The property is very good. A two km stretch of road leading to the property is very pathetic. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Felt very relaxing inside. The microwave oven and the bread toaster were unclean. The hotel does not provide tooth paste and brush. When I enquired the house keeping, I was told that it is provided only on demand. The swimming pool was good. The activities organized by the resort was great and engaging. Food is very expensive. The breakfast buffet spread was good. Most of the items we're good. Overall it was a good experience.

Amazing service and cordial staff. The lunch here is just worth every bit. My family has visited this place many times and we have had a memory to cherish every time. A peaceful tranquil environment with great landscapes. For anyone who loves to balance a five star holiday with a nature walk. The access road is in poor condition, but who cares, it's coorg. Driving there is a great experience (for tourists, not locals).

They have programs in the evening for fun and the food is also great. You are sure to have an amazing time, given club Mahindra are top notch when it comes to hospitality.

Yes it is good rooms are quite good but the entrance of the building is quite disappointing. And it is faar from the club house swimming pool and restaurants. Else property very good. Staff very nice and polite. Food also good. And one more thing don't miss activity.

Beautiful getaway nestled among coffee plantations amidst total greenery. It's a place where you can immerse yourself in whichever way you want during your stay. There's the sheer view of the property from the reception which takes your breath away. The units are spacious and designed well. We tried the in-house full body massage and it was a superb experience. You can have a quiet retreat or there are fun filled activities galore. Food can be a tad expensive, but the overall package is still pretty good.

It was one of the best resorts. With shops, a grocery store nearby to the resort. BUT the prices are really high for the lunch… Quantity is less. "Worst restaurant. " *Quality and taste is awesome but price and quantity worse* That's the reason we have stated the rating as four star, otherwise it could have been five. Other than that, funzone is awesome, there are plantation walks, coffee walks, etc. Which can give you some knowledge. The gym is lovely, spa is awesome but expensive… In all, it's 4star. Staff could be warmer! They could tone down the hard selling. Food is slightly less overpriced considering the taste. However there is provision to cook your own food, so it's okay! The place itself is beautiful and the activities are fun. Definitely worth the visit.

Super amazing place with lot of activities. Staff are super friendly. Plenty of places to visit. If you are looking at specific food, chefs are really happy to assist you. Kids play area is hhhuuuggggeeee. Shopping is also good.

Good resort, vastly spread out. Good to spend time with family, lots of activities for kids enjoyment. IMPORTANT — Careful not to agree and pay for their membership plans, you can be almost certain about NO REFUND if you cancel. Two big negatives about this resort are- 1. Food is damn expensive because this place is far from town, and no nearby restaurants too. 2. Almost 5kms of road leading to the resort is in very bad condition. If travelling with old folks or babies, better to hire a SUV.

Good place to stay if you need peace of mind. The service is good, clean rooms and attentive staff. Every staff working here is always smiling and greet you instantly. Nobody here will every get bored and would definitely recommend this place to others. The property is very well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees around.

Have visited many other Club Mahindra properties. I should be saying that the experience here was one of the best. The resort is Butterfly themed. It's beautifully landscaped. Well maintained. The food spread was also awesome. The friendly staff made the whole experience even better. The only thing that could be better is the 4 km of connectivity to the resort. The road is not in a good condition, but safely motorable.

One of the finest hotel stay experience. The property is pretty isolated from the main town but easily accessible. Ideal for someone looking for a peaceful and quite place to relax. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable with a master bed and another sofa cum bed. They also have amenities like dining table, balcony, locker for valuables and even a dry kitchen. Room service is top notch without a doubt. One can order room decoration for a reasonable price and the best part is they decorated the room for entire stay duration. However the only drawback is some of the room types are exclusively available to club mahindra members. Also the food is highly overpriced so do consider taking some good amount of snacks for morning breakfast and evening munching. Lunch and dinner are generally served in large portions so wont seem that overpriced.

Excellent place… great ambience … warm welcoming and ever smiling staff. Gourmet express serves very tasty food. Best value for money buffets… room service is slightly expensive… but 5/5.

Excellent resort. Perfect for a family holidays. Very courteous staff. Resort is spread out in a large area so consider good walking for every facilities. Food is a bit costly even for the members but considering the wide range of food options available at this remote location makes it value for money.

A huge property… Stay area is like villas… Very beautiful. There are many activities to do inside the resort. Swimming pool is maintained well. Rooms are very huge and nice. Only problem was the restaurant, food was decent but the hygiene level is not up to the mark. Especially the plates and cups looked like it was not wanted properly.

Good views inside the rooms. Interior theme gives awesome and fantastic experience. Surrounded by nature with trees, flowers, tons of different kind birds and etc. Very calm environment with pure oxygen and bird sound gives extra kick. Hygiene food is served but taste wise just OK. Love to visit again for such good and comfort experience.

Very well maintanence property. Large 4ft pool with kids section. Indoor games and restaurants are good. Good is 4 star. Only things there are like over 100 rooms. Most of them r 2 or 3 storied so like a hostel lobby. You may not have that privacy during the peak seasons and the property does not have great views. Pool well maintained. Over all nice place.

