Pleasant stay, very good gesture by staff, luxury with care by grace.

A good hotel. In the medium budget range. I had gone there to see it as an option for a wedding that we had to host. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel itself is quite posh. But we ended up not finalizing it as the party lawn was quite dull. The property is on the main road as well as the lawn and you could see and hear all the traffic going on. Plus there was metro construction going on on the road which was quite well seen from the lawn. The staff was ok. Didn't have food there so can't say about that!

From my two day experience I can say I had a great stay. The staff is super kind and attentive, the location is great and the different services provided are nice to have. There were some minor flaws with the cleanness of the bedsheet, but the rest of the room, as well as the rest of the hotel was really tidy.

Went for a lunch with family yesterday. I went to Fortune Select Trinity after a long gap. At least over a year. Many things are still good. Ambience is good. Staff is courteous. Food was also good, but limited spread. What I didn't like during this visit was that buffet refill was taking ages. Had to wait at least 10~15 min for some items. I shared my feedback with the staff and they took it positively. I hope this aspect will improve.

Nice large rooms, swimming pool is not functional due to metro. Reaching the hotel through traffic is a challenge. Food is costlier than other similar hotels and place is unusually quiet. Unlike some of the other Fortune Hotel the cake shop isn't something to write about. Staff is quite courteous and helpful. The drive from hotel to Kundanhalli is usually full of traffic anytime of the day… so keep some time extra just in case you are leaving for a meeting.

It's a great place to stay, business or leisure, short or a long visit. Everything is perfect. The staff, each and every one of them is very courteous and helpful. The whole staff is very attentive to any issues one might face during the stay and they resolve them in the shortest possible time. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and super comfortable, with everything in best possible shape. The housekeeping staff does a great job on top of that to make you feel at home. Breakfast buffet is sumptous and tastes awesome, with some very unique dishes.

Awesome 5 star hotel. Good facilities, friendly staff, awesome food multi-cuisine and good maintenance. Good banquet halls to host conferences and corporate award shows. Only the swimming pool was not functional in june 2018 due to ongoing metro work nearby.

Decent size rooms and comfortable. Reception staff was efficient and very courteous especially the Hotel Manager. We ordered Chicken Biryani for in room dining and it was tasty. Location is good within Whitefileds. All in all a good stay.

Very good hotel. It was a company provided stay, so didn't feel the pocket pinch, but the amenities are good, Wi-Fi is decent, good bathrooms, spacious and clean rooms with good natural lighting available. The decor is very homely, and comfortable. Room service is prompt, and hotel provided transportation is good. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Tried only the breakfast. Average in taste.

They used to be good, but recently the service has gone down. The last 2 times I have stayed here, the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. Also they don't keep the need kits in the room. Everytime you have to call them for getting a dental kit, shaving kit, etc.

Good place, fantastic location. Neat clean great food and large open spaces for big get togethers. Buffet is awesome in terms of choice and taste. Bar options and snacks are also great. Staff is well trained, responsive and very courteous. They didn’t have valet parking and that was a bummer. Apart from that had a fantastic experience.

Nice vfm business hotel, has good facilities, buffet decent. Currently no swimming pool but has a good gym. Rooms spacious but showing their age.

Good hotel but, you know, its like a bubble in the middle of total chaos. It's located in the industrial area of Whitefield, near some big company buildings. Restaurants are OK and bar is algo good. Rooms are big and clean. Daily newspapers for free but Indian ones. Hotel guys are nice and eager to please. Gym is small but enough for running, cycling or for weightlifting. Sauna was not working. There was a massage service but they're no longer working. Inside the hotel there's a souvenir shop, small but with lot of staff.

I would not so a very tidy place. The place where the food arrangements were made were not tidy. The dining clothes were stained. Food was just too brilliant. Loved the ambience. All in all I would agree it's a busy place with more than 50 folks coming in for any conference and lunch. Request if you can accommodate 2 more restroom. 1 rest room for normal people and another for handicapped ones does not justify.

