This hotel is brilliant. All staff very helpful. I would like to recommend highly the reception staff. The pr manager. The restaurant manager and all restaurant staff. The doorman and car park staff. In fact all the staff. Ive visited this hotel 6 times and level of service I receive is exceptional. A must if you stay in mysore. Close to all attractions. Palace only 5 mins away. Great hospitality! One of finest luxury hotel near Mysore Palace. Hotel is close to Zoo and bus stand. Their restaurant Castle serves some authentic Indian cuisine. Amazing swimming pool. I would recommend all my friends, family and colleagues.

Great food and great luxurious looking hotel, but really need to improve hospitality, housekeeping team and also punctuality. As of now, still a lot of defects and things to learn and hence don't deserve a 4 star. Should also think about customer needs and be ready for all situations. Have a long way to go, but keep developing and learning!

Premium hotel at premium rate. Room was clean and neat. Helpful staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. One downside is that Parking space is very limited. Major tourist attractions like zoo, palace and St. Philomena church are within 1-2km range from the hotel.

The hotel is magnificent. The ambience, the décor, the environment is beautiful. The staff is very pleasant, polite and professional. The hotel is centrally located, within a kilometre radius of main attractions like Mysore Palace, Mysore Zoo, and also very near to the railway station as well as bus stop. The hotel offers all amenities, with a complimentary swimming pool and gym. My stay was very comfortable with excellent support staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice hotel. Worth to go there as all places to visit are nearby and almost walkable distance. Otherwise u can also take a auto and enjoy the weather. Best time to go is June as Mysore has a pleasant weather and you will enjoy the trip.

One of the best luxury hotels in Mysore and its my second stay here. Great location, very close to the palace, zoo and city centre. Clean, comfortable and luxurious rooms that are well managed. Staff are courteous and respectful towards customers right from the usher to bell boy to front desk staff to the restaurant manager. Absolute value for money considering the luxury and amenities at the hotel. The hotel has a pub, poolside barbecue, lounge bar, restaurant and a 24/7 cafe. Food and beverages served are good too, including the breakfast. Ample space to park cars within the property. As it rained heavily the car park and my car had remnants of twigs, leaves and some dirt. Hopefully a provision for enclosed car park would be a good feature to add.

Hotel is located in heart of city. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good here. Food is very good here. It is very good hotel. Quality of service is good. Staffs are kind. Room service is good.

The Hotel is located very near to the palace. The rooms are very good neat and clean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant provides delicious food. There is lot of choice in food. The service is good. There is a swimming pool one can enjoy dinner near pool side also. There is also another restaurant called The Road one can enjoy the dance on weekends. Enjoy comfortable stay here. There is also Gift Shop in the complex.

Decent place to stay at good rates. Decent quality room, facilities. Parking can be bit messy with limited space they have. Although their restaurant has good ambience the food needs a lot of improvement in taste.

Decent hotel. Morning buffet breakfast is pretty good. Also we can access The Road pub and don't have to pay any cover charge also. Sightseeing places are easily accessible from this hotel.

A royal experience to say the least. They usually offer the dinner and breakfast included in their stay package. Which is a very good deal. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly. The hotel has a very nice view all four floors. The hotel has very nice interiors. A very pleasant stay and a must stay option when in Mysore.

Classic luxury hotel experience. Tons of resources devoted to appearance — a lobby with "wow" factor in the furnishings and decorations and attentive staff keeping track of your every move and need. But lacking in the basics once you get to your room — very unreliable Wi-Fi (even after I contacted the front desk multiple times and had IT assistance), fluctuating hot water (sometimes scalding sometimes barely warm), dated bathroom. The dining experience at The Castle is good, if predictably expensive — excellent wait staff and the food was too notch. Sit poolside for a better ambience. But the 24-hour cafe is horrendously overpriced for what it serves. Finally, be prepared to hear the thumping of music from the downstairs bar in your room at night.

Nice location, great ambience of the place overall. Spacious and neat rooms. Restaurant, Pub and Café in the Hotel is very convenient. Restaurant has quality food although a little mild for the Indian tongue, you can always ask for extra spice if you need it like I do. Crowd is very elegant and the place isn't noisy at all. Quiet and relaxing.

The Prince looked nice, but the smaller subsection, "The Pride" was harder to digest. The room was a little cramped and the Wi-Fi was spotty the whole time. The good was the staff. They were excellent hosts for the most part.

Sandesh The Prince is one of the hotels with best services and luxury provider in Mysore. Our stay gets each time better with it. Food was excellent, Service was good, like to visit again… new renovated SPA enjoyed Thai massage… health club and swimming pool was good. Our kids enjoyed in kids playing area.

There is virtually no such thing as the safety standard. There is only one stairwell with no separation against fire and smoke. The second escape route is completely missing. Although required by law. Rooms are located in dead ends. No fire extinguishers in the hallway. No smoke alarms. No sprinkler system.
If it burns, that's a death sentence for all guests.

The ambience is amazing. The rooms are lavish and very neatly maintained. A big thumbs up to their friendly staff and quick service. Loved the food and stay. Would totally recommend this place to people are looking for a weekend getaway.

Good ambience, hygienic, very courteous staff. Had the lunch buffet value for money and the Mutton curry was delicious and the fish curry too. Located in central part of the city. Must try it out again. Buffet priced at 550 plus taxes value for money. And the rooms were clean and neat with all the amenities provide. Swimming pool is also there.

Stopped for a bite to eat. Great food great hotel. Would have given 5 stars but the only thing that got on my nerves was the fact that I wass told 5 times that tip was not included in the bill. I would have left a good tip and always do when service and food is great.

It's an old school charm. The charm is surely fading. The rooms are good but the parking is open space under the hot sun, no valet parking facility available. It is surely a 3 start but far away from a 5 star. In comparison to other places in Mysore, this was a bit of a let down.

They are not providing the quality for which they are charging. Service is same as that of street side restaurant. Location is good. 1 Km from Mysore zoo n Palace. Ambience ok (chairs are white but it seems they havn't been cleaned since years) Food quality n taste is just a little above average. Not something exotic.

This place sucks … Nowhere close to a 3-5 star hotel, bad food, no hot water after 7pm … Dirty linen …
