Everything. I think there should 1000 stars. Enjoyed every bit of the retreat. Not to forget people are the best. Service attentive and so courteous.

Very clean and very good ambiance. Awesome place to spend time with family in an exotic place.

Visited feb 2020 with my family. Family friendly. Good food. Couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool as it is very cold and they can also add more indoor activities. Overall it’s a very good experience.

We stayed in this resort for 2 days on 30th and 31st 2019. Should say they have one of the best villas in Coorg. Beautiful stay, great architecture, enough amenities to spend a couple of days. Would surely recommend my friends and contacts to stay here however, that would be after few changes probably. This is specially for the new year gala dinner. May be this is the first time they are organising it. However, it needs to be well planned and rightly executed. We felt that we all payed for the resorts ‘Directors’ new year party. We were the largest group and we had 90% of the guests within 40 years of age. The music played was disappointing. It was literally for the senior citizens. And the most disappointing thing was the new year celebration. At 12 AM, we were only our group, another group of 4 people and only the restaurant staff. It was just for the sake of it. They have a really good property and courteous staff, management has to cope up.

The Best place in Coorg. Never ever seen such a good service giving resort. They treat you as their own family. All the staffs are very kind they are always active. Once you ask anything that will be within 5 Min. This place is Heaven for those who enjoy nature, photography and painting. They too have a good Library to read books along with nature. Even Cycles are available for a ride in a beautiful nature. You can see varieties of birds here. Worth of money. Service 5/5 Food5/5 Ambience 5/5 Over All 5/5 Never miss such a place.

Though I didn't stay here, I visited to see the place. It's huge property done nicely and tastefully detailed out design. Since it's newly started all the facilities are clean and good looking. Pricing sounds high. Infinity pool surrounded by leasure seating is nice to spend the time. Landscape is yet to take up full shape but existing old trees are already adding aged resort look.

Awesome stay amidst thick coffee plantations, starting from lodging in the vila or club room to the food and hospitality, serenity, whisper of silence and daylong chirping birds, the ITC exotica offers one of a kind of fulfilling experience. Visited early June.

We stayed at a separate spacious star villa as we were 6 of us. Enjoyed every moment, used the swimming pool and a lot of the club house facilities. You can expect clean Rooms and very friendly staff from the Manager Ricky to others like Teresa. They however do not serve authentic Coorg dishes like Pandi curry unless specifically requested for.

Stayed in May. Coming from Bangalore, this retreat almost made me go in a meditative state. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, The Birchwood provided me with a much needed break from the rigmarole of a job… One should come here if they want a vacation from the world… We stayed in a villa as a group of friends. It was a luxurious epitome of hospitality. Large, clean, beautiful and yet serene and calming… What else can be ever asked for! If you are thinking to plan a tour… Close your eyes and go for it!

Villa is spacious and Planned well. Rooms are kept well and cleaned. View is excellent!
Far from the madding crowd is what we want and we got it! Highly Recommended!
