Excellent views and good hospitality and excellent staff.

Backwater just behind the swimming pool was awesome.

We stayed at the resort for 1 night at the lake view room ground floor. It was a well maintained property. The food was good and it had working pool with very good view of the lake. They arrange for boat rides. Cycle at the resort for the round was not working. They provide fishing rods for fishing. Overall a good property for family and couples too.

Beautiful place for a family hangout. Good for honeymoon couple as well. Superior lake view room was awesome. Food was also tasty. Couldn't try other facilities like boating etc.

This resort is small and nice. Good for 2 day stay at Alleppey. They have good local sight seeing arrangements. The complementary breakfast is awesome! Must try is Appam with vegetable stew. They have got private swimming pool and sports room and private fishing arrangements where you can have fun in killing the time.

We spent the day at this very cool resort: great location and very reasonable. There are many resorts in the backwaters and this is the most generous one I have stayed at: the staff so nice, the rooms clean and the food excellent! Thank you to the management for giving us a room even after we checked out! So many places to choose from… you cannot go wrong with this one!

Except that the property is located at backwaters the stay was not worth the bill;. Overall maintenance of the property is poor. We had to call the a/c technician thrice before we could sleep by 10:30. Worn out toilet towels and below average complementary breakfast added to the overall poor rating. And here is the state of bathroom towel after gentle use… Sorry guys you need to provide better services for what you charge from guests…

Great experience. Though it's costly you can feel rich in terms of facilities. Room is good. We booked the room near by back water. The view is awesome. Swimming pool also available. Alleppey beach is near by. The service is good. They will provide breakfast parcel if you have to leave early in the morning.

What a wonderful stay we had, was a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Excellent ambience Luckily got a room with a beautiful view. The great lake on one side and a garden on the other It was drizzling one morning and that added to the entire mood, great food and excellent service. Thanks a lot for such wonderful hospitality. Even the swimming pool was awesome.

Nice backwater resort in Alleppey… good rooms and great swimming pool. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Food is delicious… would definitely recommend this.

One of the best resorts in aleppy and close to Cochin. Very beautiful landscaping and stunning waterviews from the rooms. The infinity pool adds more value to the property. Very nice place to go with kids and family and very friendly staff. Good interiors and island restaurant which makes it more attractive. Highly recommended.

Elegant Ambience. Staff was so friendly. We reached much early before check in time. We were waiting in reception they allowed us to us washroom near waiting area. Staff suggested for boating so we book it for next day early morning. A small boat arrived next day morning to the Hotel and they took us for an hour ride and later to a small island kind of place. It was a nice experience.

It's a good hotel overall. Staff is good and hospitality is good. Hotel is situated besides backwater, but water isn't clean so can't swim in it (hotel has a good swimming pool for it though). Food is amazing. Rooms are good and comfortable.

Property ambiance is good. Rooms are well maintained. Friendly staff. Boating facility is available from the property to see around the lake. Food was below average. Food menu in more into north indian style that also not much tasty.

Great Example of Good Hotel & Good Staff! They have pleasantly surprised me in almost every respect. The hotel and the rooms were modern, the staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious.

The resort was small but beautiful the views. The food at the restaurant was really nice. The two little bunnies that came asking for food every morning was just too cute. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean.

A great resort if you looking for a break from your daily busy life. Has got a great view of the backwaters and also features a beautiful swimming pool. Loved the rooms not to mention the food. Would recommend everyone.

A nice resort adjacent to the backwaters of Alleppey with a relaxed atmosphere and warm evenings during September/October. The rooms are maintained quite well and the food is awesome! The resort doesn't stock/serve drinks; they may get you some if you ask them, but at a higher price. Do carry your own drinks and make use of the refrigerator in your room to chill them :D The swimming pool is great and with a beautiful view of the backwaters. You can rent/use bicycles from the resort to cycle through the backwater countryside and that is one amazing ride! If you are looking for a house-boat ride, book it through the resort. Do not book a separate house-boat thinking that they will stop in the middle of the back waters for an overnight experience. They don't… they just return to the starting point, park the boat and you just go to sleep in the boat for an exorbitant amount. Instead, you can sleep in the resort and enjoy the view of the backwaters. The service staff is a bit odd and we did have some sour experience with them… but overall, the place is totally worth it. We had a good time.

