Very nice hotel and it is perfect for family stay. It's very well located in a silent area and very close to the temple. The only drawback is car parking is not very good. We have to park in open air. Room service is good and fast. It has a restaurant in the building it self and will be open till 9:45 PM so no worries of food. They provide electric kettle and refrigerator and also extra beds if required. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable for the given price. Security systems incorporated. Free Wi-Fi available. But not free dining. Staff are supportive.

Great place to sleep at night. The hotel has adjustable options for our requirements. Proximity to the temple is a huge plus.

A regular option for my family for short stays when we visit the town. A little overpriced for the room size, but clean enough and the location is very good… Short auto ride from the main bus stand and in close proximity to the temple area. The most important things that matter to us. Haven't tried room service though as I prefer going to restaurants near by. Haven't tried their Wi-Fi.

Hotel is less than 5 minutes to the temple. Room was spacious and the staff were very helpful. Towels were badly stained and sheets were torn. Parking space is limited near the hotel.

Rooms are small but neat and clean, restaurant is very small like a Darsini kind of restaurants in Banglore, no annuities like tea kettle wecome drink are not available.

Nice place. Nice room service. Since weather is too hot its better to opt for AC instead of Non AC rooms.

The hotel is one of the closest to the temple, very convenient and comfortable. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Nice place with affordable cost 1200 rs per day. Main positive point is near to temple. 2 mins Walkable distance. And rooms are good for 2 people. Food costs 500 for 2 people (breakfast and lunch). Nice staff. And nice stay for family.

Small rooms yet all facilities were available. Reachable from the temple. Clean place and good room service. Restaurant was good.

Good hotel to stay at udupi very near Sri Krishna temple just walkable distance only and very near to market and bus stañd but one major minus point of this hotel have very small rooms and parking is very difficult.

Expensive but the room is not up to the mark. Not so clean towels, not so clean bed spreads. They offered to change but did not look like they would have got any better. The staff is quite responsive and address requests pretty quickly. The reception is hugely understaffed. We had to wait till the receptionist multi tasks with different phone calls regarding enquiries for new booking. She makes signals while on phone, makes incorrect entries into the register. They don't seem to track costs well and you have to be on your toes not to pay additional amount.

Location very good. Just a few mins walk to the krishna temple and right in the market. Very accomodating. Helping staff Will surely recommend.

Good service by the hotel, gave a room after checkout for dress change from traditional wear. The door lock and unlock wasn't working properly so had to call them twice. Room was tiny for the money we spent.

Our stay was just from Dusk to Dawn. Room was very comfortable. All we get is water, coffee and tea. For food one has to go out but a good joint nearby. Udipi SriKrishna temple is Stone throw distance.

A buget class hotel very close to the SreeKrishna Temple, Udupi — just 2 mts walk…. Ok for a day's stay, especially for the temple visit. Rooms are pretty smaller in size, but the facilities are smooth, also pretty neat. The veg restaurant attached to the hotel serves hygienic south Indian dishes — staff nice. Taxi services are provided upon request.

Decent budget hotel. Clean and tidy. Only the cloths are need to be replaced at gd intervals.

Check in timings should be reduced to 9AM rather than 12PM, apart from that the rest of the parameters were absolutely perfect like room ambience, bathroom cleanliness, AC, TV, Mini fridge etc etc and even staff were good.

Pretty close to the temple. Very functional place. Friendly staff. Has a small restaurant. Linen was a bit dirty. Front desk helped us with a mosquito repellent as there were a few mosquitoes in the room. Air conditioning was good and so was the bathroom. Udupi doesn't seem to have a lot of options anyways. Average experience overall.

Loved my stay here. Booked a non AC studio room for Rs 700 (made a mistake should have booked an AC room owing to hot weather). Right from the reception to the waiters and housekeeping staff, everyone was very helpful and eager to serve. The hotel has a restaurant which serves snacks and that too at economical prices. This hotel is at a 5 min walking distance from the Shri Krishna temple. Plenty of shops located close by. It is 10 mins away from Udupi bus stand. Since my room was a studio apartment it was OK w=fro one person had amenities like LCD TV, WI-fi (complimentary), hot and cold water. I had at time problems with the Wi-Fi where it wasn't connecting properly. Overall had a good experience.

