The rooms are disgusting there is bed bugs and their housekeepers that work that do not change the sheets.

Awesome experience! Worth to stay here… Loved the hospitality, food and service and hygiene. They had limited options in dinner for South Indian food but manager Roshan arranged special South Indian dinner with the help of Chef ‍ Arun Kumar and food was really very very good and tasty… Chef and Roshan also arranged special Mysore dosa in breakfast for us… it was toooooo good…
Sumik, Nisha and other staff did a great job… Loved their dedication… I would recommend everyone visiting Mysore to stay here and experience all this…

Buffet spread is the worst I have ever experienced. Even in the rooms the air con was not working properly. After complaining about it no one cared. The engineer kept on paying visit without any solution.

Very small buffet spread. Poor service. Nobody was there at the cold stone ice cream counter. Even after requesting, nobody came to make it.

A wonderful hotel that's located very close to the Infosys campus. They have a spa that offers services such as a full body massage and facials. A pool with a bar next to it and a gift shop as well. Their restaurant called Mosaic serves a good buffet breakfast and have a variety of dishes from Thai to Indian cuisine. There is a children's play area, gym and a game room too. The rooms were neat and clean with ample toiletries stack in the bathroom. Each room has a mini bar and a safe. The best views are of the rooms on the first floor. Definitely worth staying while in Mysore.

Good stay. Property is well maintained. Staff are not so good in. Interacting with customers. Looks like they have been trained too much on how to behave/interact. Food, don't go for buffet. It's expensive and not worth. Chef don't know how to prepare pizza, please don't try it :-) Breakfast was good. Good options to choose from. Healthy and different varieties.

Comfortable and clean accommodation. But better confirm your stay till confident before being relaxed of your bookings. The staff of visiting students is helping and enthusiastic. Buffet spreads are varied and tasty. Mysore is a small city, so nothing really is far from the stay. You can pick this hotel for it's reasonable price and service.

Very good place to stay in Mysore. This is 2nd time we stayed there. Well maintained, clean, friendly staff. They even sang song played guitar for my 3 y. O who was getting cranky at dinner table. Child friendly. Varied buffet for breakfast and dinner (we did not have lunch here). They even packed some breakfast for my child when requested. Would definitely suggest this place to stay.

We have an Executive suite booked. Pretty nice property. The breakfast menu is not that great and pretty cold food items. Service at breakfast table was pretty laid back. Ordered for few items that did not show up for 20 min and did not arrive till we ended up. Service need to improve from restaurant staffs. Otherwise the property is nicely maintained and well placed.

The place was packed when we visited. Room was neat and mostly well maintained. The buffet spread at breakfast is decent. Having a regular meal at the restaurant was not so great. Service was a bit poor and the food was expensive. One may not find covered parking if the hotel is packed to capacity. The pool was great and our daughter liked the little play area behind the restaurant. The location of the hotel is about 10 kilometers from city centre but easily accessible. I do recommend the place if you are visiting Mysore for a day or two.

Stayed here for a night while on a holiday trip to Karnataka with family. The hotel is mainly suited for business visitors, as it is located in close proximity to Infosys campus. It's located far away from Mysore tourist attractions. If you don't have a vehicle, you might find the location unsuitable. However, if you have a vehicle, it's a great place to stay. I have booked two rooms. Upon check in, they upgraded one of my rooms. The rooms were very spacious. The door key to one of the rooms (which the kids were occupying) was not working. So, if the kids leave the room, they have to call the reception to open the door again. I complained few times to get it right. But, the response was poor. Though they came every time to open the door, I felt it as irritating. I finally went to the reception and raised my voice to show my displeasure. They immediately agreed to change the room. Overall, it took nearly 3 hours, couple of phone calls and few visits to the reception to get the issue resolved. A really bad way to start the stay. However, the remaining duration of stay went peacefully and happily. I didn't opt for the buffet dinner. So, we ordered some Indian breads, some rice and a side dish. Unfortunately, when the side dish arrived, we realized it was dry; though our intention was to have gravy. The server realized and immediately offered us some dal, even though we did not request her. Moved by that quick, voluntary offer. Morning buffet breakfast was great.

Please don’t call yourself a 5* hotel… the service of your hotel is equal to a 4* hotel.
The worst dining experience … we decided to have lunch on the day of our check-in… table was not prepared … we had to ask for the cutlery… and when asked the attitude shown by the staff. Food was served very late, when asked why we were told kitchen is busy coz of many orders … (I have never seen such a response by s 5* Hotel).
Same night at around 11:00 pm I ordered for soup for the baby, and I was refused upfront saying kitchen stops taking such orders at 10:30 pm… only biryani will be served. The staff from the kitchen was very rude.
For breakfast we ordered for two omelette’s and two dosa and we were served only 1 of each…
Staff always keeps a grumpy face (especially the dining staff)
Rooms are not of 5* standard … same with bathrooms.
Overall A very unsatisfied stay and definitely not worth the money paid.
Please change your rating to a 4 star hotel …

Very nice hospitality. It's a pleasure to stay here. Nice response from every team here. The maintenance is very nice. With starting here. My kids loved play area and swimming pool. A penny you pay here is worth it. Far from all traffic and noise. You will like the food variety here.

