Hotel and staff with Food too good.

If u jump from entrance u will fall in station. Very close to railway station. Nice hotel with all amenties.

Good and decent place to stay. Very near to the railway station is an advantage. You will get a nice complimentary breakfast especially I loved eating masala dosa. Hotel should improve in their room service.

A very good hotel for a short stay, with basic amenities and an affordable price bang next to the Mangalore Central Railway Station, Courteous staff, and quick service.

The rooms are good. Hotel is kind of old school but it very nice. Did not had food at the hotel se can't comment on that but there is a very nice restaurant 'Kairali Bhavan Restaurant' which is just 50 meters from the restaurant.

Our family couple n 8 yr old baby stayed at super deluxe room in metro plaza from 8th May evening to 9th May 2018 noon. Check-in check out was smooth. Helpful reception & staff. Rooms were clean n neat. No inhouse restaurant but room service n few options available closeby. Only dosa n bread items available for breakfast with cut fruits but tasty n sufficient. Theres a shortcut road from Hotel which is hardly at a walking distance of 5 min from Manglore Central Railway station. They let us extend checkout time by 2 hrs. Value for money n highly recommend.

Very nice hotel situated near manglore railway station. It has just the walking distance from here. It has 24 hour desk and medical assistance, free parking, free Wi-Fi (high speed), free breakfast etc. Book through Goibibo for offers and details. Have a plan to come to manglore, book now.

Good place to stay, near to the railway station. Service is okay. There is a restaurant near by. They don't have room delivery 24×7.

Easy to miss. A lil bit inside. When near this place, keep a lookout to notice it else you'll miss it. Rooms are clean yes, but only. Noise from trains and nearby will wake you in between sleeps.

Quite near to Mangalore Central Station. Stayed there for a day with family. Stay was Comfortable. No issues with regard to linen, Cleaning etc. Complimentary Breakfast provided was Good. Very Courteous Staff. There is no Restaurant. But they provide Room Service, by arranging from the nearby Hotel and the Food provided is Good.

No in house restaurant but they get you whatever you want from nearby hotel, that hotel menu available in our room. AC,, hot water available. Parking space available but less. 2 to 5 mins walk to railway station through station back gate. Clean atmosphere.

Hotel Rooms are good, bathrooms are old but clean. Service is good. If you book directly then the prices are very high but I booked via Goibibo and got a reasonable price. Parking place is small and bit scary. It is inside city so you can expect traffic but nearby all the shops are available. Complimentary Breakfast was OK but it was not hot. Overall experience was good with the price I got.

Poor service… they said they will provide room for 4 adults and an extra matters for a kid before booking. Bt at the time of checkin they said we have to take another room.

A very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. The only problem we had was to find the place even with GPS. Smoking is allowed in the rooms surprisingly. Food was decent.

I don't know how this hotel got 3.9 stars. Rooms are small and congested. No proper ventilation in the room. The cigarette smell of previous room user didn't go at all due to no ventilation. The family suite was way too small you don't have place to put any extra mattress. Though they claim breakfast free, it is only one type of food for that day what they make, and only one plate. No dining hall. You have to eat in your room itself. No coffee or tea making arrangements. Overall bad experience.

Nice hotel, rooms felt smaller for a family. But overall clean and tidy. Good service.

This hotel is located kinda downhill side, an apartment converted lodging. Inside ambience is too good but lacks room space as room are bit congested (may be just 15×10 feet the 2 bedded executive). Outside access parking is ample only for 3 mid size cars, rest have to park in the basement and the access becomes uneasy. Recommended for small trip travellers.

Had a very good experience here. Neat & clean hotel. Ideal for business travellers. Located very centrally, but yet no problem of traffic noise. Supportive & friendly staff as well.

Hotel is very near to the KMC Hospital. Since KMC do not provide accomadtion for those who are not bystanders, the hotel is a blessing.
