Not worth it at all. Don't be fooled by pics. They are trick pics. Service and cleanliness is very very poor here. Utensils are not cleaned. Room smells dank and of cigarettes.

It's a lodge. No restaurant. B/F is horrible. Hard to get in touch with front office over the phone. Billing system is absolutely confusing. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. House keeping is available till 8 pm only. Front desk is good, but the management is useless with no manner.

This one star review isn't for the hotel itself which is okay. Rooms are spacious. Linen is clean. Washroom is decent with always on hot water and good pressure. The one star is for the theft that occurred while we were checking out. Stayed in room 301 from 4 May to 5 May. Called bell boys for luggage to be sent to lobby. Two boys came, one started arranging linen and checking room and bathroom. Another one started to take bags with him. My sunglasses were left on the bedside table and I just stepped out to press the lift button. Came back and the glasses were gone. I confirmed the same with the linen boy who helped me to search it. The luggage boy was nowhere to be seen and my bags were at the lobby. As I was late for my flight I did not take it up. Have complained to Treebo. If you decide to stay here, lock up everything even if you head out for a minute. Leave alone lunch or dinner. God bless you if you arrange your son or daughters' marriage party to stay here. Rest assured you'll end up with a lawsuit in court, or a bruised ego for the rest of your life.

For a budget hotel, this is great. Right in the middle of the town, close to some of the best restaurants and shopping centre. Staff were helpful when needed. Room was neat and AC and other amenities working fine. Don't expect any luxury here. Only choose this place if you want a good place to sleep at night.

Good hotel. Front desk manager not very friendly. Service not up to the mark. Clean rooms and all electronic appliances in good condition. No restaurant of their own. Breakfast free however u need to go out for lunch and dinner.

Located in the heart of the city. Rates are very economical and service is going. Staff are very cordial and supportive. Room Services are available but it does not have a restaurant.

Hotel well maintained and hygiene. Room service is good and they are responding in proper manner even on mid night. Enterence located on the main road it self but hotel located just behind the commercial building. But the ventilation and lighting is very good. Hotel rooms are clean and hygiene. Their biggest flaw is their breakfast. They won't have much options also they are serving tea/coffee from vending machine and it is below average. They taste of the food is good.

Rooms are clean and good looking. Staff are good. We had a few friends stay here and the people here we're extremely co-operative is what I heard. Location is also good you will have easy access to everything.

Not a great experience at all except for the property location. Especially breakfast served was awful. It's almost like they are feeding beggars. Can't imagine how they cannot include boiled eggs and milk in the breakfast menu. Had booked 2 rooms. One of our room was stinking and experienced mosquito bites during the night.

Decent rooms for a short stay. Courteous staff. Located close to circle. Lot of decent hotels nearby. This hotel does not have an attached restaurant.

Nice hotel, not many guesthouses for foreigners in Mangalore so I booked it, the price is reasonable for a proper hotel. The service was excellent, I came 3 hours early for check-in, sat comfortably for an hour or so with no expectation of them checking me in early (although I had hoped), and they checked me in 1.5h early. I also went to an ATM to withdraw cash and to my dismay it gave me 2000 rupee notes, which are difficult to spend. I asked the front desk and they went out of their way to exchange one of them for me. The location is also good, right next to Machali. I stayed here for one day and ate there twice…

The entrance is through the basement. I thought I was tricked via online booking. But after u enter the rooms where clean neat n they had maintained it perfectly.

You have to search the Hotel because hotel is not on the main road. But when you enter the private entry of the hotel then you reach in a car parking of the hotel. But next to that is reception. They welcome you from open heart. You will not believe rooms are big. Linen is clean. But bathrooms are not very good. Breakfast few items but very hygeinic and tasty. They do not have restaurant.

Overall a good place to stay. Rooms are best and clean. Nice buffet breakfast.

Overall a good stay. Ul find the lobby area very neat but if u get in the rooms they aren't that great. But the rooms are huge the toilet are bit old and. Compared to my last treebo stay in Chennai I didn't expect such rooms. I had lot of expectations. But the location is great. Everything is just in walkable distance.

We had booked 2 standard rooms. The rooms were decent and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really bad, with only idli and buns as the options. The hotel has ample parking space. Overall okay for the price paid.

A decent place of Accommodation with basic amenities. But the breakfast hall was a shocker it was extremely basic on the top floor. The people were good with a great attitude.

Stayed with my spouse in may 2017 for 2 nights. Good location. Rooms were sparkling, clean and cozy. Breakfast is ok. Staff is helpful and all smiles. Enjoyed the break. Rating 4/5

Had bad experience with booking… I had booked while leaving goa in d morning but we couldn't reach by noon as the check in time was 12 in d noon nobody was concerned to call and find why we were late. Later we reached by 1 in d mid night but the person in office least bothered to offer a room wen we called up the customer care and initiated it till the check out time… horrible stay.

Good place to crash for the night. Very clean and well maintained rooms.

Bathroom was not clean. Bed linen was also not clean. Torn and old bath towels were given.

Not good, I got better place for much better price. Room was okay. No hot water in the morning, phone was not working. Overall experience "A BIG TUSSSSS"

Rooms are good, bathrooms are neat and clean, service is low on quality. No in-house restaurant but since located in prime location choice of food is in plenty. Low rating is for the fact it's complex within complex, one can easily miss the approach.

They don't have a restaurant in-built, but there are restaurants around the place. It was relatively easy to find. When it comes to the room, I did like the room quite a bit… the bathroom was a little small, but that's only because I am used to larger bathrooms. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here!

The receptionist girl alloted the rooms to lightning fast. Appreciate the same. The rooms were decent. But the commode lid was not clean. The breakfast was reasonably good, however the machine coffee and tea was not drinkable.

Really beautiful room they're providing to the guests. The staff here are well mannered and friendly in nature. I love the experience here though it was a short time visit to the hotel. The room was clean and with most necessary amenities. Everything is amazing in this place.