One star less as it is very pricey. They are running discounts late 2017/early 2018 due to the construction. Otherwise pricier than similar options. Room was very clean. Good service. Strong Wi-Fi, hot water, elaborate and very good tasting breakfast buffet.

It was an amazing experience, attending a social event in the banquet hall. It was a lot better than several other hotels in Bengaluru. Also the food was delicious and service provided was appreciative.

Price is too high for this place. The room service is pathetic. Half of the times they are short of amenities like towels, shaving kit, tissue boxes etc. They take hours when asked for an iron box. The front desk is really quick and cordial. Check and checkout experience is great.

This is a business hotel. Not a great bar menu. Food served in the buffet is good. They have a good banquet hall and also open air lawn.

Fortune trinity is located in the heart of Whitefield and easily accessible. It's really good place to party. Food is good. Behaviour of staffs are good. I personally like it.

I visited there for dinner on 16th Dec. I found it not so amazing. Also not too many items. Just ordinary dinner buffet. Other than that, someone stole my helmet from parking. It is pathetic having such experience in such hotel. Security was not even ready to look into security cameras. Had very bad experience.

This is my first visit to this place, I expected it to be great due to the brand name ITC. The restaurant did not live up to the standards of a five star or whatever star expectations. The waiter was too good and concentrating on providing great customer service however he doesn't seem to understand what customer wants. Will not go there again. Not worth the money spent.

Have stayed here continuously for around 4 months now. Place has good service and decent food. Staff is very helpful and prompt. But recently due to metro construction there is too much noise outside. Further the road to get here is very dusty and has no pavements.

Fabulous hotel… Excellent food… Should soon be one of the best destinations in Bangalore. Value for money.

Company's annual day celebration done here. Many halls are there. North zone, south zone, etc. Food not that great. Buffets do not have variety's. Curd rice looks like previous day's left over. Only one variety of sweet, ice cream.

Very good experience. Helpful staff. 24 hour restaurant offered limited but tasteful choices even 2 am in the morning. Lost my Apple headphone at the entrance though, which could not be located. : — (

Food preparation is very poor. All restless. Even roadside food will test better. Also never try to through party here. They hardly bother to serve your guests once they receive payment. Just be careful.

Nice hotel, but the kitchen is only Indian. Sharp and specific.

Good for quick office buffet meals. But I think the menu on offer is not great. Many items feel recycled.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is excellent and nice. Restaurant is nice but you will get tired of eating the same breakfast for 2 weeks. My biggest gripe is the Wi-Fi is iffy. Sometimes it's ok and sometimes it just cuts. The gym is good enough but the pool was not open when I was there. They are building a metro on the main road which forced them to close the pool. Crossing the road to go to work is difficult. In the morning there are people who will stop traffic for you but in the evening it's a free for all.

Great place for small banquet events. Located in Whitfield, it's one of the best hotels in the area. It is easily accessible through the outer ring road. The hotel is less crowded and the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

Had been here recently for a team lunch. Closer to my office. Good ambience. Friendly staff. Spread of the buffet lunch was not that elaborate but food was good. There was a live chat counter as well. Overall good experience.

New year party was total waste of money.
There was no proper arrangement for distribution of drinks, food and people management.
DJ and music was also pathetic and no entertainment.
They had written so many things as there would be belly dance, fireworks etc but all was just a joke.
They have fooled people and pls refund my entry fee.

Predictable cuisine. Decent food but a bit expensive for the food they serve. Wish they could improve on their buffet dishes to add more variety.

Decent western hotel, super convenient for SAP visitors. Easy walk to the Marriott and it's attached mall.

Decent place for official dinner events. Good with family as well.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 days… Like the atmosphere… Very nice place. Nice views and pool and garden. Complimentary breakfast is good.

I had been to a lunch buffet organized in the private hall. The experience for the place was very nice, the response was good from the management. Regarding the food, they had arranged it very badly. There was a delay of 30 minutes to set up even after our arrival! The starters were served to the hand to save the serves. Most of the dishes were getting empty and we had to go and call someone for the refill, the service was pathetic! I would suggest not to go to this place if you are looking for a team lunch.