Excellent place for a short holiday. Excellent facilities, well appointed rooms, huge buffet spread to satisfy wide range of preferences. Located in the midst of salubrious surroundings. Excellent driving conditions to reach the place, except for the last 6 kilometers where the road is badly maintained. On the whole, it will be a superlative experience.

If someone needs to be out in the middle of nature doing nothing just absorbing the positivity. Perfect place to relax. Rooms very spacious… staffs very courteous… food spread very nice for buffet… lot of recreational activities going along the day… coffee trek was the star for me…

Had a very good experience. Such a peaceful environment. Excellent customer service. They have wonderful swimming pool area. Conducts variety and enjoyable activities for their customers. Rooms have all the facilities. A perfect and comfortable place for families and bachelor's too.

Rooms are spacious and awesome! Clean bathrooms, with good quality fittings. Very comfortable bed with clean linen. Beautiful balcony, with a great green view of the coffee estate. However, food is very expensive. Microwave is available, but no stove or gas. Better to choose an all meals plan. Restaurant has a good buffet spread, serving delicious food. Service is awesome. Overall, an amazing holiday. Special mention, of the front desk Manager, Mr. Irfan. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience.

Good, just not the best. Neat and well maintained facilities. Welcoming rooms. Very courteous and professional staff. Food was expensive so we chose to have from outside most of the time. Still we took a lunch and a breakfast each. Breakfast was good, lunch not so much. Recreation options are limited, but okay. Overall a nice place to hangout with family.

Fantastic location and lush greenery. Courteous Staff. Prompt service. But Poolside Barman did not have any clue mixing Drinks. Also the approach road is very very bad.

Very good club mahindra resort. Its away from hustle and bustle of city life. Perfect to spend a long weekend. Road accessibility is poor and suggested to take a vehicle with good road clearance. Pool and food service is amazing.

Big. Beautiful. Breathtaking. Our first visit to a Club Mahindra and it was an awesome experience. The property is huge and full of plantation with lush green trees everywhere. It was a perfect getaway for families with kids. Has many indoor activities including swimming pool. The best part about this resort is the morning breakfast with a resort view from the top. Overall a 5 star experience.

The place is just awesome u will love it for sure. It has a huge space of land which is spread across and gives u a nice view. The free land is used for gardening, playing. It has amenities like Swimming pool, Volleyball court, Basketball court, Badminton court, cricket practicing area, Gym, Kids playing area, etc. There are different building blocks with lovely rooms. It is well maintained and go in a group to enjoy the most.

An ideal and perfect place for a weekend getaway where you can enjoy some amazing facilities at their widespread property. And the food which is really a strength of the place never leaves you disappointed. The staff is always working hard to satisfy their customers never leaves anyone unattended for a longer time.

Avoid if you aren't Club Mahindra member. Been to this place from our organization. Location and infrastructure are very good but service was equally bad. They delayed providing rooms. They didn't even bother to offer service for baggage pickup from reception to rooms. Food menu is very very expensive and not worth. Since our package included food, they provided a very mediocre buffet first day. Their attitude was as if we were staying for free. I wouldn't prefer visiting again.

Weather is too good. It drizzles for a while and sunny the other time. Location is excellent if you are born and brought up in cities without access to nature in your ancestral place. Food is heavenly expensive :). Heavenly because the options are too much, the buffet has like a hotel full of options, but it costs Rs. 1000 per person per meal irrespective of breakfast or lunch or dinner. For member it will costs a few hundreds less. All worthy activities like adventure, archery and all are extra fee candidates. Effectively making the stay boring if you don't want to pay extra. Rooms are like hostels, there is no resort like feeling as the sound or discussion is heard across rooms and corridors. Definitely needs a better construction to make guests feel like they are in middle of nature. All in all its an option if you are considering a group visit with lots of money, else if it's only couple please choose something else. Lastly, the swimming pool is good, but I think 5 feet to the max : (

Awesome place to spend a quality time in midst of nature. Ample of oxygen to fill in your lungs which help in rejuvenation. Sound of birds is more audible than killing decibels in city. 1. Huge area surrounded by coffee plantation and trees. 2. Well maintained & clean resort, rooms, 3. Good room service & courteous staff 4. Fun zone, Play area, Spa with lots of fun activities Overall good experience. Need to improve on some of the sections like approach road, heavy cost involved in most of the activities even for the members.

Very good for short stay. Well spread out resort with spacious and well maintained rooms. Food is average and restaurant generally over crowded. Good facilities to keep all age groups engaged. The swimming pool requires cleaning. Overall an excellent experience.

The resort is right in the middle of the forest, surrounded by natural habitat with a huge no. Of trees around to give a good amount of pure oxygen. There are activities like adventure zone, archery, dance lessons, karaoke nights, basketball, Coffee trail, plantation drive and many many more. Secluded from all the chaos. The place will make you feel positive vibes around.

The experience was simply awesome! We reached Club Mahindra Virajpet with lots of apprehensions. But trust me the place was very good. The stay was super cool and the food was unbeatable. My kids enjoyed thoroughly. The facilities were good too. The team under the supervision of Shalya and Amarnath were very good. I will definitely visit this place sometimes soon.

Nice rooms and courteous staff. The resort is new and quite pretty. Takes a while to reach here the first time, but worth the visit.
