything in single only For an Example. A single small shampoo, small single soap, etc… Not a Five Star Class. There are 100 staffs to say "Namashkar" where ever your head turns though My Kids enjoyed LuLu Mall " sparkys" very much. Abbas Firthous.

Simply the best stay for the 5 start experience in Fort Cochin! Nice gym, pool, steam room. The room itself very nice and enjoyable. Only two thing to improve: the breakfast buffet not quite match the price (around 800RP), and some equipment in the room a bit scratched. Highly Recommended!

A bunch of young professionals is running a hotel like Marriot so smoothly in the heart of Kochi… overwhelmed by their cordial hospitality… & I will really miss our room in Marriot where I used to spend quite a time at night looking at citylights of Kochi from the hight of 25th floor. Special mention to Ruby, Sweta, abhishek & Lovely… you made our stay an wonderful experience.

I never thought I'd feel compelled to rate a huge chain hotel at all, let alone so well. This one deserves it though. First, the staff are super helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast buffet spread is huge and wonderful and definitely worth the extra 450 rps. Super comfy beds, which is a releif from my wooden plank in Delhi, and excellent water pressure in the showers. My only complaint is that they built the pool on the east side of the building, so the sun is gone by like 2 pm.
