Medium Range Hotel. Rooms are fine. Maintenance is good but they don't clean it regularly which is not a good thing. Good thing is they provide you with tour packages to visit near by places in madikeri and with special discounts. Have a small restaurant which is of no use.

Located at center of the town. Nice rooms and room service is also good. In-house restaurant available and serves tasty food. Parking slots are also available. Friendly staff.

I loved this hotel. Rooms are big and room service is excellent. Members of hotel are polite. Food quality and quantity is good. One can prefer this for stay weekend. One can feel positivity in rooms. Excellent done maintenance and for children toy shop is available. Restaurant and hotel have taken care of hygiene that's the positive point I think.

Staff is really nice and friendly. It is near to bus stop (Walkable distance). Breakfast was served cold at 9.45. Rooms are good with hot water.

A good hotel in the heart of the city. Clean toilets and spacious rooms. But still lacks basic features like providing proper number of towels and toiletries. But still highly recommended while in madikeri.

Very Nice staff. Located on a very silent locality. Would prefer going again. Food was just Ok. Breakfast menu needs a very big update. Room service is really fast and amazing. I suggest give try. Located near to Hospital.

Amazing place. Extremely polite, generous, and helpful staff. The hospitality was beyond my expectations. On arrival I was not only comforted with a polite staff ushering me to a seat on a couch at the reception but more importantly with a quick response of a soothing cold welcome drink. Then the room and room service just kept adding icing on the cake. They even helped me about sightseeing in Coorg and arranged for a vehicle accordingly. And lastly the location of the hotel, which is near the main bus stand, is just perfect for a solo traveller like me.

Great place to stay for family. The breakfast is also good. If you book through OYO rooms it's a great deal. The room are pretty big and very clean.

Economical rooms located right at the heart of Madikeri, Coorg. Walking distance from the main bus stand. Spacious, clean rooms with Wi-Fi and polite staff. The only problem is that the (complimentary) breakfast does not have options and is served cold.

Good hotel. Best service. Value for money. Very near to bus stand. 1/2 km distance. Walkable without luggage. Tasty food. I suggest this is best. Reasonable price for local sight seeing through hotel reference.

Hotel Staff members are very friendly and cordial. Food is not so good but manageable. They have also arranged for sightseeing with nominal fee. They also have their own coffee estate but the charges for estate tour is very expensive 800 per head. You can opt for some other coffee estate like Mercara Gold Coffee estate (Not very sure of this name). This coffee estate is owned by someone from Delhi and charges are very nominal 200-300 per person visit. As an option to stay in heart of Madikeri City this is one of the beat option you can have.

We travelled to this hotel with my friends. The stay experience was good. The checkin process was easy and fast. We had booked this room via MMT. It was hassle free experience. The room quality was average. Rooms need more maintenance compared to the price they are charging. The overall building maintenance is still better. The best part of this hotel is the food. We had a all meal inclusive booking and unlimited 3 times fooding. Really enjoyed the food as well as stay. Please note this is a budget stay with a nice food option. If you are looking for luxurious stay similar to 3/4/5 star look for another option. And further also note, the city traffic was horrible.

We are couple stayed 2 days in City comfort Inn… Had a good stay over there. All reception staffs are very good. Unlimited breakfast is very nice. Local sight seeing package is Excellent. Over all Value for Money.

Booked via OYO, and got a good deal. Rooms are spacious and bed is very wide. But not so clean. One of the rooms was pathetic out of the three rooms that we took. All rooms were having moist smell, mold and the bed linen was also not having freshness. Had to manage as we did not want to shift, coz of tiredness. The food is also pathetic and had to wait for more than half an hour — mixed veg curry and mushroom masala all had the same gravy :)

Guys first please don't believe other 5 star ratings… Those are fake ones created by their staff. Hotel is a very old one. Staff just works for tips. If they feel you dont give tip, then forget about the hospitality. Don't book this hotel from OYO at all. If OYO gives any offer by chance. Then these guys take advantage and say you paid very less amount and what we give is lot more and stop speaking nonsense. Also you will be given least preference if you book from OYO as you already paid the amount. They mostly give standard room. If you ask for a good room they just say we have only this room and you need to adjust. Dont spoil your holiday by opting this hotel. There are lots of other options and better go for them. Pros : — 2 kms from KSRTC bus stop (Please note you need to walk through very hilly area) — Near OMKareshwara temple Cons: — Weak phone signals as it is fully between big buildings — No proper Wi-Fi… only for name sake it exists — Poor ventilation inside the room. You just see one 40W bulb and nothing else — Only 3 rooms are big. Others are too small — Food is worst. Especially breakfast. You may go only as they give you complimentary breakfast.

Very nice place to stay in madikeri. Excellent room service. Security and all fine.

Rooms extremely good… Cleanly maintained and very hygienic nature… Attached to a restaurant which serves best and delicious food.

Not so spacious rooms and rooms had seepage all over and bedding and sheets were no t properly washed. Would recommend it. Food in restaurant was OK ok.

We stayed there from 28th of July to 1st of Aug. Good place and Centre one to Stay…! Rooms were Clean House keeping is doing a good job…! With the help of travel desk we visited all the places. Worth to stay…!

Hospitality is poor. Manager is shameless, was not available and refused to talk on phone, rather cut the phone down when we requested to talk about some harassment done to us by hotel staff. The boys there resorted to loud voice when we were calmly explaining out point. Don't go for their tourist travel cars at all, shameless and harassing drivers.

Cleanliness and arrangement in the room was not proper.

Good hotel. Room was very good. Excellent room service, tasty food and courteous staff. Also they arranged cab for sight seeing. Cab driver Mr. Mohan was really very courteous and took us to all tourist places, very patiently. He even encouraged us to see more places, even if we wanted to skip.

Rooms are neat and comfortable and the staff are friendly. As it is close to the bus stand this place helped us in covering all the prominent tourist attractions around Madikeri. Food was good and the time taken to prepare orders and service can be improved.

Poorly maintained hotel. They provided dirty towels, bedsheets and pillows. Was tired of complaining and finally gave up. Cos of some hard working helping staff this hotel is still surviving. Food is ok ok. Restaurant guys do a gr8 job. May be hotel management is least cared.

A good stay. The receptionist and the manager are well educated and understanding. They provide you with Coorg sight seeing options. Restuarant is not that great. But check out there Coorg matka coffee, those are really good. Overall a smooth checkin and a comfortable stay. Hope it helps. :)

Stayed here with my friends for 2 nights, The hotel is located in the main part of the town, we can visit many places from here, staffs were very helpful & they also provided good service, overall enjoyed the stay in city comforts.

I stayed with a friend and we really liked the hotel. Service was great and good Wi-Fi is present. Staff member Lavin was really helpful for anything we needed.

No waiter in Hotel. This hotel has 18 rooms but not a single waiter. There are two guys who handles admin, reception and room-service also. (However they are very courteous) No telephone in rooms In Madikeri, Coorg its better to stay in hotel where have nice view of nature. This hotel has view of road only. Poor ambiance, More than a hotel it looks like a lodge. I think worest experience in the Hotel.
