Nice and good hotel with affordable price. I realy love it. Marvelous rooms and great services.

Good service at cheap rate.

The room was good. But hot water wasn't available easily. The room service wasn't great. For check in there was one hour delay. Location is good considering it is next to KSRTC bus stand. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel is a budget hotel.

I would personally not recommend this Hotel. Really very bad service overall. The Manger does not have any manner or know how to Treat a Customer. Very unprofessional. Rooms and dirty, bedspread are dirty and stained. Very unhygienic. Apart from the food. Not worth. Very very rude and unprofessional service by the Manger. I am sure he doesn't know anything about hotel management. Please try to avoid this hotel if going as a family.

Adv. 1. Near the KSRTC bus stand 2. Condition of the rooms are good. 3. Time for Check out is considered 24 hrs. From check in time. Disadv. 1. Costly than other places 2. Quality of breakfast is poor. Very few menus are available for breakfast. 3. The services are not good. People are rude.

Hotel is very close to Ernakulam KSRTC bus stand. Don't expect any Professional customer service from here. As they have plenty of Travellers halt there for few hours they will treat you just a Co_passenger. Even staff behaviors are below the level of street vendors. Hotel is under renovation and furnitures are lying all over the corridor and the area is full of dusty. And noticed that there is no finishing at all where the renovation work completed areas. Poor workmanship everywhere and now it is a combination of old and new styles and looks very ugly. There is a Beer and wine parlor on the ground floor and the prices are average. Overall many things needs to be improved for the price what they are charging for.

Conveniently located near the transport stand, this hotel is quite ambient and has good food options. The premium prices though, is a bit let down. The staffs are courteous.

This hotel is very near to KSRTC Ernakulam, Hence the location is good. I stayed in executive deluxe room. It was average experience. Suitable for economical booking. Food was nice. Room service need to be improved. Hot water is available at bathroom, Washroom is not much hygienic, need to be improved. Small refrigerator, TV, telephone are there. 24 hours check out. Location was nice to explore the city.

Attraction of this hotel is definitely its location which is very close to the bus stand of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and within walk-able distance from the railway station. Rooms rent is reasonable. Rooms are neat and with moderate facilities. Kerala food is tasty here. Bar is ok, except that it is a bit noisy in evenings. If you area budget traveller, travelling within Kerala or on a short trip to Ernakulam-Kochi, this hotel is a sure choice for you.

One of the old hotel in cochin, now they renovate with modern facilities. Their rooms are very big compared to same tariff hotels in cochin. Now they have a beer parlor also. Only bad thing is food.

Rooms are big but foul order once you enter the room. Need to maintain it properly. Bit costly when compared to the facilities. Located right opposite to KSRTC bus stand near MG road. Lot of parking space and lot of tourist attraction to see near the hotel. Beware card is not acceptable here.

The biggest advantage of this place is its insanely convenient location — right next to the KSRTC Bus Stand. The food is just average, the prices are also just average.

It's nice hotel I like it good sarvicess and it's near bustand and Railway Station felling happy to stay hear.

Ok for a quick overnight halt! I found it not worth the money.

Shortly it is the worst hotel we ever experienced in our entire life. Don't go anywhere near this place, no way close to worth the money. We booked couple of rooms for Sep 20th thru 23rd through Cleartrip and when we reached there on 20th early morning they had no clue of our reservation. Guy in the reception had to read through an hour to confirm our stay. Can you believe waiting for more than an hour after 20 plus hours of flight with parents and kids? And once we got into the rooms we were shockingly surprised. It was the nastiest with dirty bed, broken bath rooms with no hot water, fridge and a dirty bucket and mug. Bathroom fitters were literally on the floor leaking water. Most unbearable was the musty Cigaratte smell, we couldn't stand to it. We took an adventerous shower in that nasty bathroom and next thing we saw was the rashes developed on our body. From the hotel folks we came to know that those rooms were locked for months amid the maintenance going on there and maybe the paint particles got into rooms. And they offered another room which was not any different. We had to immediately leave the hotel and rush to the hospital to take care of rashes. All of this happened within span of some hours. We have an ongoing battle with Cleartrip to refund the amount. The interest hotel guys showed in scanning our Passport and Visa with cleaning the hotel would have helped them big time. Anyway they lost present and future business worth thousands.

It's good hotel, close to bus stand and railway station. Amenities are good as well, staff not that cooperative you experience nowadays in other hotels.