I would definitely not call it as a 4 star hotel. All amenities present but linen seemed old. On opening cupboard, the extra linen was smelling. Everything was available and fine but not luxurious the way we find in other Radisson hotels… Not sure if being a small city is making that difference. The pool was great. The floor carpeting was clearly old. The glass door of shower area was not properly shut causing water to spill out. The electricity panel wasn't working and we had to call technician… It's a great stay but some minute details have not be covered which can be ignored as well.

Excellent room. Booked from a website. Got an ok discount, the room was value for money, basic amenities provided. There are few eateries near by though the hotel is equally reasonable. Small and cute hotel, good smelling, don't pay extra for a pool facing room. Not like the pool is huge… Just go for a regular room. Bed was king size mattress. Pretty good for parents and an eight years old.

Our stay here was really good. The rooms were beautiful and there were lots of amenities. Room service was good. Bathrooms were small but good enough. The food here (breakfast and dinner) was okay. It's a nice little little hotel and a great choice if you are visiting Mysore along with your family for a couple of days. The hotel staff is really helpful and will assist you with almost anything you ask for. I have no complaints and we made a right choice staying here.

Reserved online at a discounted price. Clerk was very friendly and even updated our room to a suite. Very very clean room, comfortable beds and our room included a mini fridge and microwave. Exceptional value. Would definitely stay again!

This is not a holiday hotel. It is a business hotel in the middle of a industrial estate. Restaurant is too hot. Food is frequently cool or cold. Woken today at 6am be very loud music from the temple next door. Complained to reception. Nothing they could do. Was looking forward to a lie in as traveling home late today. No lounge area. Only 2 setters and 4 chairs in reception. Bar is out doors next to pool. Very dark. Hot and windy.

Awesome experience right from entering the gate to leaving. Management was good. Hospitality was excellent. Service was prompt. Food was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were also good.

Despite arriving well past midnight, the staff were friendly and efficient. A beautiful view overlooking the adjacent temple, and a satisfying breakfast with wide range of international and local options. Staff were helpful and just attentive enough without becoming over-attentive. A breath of fresh air.

I wanted to give 4 stars but decided to give 3. It is the best I could find near Infosys but there were some serious lapses. Stayed there twice for 1 day each. First day, room 101, there was something sticky spilled inside the snacks drawer and a wine bottle in very bad shape (soiled and red label. ) There was a male hair strand on my bed near my pillow. Second time, stayed in room 228. There was no soap in the room and I had to call for one. The window latch is hard to open and repaired temporarily in that room. You can see the extra crooked holes drilled in the window to temporarily fix it.

This is an excellent property, It is well managed. Having a dedicated and cheerful young team adds to the wonderful experience. The buffets are sumptuous and very tasty, with a extremely large spread, spoiling one for choice. The entire hotel is neat and hygienically maintained. The rooms are very comfortable, the service is excellent, the ambience is warm and inviting. A refreshing pool with a half covered terrace, makes it an ideal place to chill both during summer or winter. The poolside bar and restaurant is a cool place to hang out. A great place overall for a staycation!

The hotel is very good but it is far from the city. If you have your own vehicle then you can stay in this hotel. The staff is very polite and co operative. Hotel is very neat and clean and well maintained. The breakfast they provide is also lavish & the preparation is very good.

The hotel is good, nice infrastructure. We had a not so good experience, where we had to face bed bugs at 2 am, and the hotel shifted us to a new room. However, at 6 am the same new room was allocated to another guest, who entered our room when we were asleep! About the food, the preparation is good, however they served both breakfast and lunch buffet very cold (dishes meant to be served hot). The management accepted the lapses, but couldn't do much about it.

It's one of the few good hotels located near to brindavan garden. AS it is listed in the industrial area, don't expect to have a good stroll in the evening. Even the views are only average from the rooms. I stayed in Superior room, and it felt a bit crammed up with very tiny bathroom. They have good services like laundry and spa which is useful. Rooms don't have dental or sewing kit.

It is a very nice hotel … Rooms were very beautiful and comfy… We loved the breakfast buffet … There was so much variety… I toh loved the pool… We spent 2 hours in the pool on that hot day… Must visit if you are in Mysore… However it is out of the city area… So if you have your car… Then no issues… even the staff was very nice… I highly recommend this hotel.