Hospitality is nil. The elderly lady at the reception doesn't respond to the queries. In my course of stay at the hotel, saw many customers having verbal clashes. Rooms are not clean and wash room was stinking. When complained, we were told that the cleaning will be done only the next day. Never will stay again in this hotel nor recommend to others.

Except for the location others amenities are just ok. Website is very misleading in terms of deluxe vs premium rooms, not much of a difference in size. Also, we found bed bugs and small cockroaches running around. Also, toilet is ok. Hardly have car parking. Nothing great. Restaurant is ok. Not a value for money except for the short walk to the temple.

Located few blocks away from Shree Krisha Temple Udupi, overall experience with the hotel was much better than my expectations. Did my booking through our Internet portal, the staff contacted me directly later for confirmation of arrival et cetera. In general maintenance of the room and the hotel premises was quite okay, rooms were clean and washrooms/toilets were maintained quite well. Do not expect any great views from the room, since the location is in quite dense area of the town. Check-in checkout process was smooth. They have a small canteen attached to the hotel which serves food and room service orders are managed from there. The food options are fully vegetarian and quite economical. Room service could surely be improved.

A nice and elegant place to be on your holidays. Near to temple and near to market, which makes it perfect both for shopping and temple visit.

Accomodation here is very cheap and woul be very helpful for people who have come to visit the temple. Also the rooms are well maintained and is worth the price paid.

They room I got was very good. It had the front side view of the hotel. The room was new and clean. Bathroom was also new and clean. Room lightning and bed was also good. Only thing I didn't like is that there is no parking facility available. You have to park your car infront of the hotel. This hotel is located inside udupi and close to the Krishna temple. Everything is close by it. Nice place.

It was my first ever visit to Udupi, Karnataka. While looking for a place to stay, a friend recommended this hotel for stay. So, let me start with a few highlights about the hotel: — It is around 60 KMs from the Mangalore Airport. — Very easy to reach, as it lies exactly in the heart of the city. — The Udupi railway station & bus station is hardly 5 minutes walking distance. — The ancient landmark of Udupi, Sri Krishna Temple (Sri Krishna Mutt), is exactly next to the hotel. — The city of Manipal, home to the prestigious Manipal University, is hardly 4 Kms. — Location being its greatest advantage, everything around the city is easily approachable. — The famous Malpe Beach of Udupi also is just 7 KMs from the hotel. — Inox Cinema, located at syndicate circle, too is just 5 KMs. — Excellent places for shopping & various restaurants are in close vicinity. Now, let me share my experience at the hotel: — A 24 hour front desk. — At the reception, the staff is polite & can help you in most of the regional languages. — Parking is difficult, since the lane is narrow. But the hotel authorities did a splendid job & found a spot close to the hotel. — The linens were clean & spotless. Pillows & blankets were also of high quality & extra were provided on request. — The rooms are spacious & cleanliness is of utmost standards! — Well sanitized toilets, with showers & 24 hours hot water availability. — Cable TV, with channels in almost all the languages.

Pleasant stay close to temple.

Rooms and services are worthy of the price and a decent place to stay near the temple complex. The staff is friendly and helpful. Auto rickshaws are easily availabe right outside the hotel. The area is comparatively active and well lit till late hours (9:30pm is quiet late for the city). The best part of the stay is the distant but distinct sounds of bells and chantings of the krishna temple every morning and evening! A very soothing experience.

Hotel is decent budget type. Nothing great. At Rs 1000 you cannot expect more. No car park.

Visited hotel during manipal counselling. The university is about 5 kms from hotel. Hotel had clean room, washroom and quick room service. Hotel staff is friendly and guided us as needed. Hot water 24/7 and complementary Wi-Fi is a plus. They even arranged autos for local travel and cabs for airport pickup. Restaurant food is decent too. Quality of sheets and towels not upto the mark though. Overall a good budget hotel if you need to crash for a day or two.

Stayed on 29.1.2015. Google map location is wrong. Hotel is a simple, clean lodge! Walking distance from Sri Krishna temple. Worth the price.
