Nice hotel, reasonable rent they charge for the touristic people go there. Very helpful staff and only Wi-Fi just slow there. Then room service also really good. Clean and nice room suits for the budget.

The rooms are very well maintained. The room service is also prompt. Youll get a complimentary pick up / drop service from the station. The food was also decent. If you have a limited budget, then this place will definitely give u the value for money.

This hotel is good as per the locality because in Mysore most of the places are near by like mysore Palace, mysore zoo, nd mysore textiles. Hence this hotel is a good choice. All amenities are available like, hot n cold water, rooms are good nd spacious. Outside of this hotel small tea stalls, small restaurants nd food joints are also available. And also very affordable.

Suhasini Palace is a good residency without restaurant but they give room service which is very expensive. They charged around 150₹ for south thali which was not that delicious. Few staff members are good but some don't have good behavior with customers.

You will get a marvelous room service here. I was astonished at the time they will get back to you to serve your needs. Whether it be tea/coffee or dinner or any needs. That option 9 in the intercom is very powerful indeed. Rooms are also very good!

Very nice place to stay. Staff sincerity is admirable. Happy stay here. But, rates are quite high in comparision to facilities.

Mr. Geroge and all other managers were very cooperative and helpful, gave me genuine guidance for City tour and extended vacation to other destination. Complimentary breakfast was more than sufficient quantity and quality wise. Rooms were neat and well done. I strongly recommend tourists to enjoy the stay at this beautiful place.

Cool place to lodge with family particularly senior citizens in a decent atmosphere. Situated in good locality with parking facility for only few vehicles. One overnight stay is recommended for drive towards Ooty or waynad to relax and overcome fatigue.

Decent hotel with decent maintenance. We took a 2 bed room but looked like it was a slightly larger single bed. Have seen proper 2 beds in other hotels. And the bed sheets were dirty. We had to dusty the bed before sleeping.

While coming from Bangalore, we stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Staff is really good. The breakfast they provide is really well and reception staff is really helpful.

Best premium budget hotel. Great service and house keeping. Very close to most of the tourist spots. Many restaurants around the hotel, a market just a few kilometers away. The best place to stay in if you are travelling to mysore.

Decent place. Service was ok. Only think that was not above average was location (I found entry to be small and the hotel gets shadowed by the way its main gate is). Rest was ok for a budget Premium Hotel (I would have given 3.5 star, had that been an option)

Based on my experience, the room was really nice but the bathroom was quite small. There was a short circuit and they took more than an hour to repair it but still ready to excuse them as they were trying their best.

Place is very conveniently located, we had a family room with 4 beds, nothing to complain, a good value for money place specially recommended for overnight stay if you are using Mysuru as a transit point for your travel.

Place is small yet clean. Basic facilities are provided. But don't expect too much from it. You may probably chose it as a last minute resort if no other luxury place is available.

Management is very arrogant. I booked the room by phone call and they did not tell anything about advance payment at that time. I was suppose to reach mysore in afternoon, it got delayed. My intention was to visit places not to stay in hotel. We went to visit places in mysore, thinking will go to hotel in evening. I got a call and room booking was cancelled. The way person from hotel talked to me was very very arrogant : (

Pathetic service and policies — Please stay away.

We stayed there last weekend in their 'STD A/C Room'. I wonder why front desk person should be so uptight… After a tiring day in the morning, I requested for an hours extension and they wanted me to cough up Rs. 800/-, I mean for an hour… courtesy extensions are a norm these days! For sure I don't need anything for free but more than 2/3rd of the cost for an hour is ridiculous. The room was also just a little bigger than a matchbox… nothing like what they show in the photographs! I would strongly urge everyone to think twice before booking an room in Mysore — There are plenty of much better options.

It was a good hotel with affordable rates. It is located at a convenient place. The food was good. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The hospitality was good. The people at the reception as well as working staff are well behaved and are welcoming. It is an best place to stay for a few days. They even have some four bedded rooms for family. I recommend this hotel for those who are looking for an affordable hotel for a few days stay.
