It was good … friendly staff good food (but little spicy) nice ambience
Close to palace and other places can catch an auto and go or take a walk.
Not many car parking spots.

Right bang in the city centre. Close to all the city attractions and shopping district. Nice and clean place. Gym, Spa, bar, coffee shop and authentic south indian restaurant inside. Recommend this place to families.

Good place to stay. Their coffee bar is not that good… no swimming pool as well. Overall it's ok… nice staff.

Amenities, cleanliness good. Below average Complimentary breakfast. Room service okay. Don't expect good service if tell them when your leaving. On last day they just don't bother to your calls.

Hotel is pretty decent. Good location, good food, courteous staffs. Only thing that needs immediate attention is bathroom fixtures. Be it hand faucet, shower, taps or bathroom lock, all are age old, do not work properly and demeaning the property value. During my one night stay, I could figure out so many faults, so wonder why the maintenance team of the hotel has not seen it yet! The room that I was given first (later they changed it), the bathroom lock does not work there. When I contacted reception guys, they sent someone to fix it, and the fixing guy told, the lock does not work properly (that means they already know it), and to my surprise they removed the lock, and told now everything is fine! I was speechless, how can everything be fine without a bathroom lock? Then they shifted us to a different room. There also same bathroom lock was faulty, you can't close the door from outside, but atleast you can close it from inside, so we accepted it! :D Just a humble request to the hotel management, please change the bathroom fittings and you guys will be rocking…

It is a great hotel located in the center of Mysore. I loved it so much. There rooms are also very spacious. The rooms also have A. C. They have vest fast service. You can also order at night and they will serve you accordingly.

The rooms are good and staff is also nice. We faced hot water problem bcs the water line got damaged on the day we were there or else I would have rated 5*.

The best place to visit. Great hospitality and the staff is just amazing and so helpful. The food and ambience out there is the Best! Do visit it.

First of all the service which should be the focus is not good. We were many in people and alliedal different times but major was not tidy, smelling and lickages… Not recommended for the family…

Clean, well maintained hotel. Food is decent and simple. Some non vegetarian dishes like chicken gravy are spicy. However chicken sandwiches are literally tastless, needs much improvement. Room is good. Close to mysore railway station and central bus stand. Shopping area is nearby too. So a good place to stay.

Nice Hotel. It is in the heart of the city just half a mile away from Mysore Palace. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, Rooms were good i. E, simple and tidy. The Food was niether poor nor too good i. E, few dishes were very good and few were okay okay. Compared to restaurant, lodging service was good. Overall a nice place to stay and demographically well positioned.

Great place. Courteous staff. Great food. Situated about a kilometer from the railway station and very near to the shopping area.

The room is spacious, the staff is courteous and friendly. The food is also good. But found the hotel a bit shabby and dirty. Used cups and plates left in the corridors lie there till the next day cleaning. Somehow offputting.

Worst place for family. They have put no smoking board and still allowing people to smoke inside. Not good place for family at all. New year eve party they are cheating without providing proper food. I strongly don't recommend this hotel for family at all. Waste of money.

Very good hotel located at a good convenient location. Rooms are good and well maintained. The service was one of the worst I could remember from my past 5 or 6 years travelling in India. One star deducted just because of that.

This is wonderful place for couples. Rooms are good, clean and beautiful. Restaurant and Cafe in hotel is good too. Staff is courteous. Only thing I didn't like is service. They are bit slow in service. Otherwise, just book it blindly!

Pathetic service, had to call and remind the staff again and again for same things like asking for complementary water bottles, towels, room cleaning. Ac was not working properly. Room was not clean, cigarette ashes were all over the bed. Long wait in restaurant, buffet was common everyday. Nothing like luxury. For third accommodation they don’t even provide a cot. Just a simple mattress without a cover in the blanket.

I recommend afternoon buffet. Tasty and yemmy food. Interior ambience are impressive. Try biryani.

They identify themselves as being of international standards. However I didn't see anything remotely close to international standards which I'm quite used to. The room was of average size. The bathroom and toilet looked really tired: in need of maintenance with a bulb fused out. Buffet breakfast and dinner were below average with not much choice. There were some snacks and drinks in the room but there was no notice stating that they were not complementary. Good location close to DD Urs road, JLB Road etc for shopping.

Management are good. Breakfast & dinner is yummy (best) The best hotal in mysore.