Far from the city center it is a very comfortable hotel with very large and well equipped suites. Very modern gym, and pool and spas with very helpful staff.
The meals are excellent and varied in choice. The room staff very smiling with the non-Indians.
To advise for calm.

Good ambience, rooms are clean and service is fast. They have poolside bar which is amazing to spend an evening. Also, there are provision for sports like table tennis (for the enthusiasts), carrom. Staffs were courteous. I would say except for the food which is below average and over priced, everything was good! They should think about putting variety to their buffet and also change their chef.

Spacious rooms and adequate amenities. Reception was good. Bindu showed us our room and ensured a smooth check in. Room service was a little slow and food quantity was quite less. Breakfast spread was good and service was great. Very little help with the parking and you are left on your own to find a place to park.

Splendid experience. The staff, service, ambience, food, everything is good. Buffet dinner and lunch. Worth a visit with family. Really good. What more could you want?

Typical modern out of town hotel. Food good, has nice pool and bar. Shop selling local crafts with friendly (not too pushy) staff. All the staff very helpful and friendly.

Good place to stay. Close to the Infosys campus in Mysore. Clean room and good range of food. On the whole a good place to stay. PS there is a danger step that is there in the dinning area, WATCH OUT FOR THAT!

I loved it here. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Very secure with 24 hour guards. Actual accommodation is incredible. Get the suite because you will not be disappointed. Rate is very good. Beautiful view of surroundings. The food is good and the water clean. I cannot express how clean it is here. Very satisfied with my stay. The buffet is varied with traditional Indian and Oriental cuisine. Fantastic food. 5/5 or 10/10. I don't know how I am supposed to go back to my regular life after this. Please enjoy!

This place. Is A 5 for food. A 5 for hospitality. A 6 for staff attitude. A 7 for amenities. A 20 for making you feel like you are in paradise and a 100 for making sure when appanna the racer (At least, he thinks he is one) gets drunk, he won't be a problem. (Yeah. I said it. )

It's a great property with nice amenities and friendly staff. Food is delicious & the breakfast was too yummy… I was there with my family and every one loved the experience especially the ever smiling staff be it reception or kitchen or general staff. My thumbs up to the team of county inn for the camaraderie they have shown to us.
Would like to come back once again…

Great staff especially Amy (in a pink hijab) was so smiling and nice. The staff brought me a cake to congratulate me on my Wedding… Good staff at the reception too. Rooms were huge and nice. Could keep better coffee like Nescafe in the room rather than chikori ones.

Very poor in room dining services. They often forget to send you your ordered food. You will have to call them twice for your food order. Friendly staff and well maintained. In room food and beverage service is seriously very horrible. Hence 3 stars. Would not prefer to stay here next time.

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway. It was a nice and comfortable place to stay. The room service was quite slow. They have a decent spread for breakfast buffet. Hotel staff were pleasant.

I visited this hotel during my vacation & I found this hotel very good. Overall Service & Food was excellent. Staff is co-operative & knows their duty very well. Although this hotel is not in city, I like it very much.

The ambiance is great. The food is really tasty. The service sucks though. There was only one bartender. He took really a long time to serve. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes to just receive the menu and a lot more after that. Not a pleasant experience.

Due to nature of my job, I travel a lot. These days my project is going on in Mysore. After some online reviews I choose to stay in Country Inn Hotel. My overall experience was extremely good and thus I choose to stay in the same hotel only for my next visits. In last 2 months I have made 4 visits and stayed for around 30 days. From entrance till dining, the staff I met were pleased and trained so well to take care of their customers in a very delight way. Some names I would like to recommend are: Sanjay, Shruti, Jaggu, Rachna, Vikas, Veerappa, Pawan, Milan, Kalyan (Dining), Honey (Front Desk), Younus (Front Desk), Jeewan (Trainee), Nagen (Trainee), Bhuta Swamy (Security), Yogesh (House Keeping)

Cool place to stay in Mysore.

A must visit hotel. I stayed there for two days and experience was amazing. Staffs are very courteous and always ready to cooperate. Amazing food at very reasonable price. The location is little outer from city which makes it very green and calm place to relax. Yesterday itself I checkout from this hotel and it was lovely weekend to rejuvenate yourself. A very good place to stay. Calm and peaceful location. Rooms have an excellent ambience and amenities. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Food served at the restaurant is also awesome. The only con is that the main town of Mysore may be a bit distant from the hotel but you can easily reach there by local city bus with bus bay just around 500 mts away from the hotel or you can book a cab. But defenitely, this place is worth every penny.

We stayed during valentines day in 2014. Lovely room (junior suite) and very nice staff. At Mysore karinji lake is a must do.

Last month I visited Mysore with my family, and stayed at country inn. It was an awesome experience there. The hotel has really good facilities and infrastructure. I recommend everyone visiting Mysore should experience its hospitality.
