Ok place if you are looking for something cheap. Clean enough and friendly staff. Shower is a bit weird, take long to get warm.

Warm welcome with a glass of juice and a wet towel infused with fragrance of fresh lavender, rejuvenating for one arriving from a journey. The food is very good on the tongue making you slurp and burp, making you feel homely. Rooms are spacious, cozy with a good Wi-Fi. This is all because the owners make you feel so. Mr and Mrs Girish Menon, their hospitality and looking after us as their own, what more could you ask for? Try staying for a day or 2 and you'd feel spending a week instead. That's how good this place is and it makes you feel. Well, you're in God's Own Country.

Sorry for late review aunty n uncle Paveen from hyderabad here Hope u remember Coming to my experience it was just awwwwwwesome We stayed just half a day but it's great warm welcome from them as family members Literally shocked when aunt speaking in Telugu Such a lovely couple great n decent ambience clean n decent rooms that too in budget. Roof top restaurant, just walk away beach n more. Really I felt bad aunt I didn't say bye to u that day. Missing u a lot donnoo wts the attachment but missing u Take care.

Nice restaurant with good rooms near to attractions.

It's in great location. Near to almost all the local attractions in Fort Kochi. The owners of the restaurant are very good. They took good care of us just like family members. Rooms are of good size. There is restaurant on the top floor. Food taste is good but service is little slow. They arranged special Kerala food for us in the night which was very tasty and had great variety. There is no elevator as hotel has only 3 floors. Steps are built in such a way you won't feel tired of taking steps.

Excellent stay… wooooow food @ The Roof top restaurant… ideal location. Value fir money… If U book directly at the hotel U get 24hrs check in/out.

It's a beautiful place but the stores sell their goods at a very high price.

In the rooms it is rather "DARK" since the building is located in the center tightly. Nevertheless, super location, everything in Fort Cochin is without a Tuc Tuc, except Mattancherry Palace is recommended. The Boss has booked us a wonderful Backwater Tour (850 Rs incl. Taxi)

We had a wonderful time in this hotel feeling at home. The atmosphere is very nice and the service very kind and helpfull. It is located in the center of Fort Kochi, three streets from the sea. The decoration of the hotel is exquisit. The room was fantastic, totally clean and with all the details to feel home, with a big and confortable bed, wonderful matras. The owners are there to help in anything you need, extremelly kind and efficient. Also there is a restaurant in the roof top to enjoy and relax. The quality-price relationship is excellent, could not be better. Wifi works very good.

The location is pretty good. In walking distace to all local attractions. Rooms are pretty spacious as well. Service & cleanliness can be improved though. It takes couple of nudges to get your requests to be addressed. Overall a decent place.

A three star hotel in Fort Kochi. Rooms are big enough and clean. It has a roof top resturant. But service is bit slow.

Ok clean Rooms. Friendly staff. Allowed early check in at 6:00 am. Reasonable rate. Location is very good. All tourist spots are very close to Hotel. You can walk. We could park our car right in the front of the hotel. There is no lift. Though it the hotel has up to 2nd floor. We were leaving early morning everyday so couldn't have the breakfast which was part of package. We instead asked them to pack something for breakfast, which they did reluctantly. They just packed 6 slice of bread, one orange for 2 people. I felt they could have done better than that.

Superior rooms were not at all superior. Mosquito, poor lighting. Staff was gud, location was also perfect bt unfortunately it was not d place one would like to spend tym.

No Wi-Fi, no telephone connection. At the time of booking they told complementary buffet for breakfast but, one omlet they tore and gave it to us. No synchronisation of information between the management and staff. They bed spreads were too dirty that we had to ask them to change. But the hotel is in great location.

Great location to stay for site seeing, when I wanted a place in Fort Kochi as everyone does initially considered all sea side hotels but trust me it's not a great choice because the sea water along with these sea side hotels have dirty waters and always smell fowl. But Bright Heritage located few Streets away from this hazard and you will enjoy a clean environment inside and surrounding of this hotel. We stayed two nights at suite room which is spacious enough to take 4 persons and tariffs are reasonable, I call it value for money. You will get better competitive deal as rack rate not necessarily to go thru tourist or travellers website. The kitchen crew knows the taste buds of different tourist and they prepare most of the time exclusive portion though it's a part of package (not always buffet), we enjoyed the dinner with fishes and veggies. The owners of this hotel Mrs and Mr Menon extends personal attention and care with every guest therefore anyone will feel at home (that's ture experience for us). Things which can be looked at for future development though it's not a big concern at this stage, two story building for room stay but elevator is missing and parking vehicle will be a challenge when the hotel get full occupation. Bright Heritage is a great place to stay if you're looking for a calm and luxurious place to stay. Only 5 min walk from fort Kochi beach, it's a nice place in this budget. Though food has a scope of improvement, I liked everything else.

We have recently completed a tour of southern India with G Adventures which included 4 nights at your hotel. We were delighted with the service provided. The hotel location is excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable while the staff provided excellent service. Our tour included seven hotel stays including the Bright Heritage for the first three and last nights and we are happy to confirm your hotel provided the best all round accommodation. We really appreciated your kind offer of a room for a few hours after the normal check out time before our late evening flight from Cochin R A & D J Errington Christchurch New Zealand PSInternational Airport.

Great spacious rooms, very well furnished, nice interiors, value for money, okay food, less variety, no lift. Location wise its very good, very near to main market area, bus stand and jetty.

Rooms begin to fall apart on a snake. Smuggery, receptionist doesn't know how to use credit card terminal. Overpriced.
