Pathetic place. No response from receptionist at night inspite of info. Horrible experience.

Simple and affordable resort to spend your night. Ideal location too.

Had an amazing time. For those who really want to enjoy the beauty of nature should stay there. Specially cottage no 10 is best. So calm nd beautiful. Staff is so helpful. We would like to visit again.

Decent and quite place to stay with your partner. Not a that great place for big group. Service is quite good and cottages are cozy.

Good location, when we went to weeks back the price was 2.1k which is decent, right now it's price above 3k online. Location is it's main advantage, rooms are big, clean but blankets are not that good.

Worth of staying for offered price and nice response from staff and receiption.

The best resort stay with wonders of nature, the stream of water which flows inside it's garden space adds the crown to beauty of this place. Food served is tasty and unlimited at breakfast, camp fire arrangement is really a anti aging factor. Totally this is an exotic place to spend your vacation.

Best resort with resonable rates, good rooms, clean n hygienic, with all possible conveniences, having a good view balcony facing forest n lake, good food.

A small resort. Room rent is very high for what it offers. The rooms are of average size but fittings were of poor choice. They used Aluminium doors and windows in our room and that let in lots of insects even with all doors and windows closed. The resort is full of plants and it was raining when we went. There were leeches all around and there was a snake at the doorstep of one of the rooms, while these are expected in such a place the lack of lighting on the path made things worse. We had to use mobile flash light to go anywhere. Buffet Food cost was exorbitant, when we decided to eat elsewhere they charged us only half of what they originally quoted for our group, but they reduced the varieties. So, the second day lunch we ate outside. For dinner again they convinced us to eat by giving more varieties. The resort has two entrances, one for parking lot and one close to reception. They don't have any security on the parking gate and they keep it locked all the time. This was irritating as we had to get someone from reception to open the gate and sometimes we had to walk all the way to reception to bring someone to open the gate. Most of us had rooms near the reception. We went there in a car and van. On the day of checkout we asked them to prepare the bill and also to open the gate so that we can park in front of reception gate to load luggage, as there was no one concierge facilities and insufficient room boys.

Disappointed! check-in was smooth and quick. There are only 2 guys for everything at the so called resort. Rooms were spacious but we're full of dust, mould all over the walls with distinct odour. The first impression you get entering the room is that 'the room is been locked for a very long time'. There were no linen, no toiletries provided. Both our rooms were leaking from the roof. The floor, bed and quilt were all wet. when confronted, the staff were discussing to change the bed position, but we had to demand a change of room. The new room which was allotted, was also the same with damp quilt and bed, dust all-over. we had to ask the staff to provide us with fresh linen. All I can say is 'poorly maintained rooms/cottages' Well that said, food was delicious with good portions. Mr. Raju was the one on his foot for everything at the resort! Have to appreciate him. Think twice before booking this resort. Dont fall for their edited pictures and listings on their website.

One of the most memorable place in my life I had visited. Full surrounded with coffee. I just went to take rest for 4 hours but I stayed for 4 days … The best service at reasonable price …) ) )

Most disappointing place to stay with. I will put down everything in point wise: 1. I don't understand why the booking for the resort is outsourced. When we called out for booking a lady spoke to us, and the way she spoke in a very fine English we literally felt that the resort is quite good very professional people being hired. But later we got to know that they outsource booking to Mysore. This not a correct approach. 2. When we term "Resort" we picture at least a decent building with staff and all. It was completely a shock for us when we landed there. Please don't say this as a resort. 3. We paid around 4k for a night, but the rooms provided were worth only 1500. The doors are syntax doors. It was quite congested feeling in that room. 4. Also there is only 2 person who runs for everything be it cleaning room, take your luggage's, get things for you. Just 1 person for everything. 5. Food was good. But for a small cup of tea you dont charge 25 rs. And an onion pakoda was charged 80 rs. Come-on its not a 3 star hotel that you charge that amount. Please be reasonable. 6. Some amount of professionalism required to handle hotel industry where you know how do handle your customers. This was truely very disappointing experience for us.

Every thing is good can make better than this. Espesally stairs and good looking views.

I had bad experience with this resort. Before booking the resort they had promised unlimited breakfast and dinner but after check in they did't provide sufficient food. Staff was very rude and arrogant. They don't know how to speak with customers.