Resort is good for a family vacation. Had a pleasant stay here. Staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is free for guests. The food options are just okay for breakfast. It varies from south indian to North Indian dishes. The food is not so great in restaurant and could order only once. Out of so many dishes we ordered, we could not eat anything. I think there is lot of scope to improve it. The property could be maintained better.

The place was pretty good. The property is beside backwater and offers picturesque view. Food could have been better. Also, swimming pool water was salty.

If one wants to spend a quality time in peace and to admire the beauty of nature, this is the best resort for you. You would love the serenity this resort offers. PLUS lovely staffs and clean room and must try their combo meal and enjoy!

Great place to stay with family. Staff is very friendly and ready to help you at any given time. Food is also good and not that expensive. View from the property is also very serene and beautiful. We were there for 3 days and we enjoyed every bit of it.

1. Rooms doesn't have backwater view as suggested in booking sites. Images posted by resort are deceiving. Backwater can be viewed only from corridor not from room. No balcony, chairs are kept in the corridor. 2. Overpriced. 3. Food is just ok. 4. Rooms and resort is clean. In short isn't worth the heavy price.

It's a beautiful place, a small property/compound with all the rooms very well placed with good enough privacy. It has all the required amenities. Staffs are friendly and ready to help anytime you need a service. There is a lack of management / someone to lead the staffs, the rooms could be maintained a bit more neat for the price they are charging. Guests have to remind the staffs for things like hot water, Wi-Fi etc. Food is simple and very tasty but super expensive, e. G. : Avila, more curry, thoran etc were all very tasty but they were all expensive at Rs 160 and above for one portion of each and it's just a 3 star restraunt. I would still rate it 3.5 / 5.

Very nice and comfortable resort to have a holiday. Highlight is the cordial staff and the way in which they treat thar guests, food was very good. Had a good time there.

Lots of potential… however definitely needs maintenance and focus on the customer experience. Great property and location, with a nice atmosphere. Staff and management were friendly. However the maintenance of the property and the lack of focus on the finer details let's it down. Needed multiple calls to reception or to find staff for turning on the jacuzzi (switches in room defunct), changing the kettles (bad smell), getting the hot water fixed (didn't work for most of stay), turning on the AC in the games room (despite having 5+ in the room, with a fully booked property all turned off at fuse box I assume) and being asked to squeeze our whole group onto a small table despite empty tables. Maintenance needed on the games room (all equipment falling apart) and plunge pools (very sharp steps). The property also needs to negotiate a better rate for the boat cruises with the boat owners. The boat appeared to slow down at the end to extend the time. If these small issues get sorted, I am sure it will be a 4/5 star rating property with excellent value for money.

Its a very good place to stay. The rooms are spacious. The view of back waters is great. It has a swimming pool to lay by. The restaurant has a very little menu but still if u want to take rest from your busy life go for it.

Awesome resort. Lovely view of backwater to njy nature, we are here for only 1 day. Nice stay here in lake view room. Staff was cooperative. Last but not least food was also good had dinner n healthy breakfast.

Nice place to relax and to enjoy backwaters. As it is outside the city you will total peace here. They have many activities present like cycle riding and swimming pool.

Superb Resort. Very clean and nice staff. Really enjoyed our stay here. Little far from Alleppey town. Please maintain your own travel desk. Food is superb here, but price is little higher.

Good hotel but not good food for vegetarians.

Facing the beautiful backwaters, a quiet spot for family or couples. Rooms are clean spacious. Place was hard to locate at first, lack of signage pointing us there. Food from room service is quite good but the breakfast at the restaurant is dismal.
